    I’ve been training with Tom now for eight months. Starting more or less from scratch, he has helped me set up a solid fitness routine and kept me on track to meet my goals. He’s super friendly and always there if you need advice. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

    Tom is an amazing PT, really recommend. He listened to what I was looking for and created a tailored programme with good variations that suits perfectly. I keep a weekly session with him (at a great, quiet gym) because I enjoy his advice and fun company, in addition to working out on my own with a very clear (in-app) programme and guidance. He's also super sensible, flexible and easy going.

    If you're looking for some guidance, clarity and inspiration then Tom is your man. Having followed Tom's regime, I am stronger, fitter, faster and just generally feel much better. It's also worth noting that Tom designed my fitness programme around my fairly awkward daily schedule - no easy feat! I absolutely recommend him.

    I was a newcomer to gym and strength training and did come to this with some hesitancy. I have found working with Tom to be so enjoyable, and that initial hesitancy is long gone. In a few sessions I feel stronger, fitter, and more robust. I look forward to the work outs, which is not something I thought I would ever say! He makes it easy and integrates the workouts into your life rather than the other way round, and is completely supportive of what you are able to do. I really appreciate the workouts he creates for you to do in your time, and how he pushes you to do better without making it feel impossible. Your progress is tracked, so you can see your improvements which I really value. So, if you are looking for a thoughtful, personable, and highly supportive personal trainer then Tom is your man.

    Tom is an excellent guy at getting me on my fitness journey. From the start he has listened to my needs in terms of training for a number of sports/events I’m undertaking (hockey, marathon, distance swimming). We started with a comprehensive call to discuss what I want and then what is realistic with my work commitments for training. He thoroughly explained my gym routine, the science behind the training (very interesting for me) and I had a lot of opportunity to get clarity on all aspects. All the information is kept on an app which makes remembering it and recording easy, and Tom is monitoring progress to ensure I’m on track for my goals. The dietary information tailored to me is also sustainable for me to work towards my goals without being unrealistic. Would highly recommend Tom for all your fitness needs.

    Tom is an excellent PT Knowledgeable enthusiastic and sensible adapting to the clients needs . In my case a 60 something with a new half knee and post ruptured Achilles . He sets goals , and helps you achieve PB’s from week to week . 14 sessions in , long may it continue !

    Tom is the best PT I’ve had. Great technique, spends the time to explain and teach. He’s been supporting me back to fitness for the last 3 months - love his data driven approach in tracking progress. Tom gives you challenges, encouragement and nudges when needed, which definitely makes a difference when I’m working out on my own in the week. It’s the best money I have spent this year!

    Tom, tailors each of my gym sessions to suit me- to keep me fit, functional and flexible. From the moment I arrive, Tom is engaged with me, professionally demonstrating new exercises, listening to my questions, applying his expertise to inspire me achieve more and bust my PBs. Never bored, I leave smiling and energised, never exhausted!

    TomPT is a bit of a legend in our house! My husband persuaded me to have a trial session after he had amazing results with Tom and I’m really glad I did (I’d never set foot in a gym previously except to swim). Tom is an absolute professional, he really knows his stuff and is super encouraging while taking care to make sure you do the exercises correctly and safely and pushing you just the right amount. I never thought working out could be a pleasant experience but I really do look forward to our sessions. I have 100% confidence in Tom’s training methods and would recommend him to anyone whatever your fitness goals. Thank you Tom!

    I’ve been working with Tom for over 6 months and the results have been brilliant. I’m leaner, stronger and have way more energy. I genuinely used to dread going to the gym but Tom is so supportive and knowledgeable that he’s completely changed my mindset. I seriously can’t recommend him enough :)

    Tom is an awesome trainer who pushes you hard whilst keeping the whole thing fun! His training plans and diet advice are easy to stick to and he makes a real effort to help adapt this to your specific work / lifestyle. I have never felt more motivated and fitter than I do working with Tom! Would definitely recommend.

    Tom is a knowledgeable, motivating and fun trainer (and the best I have worked with). After just 3 months working with Tom I have reduced my body fat percentage, become stronger and most importantly got out of bad habits and into good, sustainable habits. Tom sets realistic goals and is honest about what is required to reach them. I am really enjoying working with him.

    Overall Tom offers a first class PT service. His analytical methods with respect to diet, weightlifting and cardio are impressive. His tailored approach to fitness & nutritional planning helps achieve great results. His planning is meticulous and this enables you to focus on improving your strength and fitness which I have during my 6 months working with Tom (increased strength, muscle mass, lower body fat and much improved cardio performance). Tom is available to chat and support at all times during the week and a great guy to have as a PT.

    Tom is a fantastic PT. He is friendly, reliable and supportive. I’ve never worked with a PT before and was nervous for my first session, however, Tom immediately put me at ease. He doesn’t just boss you around like I’ve witnessed other PTs do, he works with you to improve your independent knowledge of fitness as you work towards your goals. Additionally, Tom is such a friendly character that you look forward to working out - and at the end, it feels as if you’ve had a gym session with a mate. He is also very generous with timetable changes and is as flexible as he can be with people’s busy life schedules. I had an injury at one point and Tom was great at incorporating rehab exercises into sessions enabling a quick recovery. You can tell that Tom really cares about his clients and that is reflected in how hard he works. Lastly, Tom gives great advice with regards to diet and additional fitness training (for instance if you have a race or event coming up). Since working with Tom, I’m definitely the fittest I’ve ever been and I wouldn’t hesitate in fully recommending him to anyone.

    Tom is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about performance fitness that it's infectious - I am someone who struggles to run 5k, but through week after week of well-planned, incremental training, I can feel myself getting stronger and dreaming about taking on longer hikes and bigger athletic challenges :) Plus he's just a really great guy to talk to so the sessions (almost) whizz by (he is still a tough taskmaster!). Highly recommend

    Tom is the best! The training schedule and nutrition plan that he suggested to me a few months back has worked amazingly well for me. We may put all the effort but we certainly need the guidance. And Tom is so good at what he does. He has been so supportive, he is super knowledgable, flexible and overall a great guy. I would recommend Tom as a personal trainer with my eyes closed. :)
