Tom
is
a
fantastic
PT.
He
is
friendly,
reliable
and
supportive.
I’ve
never
worked
with
a
PT
before
and
was
nervous
for
my
first
session,
however,
Tom
immediately
put
me
at
ease.
He
doesn’t
just
boss
you
around
like
I’ve
witnessed
other
PTs
do,
he
works
with
you
to
improve
your
independent
knowledge
of
fitness
as
you
work
towards
your
goals.
Additionally,
Tom
is
such
a
friendly
character
that
you
look
forward
to
working
out
-
and
at
the
end,
it
feels
as
if
you’ve
had
a
gym
session
with
a
mate.
He
is
also
very
generous
with
timetable
changes
and
is
as
flexible
as
he
can
be
with
people’s
busy
life
schedules.
I
had
an
injury
at
one
point
and
Tom
was
great
at
incorporating
rehab
exercises
into
sessions
enabling
a
quick
recovery.
You
can
tell
that
Tom
really
cares
about
his
clients
and
that
is
reflected
in
how
hard
he
works.
Lastly,
Tom
gives
great
advice
with
regards
to
diet
and
additional
fitness
training
(for
instance
if
you
have
a
race
or
event
coming
up).
Since
working
with
Tom,
I’m
definitely
the
fittest
I’ve
ever
been
and
I
wouldn’t
hesitate
in
fully
recommending
him
to
anyone.
