    Omar has been a fantastic trainer over the past couple of years. I've managed to tone up and significantly increase my fitness with his help.     ORYAN Fitness is a professional Personal Trainer offering belly fat loss, weight loss, muscle building and Personal strength training. Omar is also a certified PT with years of experience helping people achieve their desired results. Omar helped me to lose weight, tone my body and build muscle, and his nutrition/recipe book is helping me to stay on track with my health and fitness goals. We have worked together for over three months using a customised program that fits my needs and goals, and the results speak for themselves. Omar is honest, understanding, and listens to what I struggle with or am unsure about. He teaches me the correct techniques for doing exercises and explains everything without confusion and unnecessary medical terms, especially muscle groups etc. Every session is challenging and rewarding. With Omar, you will achieve your fitness goals, whether you want to burn fat or gain muscle. I highly recommend Omar to anyone who struggles with weight loss, belly fat or fitness level that they aren't happy about, as Omar provides you with everything you need to succeed. Thank you Omar

    Since I started training with Omar, I have reached my optimum body weight, gained muscle and improved my strength. Omar is very supportive, motivates me and makes each training session enjoyable by regularly adding new exercises and enriching my training program. He constantly motivates me to go beyond my limits but at the same time he is attentive to my needs. Overall, I am very satisfied with my fitness results and I look forward to my next training session with Omar! Highly recommended!

    Had a great time with Omar! He was really easy to follow and got me into training which i never expected! Overall a really positive experience from the actual training in the gym to the meal plans. Omar is easy to get along with and very professional and can't wait to train with him again.

    Very knowledgeable, competent and motivating PT. Reliable and professional. Made me motivated to keep up with my workouts and goals. Goals definitely reached and my back is now much better. Sessions never boring. Very happy with the service.

    Omar is simply great! I train with him once a week and I am always looking forward to our workouts! They are always enjoyable because there's plenty of variety and it's never boring. Before I met him I didn't know how strong I was and that my goal is actually achievable! He's fun to be around and very professional! You can tell that he cares! Highly recommended!! :)

    I have been training with Omar for 6 months. I have gained muscle and definitions. He helped achieve my goals with the right advice about training, combined with nutrition and supplements. He is very professional, friendly, flexible and aadapt to my fitness level and lifestyle. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

    I’ve been training with Flo for a few months now and the change in my strength, energy and weight has been very significant. She takes the time to understand your starting point, your goals and your limits and works with you to meet and stretch those so you see the results you’re after. She also makes a big effort to improve and perfect your form to ensure you’re getting the most out of your sessions without risking injury. Her advice, target-setting and support on nutrition, coupled with the training sessions has had me lose around 10% of my bodyweight in 3 months, which was more than I thought would be possible in such a short space of time. 12 out of 10 would recommend to anyone who wants to become fitter and healthier but isn’t sure how to take that first step!

    Omar is amazing. I am not an athletic person and generally dislike exercise, but wanted to be in perfect shape for my wedding. I also had reservations about working with a PT — would I dread my sessions? Would I look too muscly? Four months later and I can’t believe how fit and toned I am. The best part is that process was so fun, I didn’t even realize it was happening! We have great communication — Omar adapts our plan frequently according to my preferences and never forces me to do any exercises I don’t like, yet still knows how to get excellent results. Our sessions fly by and I always leave the studio in a great mood. He’s also a lovely person and super fun to chat to. I can’t recommend him enough!

    I started personal training sessions with Shavon and I had never been to the gym before so I was quite anxious. But she has been amazing, she is so knowledgeable, such a great teacher, very supportive and I’ve enjoyed it so much, I have just booked another 10 sessions.

    Omar is an outstanding PT who I would recommend to anyone looking to seriously pursue any fitness goal. When I started training with Omar I was a complete beginner and had never set foot in a gym, so I was quite intimidated. Omar is an extremely supportive and empathetic coach and has made the whole process very comfortable for me. Omar sessions are always engaging and he explains all exercises very clearly. He also creates strong accountability by tracking progress throughout the process. I've been working with Omar for the past six months and in this time I've lost a significant amount of weight, built muscle and improved my overall fitness.

    This is an amazing space to work out in! Shavon is the absolute BEST trainer. She is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and is patient with her clients. As someone who already knew a bit about fitness, I came to Shavon with a very specific set of goals in mind. She listened to me and created the ideal workout plan for me. I can confidently say that my training and mentality surrounding fitness have both improved significantly since we started working together. She makes workouts fun while still pushing you to your max. She has become a friend and I always truly look forward to our sessions! Flo herself is professional and communicative. I appreciate how much time she took to understand my goals and pair me with the right trainer. She is also always available to chat and has very positive energy. For anyone looking for a personalized fitness experience, I can’t recommend FBF Collective enough.

    Lovely PT space to train in and brilliant, conscientious trainers. Shavon is the best trainer I've ever had. She's worked flexibly with me through various fitness stages and really listens/tailors my programme to me, so I'm getting the results I want. She's also a lot of fun, which makes an hour's training a little less gruelling! Flo the owner is also always checking in on you, so it feels like you're being properly looked after.

    Been working with Flo since the new year and have never been as strong. Had a back injury for a long time and was scared to up my weights but Flo helped with all of this. She also listens to what you want to do and makes it fun! Am really enjoying exercising and her online programme is fab during these strange times. Would defo recommend! Has been such a pleasure!

    Omar is great! It has already been a year training with Omar and I couldn't be happier. I'm not only seeing good results, I'm losing weight and I feel stronger, but also and it's the most important part for me personally: I'm having fun! Boredom has been my main reason to give up on training in the past, but Omar keeps me engaged, by explaining exercise, helping me with my form, listening to my feedback and encouraging me in a very positive and healthy way, also by sparking fun conversations in between sets, that are also quite convenient to help me rest a bit longer ;) This guy is a pro, he makes me look forward to the next workout and that’s a big deal to me. He is a very organised guy and because of that he is strict with last minute cancellations, which is understandable.

    I'm working out with Omar for a couple of years now and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PT to get or keep fit. I had some previous experience with personal trainers who just give you an out-of-box training plan which is either way too difficult or easy. Omar is quite different here as the workout is designed for the individual needs and pace. He also tries to make the workout as enjoyable and fun as possible, so it's easy to keep up with, even when you're a newbie or not used to doing any fitness training. He is offering the services in a small personable gym. If you're looking for a lot of endurance training, like running, etc. It might not be as suitable, but the gym in well equipped and it's easy enough to go running by yourself :) For endurance, there is a lot of bodyweight training and boxing.

    Amazing experience! Omar is a great guy, knowledgeable in his craft and knows how to run a business well (customer satisfaction 10/10). I booked for 1 month/2x a week package as I was going traveling and specifically wanted to train mobility for different water sports. Due to poor luck I has a skateboarding accident and had to pause my training with 4x sessions remaining. Omar was very cautious abour this, waited for my initial recovery and would check in with me to see how I was, after which he adapted every exercise to fit my state, so I can continue training effectively while still rehabing. Overall, the service was exceptional! Everything was tailored for me. The private gym is amazing and helped concentrate. The training was effective, pushing me on the correct level! If I was not leaving the country I would have continued training with Omar!

    Flo came highly recommended by a health and fitness specialist. From the very first consultation Flo was approachable, friendly and extremely knowledgable. I initially got in touch around my health, fitness and a few ailments I have, however after a short time, Flo integrated her nutrition skills and has been supporting me ever since! It’s great to be part of Flo’s community and have access to her live workouts - highly recommend, very versatile, open, reliable, experienced, flexible and FUN!

    Flo is a great and approachable PT, she has helped push me with new exercises but maintains that you do it correctly and safely at all times. Flo is also very knowledgeable about nutritional information and comes up with great ways to help you if you need it. Overall I love training with Flo we have great fun together and laugh which makes working out and exercising not too bad ☺️

    I’ve been training with Flo for four months now and can honestly say I’ve never felt better! I was pretty much a gym novice at the start of the year and with Flo’s guidance and encouragement I’ve made so much progress in our twice weekly sessions. For me, the benefits have been huge: physically I feel stronger and more energised, and my overall fitness and posture have improved massively. These results have also had a positive impact on my mental health: my self-esteem has really improved and I feel a greater sense of wellness and balance. Flo is really knowledgeable - not just about technique and structure - but also nutrition and habits. With her help, I’ve made some really positive and manageable changes to my lifestyle that I plan on sticking to for life. Her workouts are fun and varied, and she’s a genuinely lovely person who really cares about her clients. I couldn’t recommend her more.

    Omar Ryan Is the best personal trainer I have ever known. I became his student end of last year 2019 after having a right knee surgery due to miniscus tear and was still having pain problems with my knee. Initial consultation was great Omar was very professional, great communicator understanding and caring. Since joining his PT class I have been pain free, young and stronger I am not old by the way I just felt old aching and tired all the time. Thank goodness all that went away and now every week I look forward to meeting Omar and doing my exercise session with him. We have great chat and laugh everybody is so nice and welcoming at PT workspace. I am proud to say and recommend Omar to anyone who wants to lose weight, and become fit it's really beneficial for your well being. His cardio workout sessions are the best and are my favourite. Thank you Omar for helping me to become fitter and with my knee problems I am forever grateful to you. I've still got a long way to go but I will get there one day and reach my target weight with the help of Omar.
