Hey everyone it's Magdalena, i wanted to say a huge thank you to the wonderful customers who graced the shop, im sorry I didn't get to say goodbye, I will always be grateful to you all. On a sad note, if anyone is in contact with the owner, Joseph ghessen, please ask him kindly to reimburse the wages he owes me. Unfortunately I can't keep asking him myself as he's refusing to respond or answer my calls. Thank you to everyone again.

My flatmate and I came here since we’ve been both looking for new reptile pets. The shop smelled bad and was cluttered which was fine, however, the lady at the front (glasses, long hair with dyed pink ends) was so unprofessional when it came to assisting us. She kept on ignoring us and dealing with newer costumers or just chatting with regulars, which was rude since we had loads of questions (we waited for about 30min in the shop to see if she would come to us which she didn’t) I really wanted to see the snake hatchlings as I want to get a snake she showed me one and after asking her three times if I could see the others to see their prints, but getting ignored once again we just decided to leave. This review is two stars and not one because there was a customer in the shop who seemed to be a regular and knew a lot about the animals, he answered most of our questions and was very helpful and polite, it’s a shame the staff doesn’t embody his attitude. Overall wouldn’t recommend since we’ve been around lots of per shops the last couple of weeks, I’ve definitely seen places where the animals were kept in a better and cleaner environment.

We go there regularly for food for our bearded dragon. I went there tonight and the young lady (I don’t know her name) is amazing. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and funny. I would highly recommend this place for your pets needs

Love coming in here, good selection of reptiles, fish and small animals. Always get my live food from here too. Maggie is one of the most caring people you'll ever meet! She's super knowledgeable, always happy to help, and puts animal welfare above anything else. Stan's the go-to for reptiles and tarantulas, he knows his stuff and sets up great enclosures :)

Lovely pet store. Very knowledgeable and helpful advice received. Bought some lovely fish for our aquarium. Very happy and will be returning for more fish soon. Definitely recommend this store.

My short visit was made a tour of everything and i spent a lot of time in there ! 😅 Was the only customer inside but if she treats everyone the same way, i must say, i will definitely be coming back, i felt educated while being appreciated as a customer and that is rare in businesses nowadays 👍

Had a brilliant experience here getting my Boa. The young lady is very knowledgeable and helped me get my setup together with everything I needed to know. It's fantastic that the shop takes in rescued animals and offers them at very low pricing along with fantastic setups. Look forward to going again and would recommend to anyone who is interested in reptile or amphibian ownership.

A fantastic little shop - Mostly due to their fabulous staff. Magdalena is an unsung pet hero - a real credit to the shop. Stan is also wonderful, both have an outstanding knowledge of animals and their welfare.The shop feels like it should be in a movie!

went in today to look at the reptiles and the lady in there was super friendly and gave great advice.

I'll give it 3 stars. Staff are often friendly and knowledgeable but you may have to wait quite sometime to be served if there are other people there yapping away. They have a good selection of animals but there prices are very expensive, they probably have to pay high rents on there shop hence the sky high prices of there stuff. I don't think I will be buying from here.

Hasn’t been open at all every time I went, I went almost everyday for almost a month at different times through the day. Google kept saying they were open but they weren’t. They’ve also taken down the letters on the sign I’m assuming they’ve closed down but there’s no notice or anything about this for sure.
