Very friendly owner, and I was lucky as they were open on a Sunday, and there was a nice farmer’s market outside the shop. Happy to have found what I wanted to buy.

Friendly staff, but I was really taken aback by the mark up on prices versus other retailers (almost double for the items I purchased) and would only purchase from here out of desperation. Feeling pretty robbed right now!

I love the family who work here, so welcoming and helpful. This pet store is the heart of the community. Also, has top end pet food/treats etc. sells everything from dogs clothes to toys to bones to flea treatments. Everything you need can be found here!

Lovely and helpful owner who stocks genuinely great brands (like Orijen and Thrive) that are hard to source elsewhere! Much better than supermarket fare. Many plastic-free products that are suitable for all pet types.

So after needing a new harness for my Frenchie pup and saving up for a k9 harness I finally went to the pet shop with my pup in tow, the experience left me feeling like they just wasted my money. not only did the guy behind the counter seem like he didn't want help me, even after waiting 10 minutes while he flirted with the lady in front of me but as soon as it was my turn he was super unhelpful, both gentlemen where tbh. sold me cheaper harness as all the decent ones were all gone and showed no interest in helping me find a suitable alternative just in selling me one that was to small, over-priced and ( he wouldn't help me fit it properly to get the sizing right and once I clumsily tried it on her he then convinced me it was a perfect fit and that all I had to do was adjust the straps. Once home it became apparent that it was too small no matter how I fiddled with it, so now Bella has to wear it until next month when i can replace it I. Was also sold the most expensive dewormer and anti flea product despite me explaining that I couldn't afford much ended up charging me for the most expensive products. Won't ever be going here again I felt ripped off and ate into my food shopping money for the month so he could wring a few more quid out of me. 50 quid out of pocket Customer service is selective and once had my money he could t get me out quick enough

i bought many pet supplies for my cat Orio. All items were superb. i am loving it and i will buy more from here in future. Awesome.

Started going here years ago and kept going back after I moved. I specifically go for the Orijen, but they have a large range of foods. They're good about keeping things in stock and quick to place orders if they're out. The staff are really friendly and helpful and always brighten my day when I visit.

The owner Becky was SO helpful. Great advice with my new kitten. They're very knowledgeable on the best food choices and they stock excellent, natural ranges. The top quality dry food was significantly cheaper than online and wet food prices were also very competitive. Have been back several times. A super local resource.

Awesome place and the lady owner is super helpful. I broke one item that I bought and went back to get a replacement. The lady owner gave the similar item for free and advised me to be more careful with my stuffs cos it is ceramic bowls. Definitely will recommend people to visit this store and heading back to Singapore. A heaps of thanks and my dog will love her new feeding bowls.
