    I've been training with Stuart and his team at Sound Fitness for 3 months now and their approach has been excellent. Really well focused and friendly yet challenging sessions. The location is great, facilities are excellent with a good range of exercises, tracked and changed regularly to keep things interesting. The team are all very knowledgeable and supportive too, so I've very much enjoy my time training with them.

    I signed up for personal training sessions with Stuart at Sound Fitness in January 2022 and it’s been great. He tailors the sessions really well so that they are stretching but manageable and then builds up over time. I can already see and feel the difference and am really enjoying it. Would definitely recommend!

    I signed up for the couples training sessions in December 2021 and have been so happy impressed. Stuart & Danilo have looked after us from the start and are always quick to respond. The training sessions are tailored to our training needs as well and always varied. You will not be doing the same thing over and over again each week. Stuart & his team are professional, incredibly friendly and approachable. I look forward to seeing them! The studios are cleaned, well looked after and updated with new equipment. Best PT's I've come across in a long time. Highly recommend whether you want to train once a week or more frequently.

    My friend and I have been training with Stuart over the past two months. The sessions are great - really varied, hard work but also really fun! I have started to really enjoy exercise and going to the gym since I’ve been going to the sessions.

    I started training at Sound Fitness in January and I have been really impressed right from the beginning - responsive, reliable, and great communication from Stuart, very clear about the training plans and related costs involved, in addition to interest in knowing what my fitness goals are, and previous and current experience of exercise. The studios are clean and well equipped, and the PT sessions I've had so far with Stuart and Gareth are always well planned, varied, hard work but enjoyable! I am already feeling the benefits of my PT sessions and look forward to the sessions each week. Would highly recommend!

    I have been training with Sound Fitness twice a week for just over a month now and would highly recommend it. Stuart and the other trainers are kind, motivating and supportive and really take the time to get to know you and understand your goals. The sessions strike the right balance of being fun but challenging at the same time and I am really enjoying them! I am already feeling fitter, happier and healthier as a result. The studios are well equipped and Stuart is very flexible around work schedules. Stuart also offers an app for home work outs and meal plans/ recipe books which is handy.

    My wife and I are both 50 and started doing joint sessions at Sound Fitness this year. We were immediately made comfortable as the team tailored a programme for us. The equipment at Sound Fitness is first class as well as all the personal trainers. Fully recommend. They will cater for all different types and make sure you are using all the equipment correctly and adopting the correct form but at the same time pushing you beyond your comfort zone.

    I had a 3-month 1 to 1 training programme with Sound Fitness 3 times a week in Forest Hill, I decided to do so because I had never really been to the gym before and wanted to get a solid introduction to gym-based training and nutrition. At sound fitness you may train with many different instructors who will all follow your fitness plan, during my time I trained with Stuart, Winston, Joseph, and Chev. I found this really valuable as all the personal trainers are Attentive, Highly Knowledgeable and motivating as well as being incredibly friendly and creating an enjoyable environment to train. All the trainers also have their own unique approaches to training which was valuable in teaching me that there are different methods that can be applied to your programme for example Joseph likes to use resistance bands in his warm ups and Stuart often had me doing drop sets to improve muscular endurance. This was really valuable as I learned there is no "one-size fits all" approach to training and I'm beginning to understand which methods work best for me. Sound fitness also have a digital recipe book which has tons of nutritious recipes to try although they were a bit advanced for me. I'm really happy with the progress I have made and feel like I feel like I have gained the skills and experience needed to start training effectively by myself. Thanks guys!

    A fantastic and tailored training experience! I really needed some support, focus and coaching to get my fitness back on track and the team at Sound Fitness have helped me to do that. I’ve achieved so much, with improvements across the board, especially in strength, fitness and weight. Just awesome.

    Achieved alot of progression in strength building and technique, Stuart and the team are encouraging and dedicated to their profession. Would recommend to anyone who want to get fit as the space is peaceful and calm, which means you get a more focused workout.

    The small group training sessions are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough. The gym is private with brand new equipment so there's lots of space for each person to work out. I've always felt insecure going to the gym due to being unsure what I should be doing so going to the group training sessions where the workout is planned for you and each exercise is gone over step by step has been a fantastic confidence builder. All the trainers are super friendly and the sessions are really varied keeping it interesting. I'm seeing great results too!

    A superb fitness studio, would strongly recommend. All trainers are highly qualified, truly care and spend time to get to know you. The personalised program is clearly specific to your goals and abilities. Couldn’t recommend enough.

    I've been with Sound Fitness since August and have noticed a huge difference. All of the trainers are heavily focused on form and technique, building a strong foundation and genuinely educating as well as exercising. Communication and flexibility is excellent and they are always encouraging and supporting whatever level and frequency you train at.

They have a really approachable and friendly manner. Coaching me through various tailored workouts. With flexible bookings and a variety of packages, from 121 and mini group sessions. I highly recommend joining.

    Stuart and Joseph are very good trainers, pushing you the right amount and explaining how to do new exercises so it feels challenging but safe. The facilities at the studios are really nice, clean, air con, and good music to motivate. The app helps keep up progression between sessions.

    Stuart and the team are very knowledgeable and make training fun yet challenging. We’ve been going for about 2 months now and no session is the same.     I started training at Sound Fitness with Stuart and his team in March. It’s been brilliant to be challenged and pushed by the trainers. The variety of training has been really interesting for me and stopped me from getting comfortable. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get fitter or in better condition. Top class vibes.

    Stuart and his team at Sound Fitness have been a tremendous support in helping me to become more active. I've noticed a huge difference in my fitness levels and generally feel healthier since starting sessions. Stuart and the team made me feel very comfortable and at ease when taking part in the workouts. For someone who always feels self-conscious in gym environments this is a perfect alternative. It's a safe space to be active and to not worry about looking silly or having many eyes on you. The team are very knowledgeable and keep workouts fresh and exciting. The sessions are always different with a variety of exercises which are enjoyable. Over time there has been a noticeable difference in how much I am able to do and the praise Stuart and his team constantly give is motivating. The environment can be tailored for couples too and goes to show that Stuart and his team can cater for different needs within a session. Thank you to Sound Fitness for getting me and keeping me active!
