    I have had a great time training with Mark Pugh over the last 9 months. Not only have I lost weight, but I am stronger and leaner with a new found confidence and lots of compliments from friends and colleagues. Our sessions are hard work but Mark makes it fun and we have a laugh. Training has become really enjoyable having been demotivated by other gyms and trainers in the past who don't really know what they are doing. Mark and his team are highly experienced and qualified I cannot recommend them enough.

    If you want results, Mark Kisz from Aspire is the trainer to go to! I've been training with him for a month and half only and have already seen a visible transformation. My goal was to tone up and gain lean muscles and Mark Kisz has helped me get close to my goal mainly through unique weight training. His advice has also been helpful with my diet and eating habits. The technicalities aside, he's also really good at keeping the sessions motivating and enjoyable; not all personal trainers are good at this part!

    I started training with Mark Kisz 4 years ago after major knee surgery. My fitness levels are the best they've ever been. I've lost 2 stone and achieved more than I ever thought I could. My osteopath has been impressed with my improved posture and muscle strength. If you want to achieve your goals, see results and be motivated in a positive way then Mark is the trainer for you.

My trainer Mark Pugh has been instrumental in developing my physique, making me stronger and leaner. His expertise and fitness knowledge are incomparable. Mark makes his sessions tailored to your goals and strives to help you achieve them with great passion.

    Mark Kisz from Aspire has trained me for almost 4 months at Urban Fitness and it has been a complete revelation. My aim was to tone up, become fitter and improve my running skills through a combination of strength and cardio exercises with a focus on weight based training. We also looked into my nutrition and I really like Mark's approach to food. I have started using this as a guidance and will continue to do so. Mark's classes have always been diverse and fun and sometimes included a short boxing session in the end which I really enjoyed. As a result of these months of training I can see visible results as my body has transformed and is leaner than before, I also feel much better and healthier. I am very thankful to Mark and Aspire for all the effort. I can't recommend him and the company enough!

    I have trained with Carly for over a year now and continue to do so! She is a fantastic trainer, very professional and offers a high level of experience and nutritional guidance. I mainly do high intensity and weight training as I have found this has given me the best results personally! Carly has shown me how to improve on my technique and challenge myself further! A great motivator who turns your goals into a reality! I recommend using Carly as a trainer and very happy with the results so far!

    Training with Mark Kisz is hard work and challenging…. but worth it! Mark has introduced me to boxing, weight training, cardio and core stability exercises. Although I contribute my amazing body transformation to the weight training. The sessions are hard but fun and most important varied. Each workout is tailored to helping me achieve my personal goals. If you're looking for a lifestyle change I can highly recommend Mark Kisz.

    I've been training with Carly for a few years now and she has completely changed my attitude towards exercise. Her ability to listen to your needs and target troublesome areas really impressived me, I'm so much happier and healthier as a result of our hard work. She also has a great wealth of nutritional knowledge with delicious meal ideas. Would highly recommend her and I look forward to training with her still.
