has
trained
me
for
almost
4
months
at
Urban
Fitness
and
it
has
been
a
complete
revelation.
My
aim
was
to
tone
up,
become
fitter
and
improve
my
running
skills
through
a
combination
of
strength
and
cardio
exercises
with
a
focus
on
weight
based
training.
We
also
looked
into
my
nutrition
and
I
really
like
Mark's
approach
to
food.
I
have
started
using
this
as
a
guidance
and
will
continue
to
do
so.
Mark's
classes
have
always
been
diverse
and
fun
and
sometimes
included
a
short
boxing
session
in
the
end
which
I
really
enjoyed.
As
a
result
of
these
months
of
training
I
can
see
visible
results
as
my
body
has
transformed
and
is
leaner
than
before,
I
also
feel
much
better
and
healthier.
I
am
very
thankful
to
Mark
and
Aspire
for
all
the
effort.
I
can't
recommend
him
and
the
company
enough!
