We tried this restaurant as it was a closely to our hotel located vegan thai restaurant. We were not disappointed by the originality of their dishes. However preparing of our order took quite some time. Perhaps due to a nearly packed restaurant but still a bit faster would be better. The restaurant is nicely decorated and comprises a couple of rooms once you enter the restaurant. We were sitting is a small room that had 3 tables. Our table was fine but it was very cold here due to a draft of cold wind that was perhaps due to a little window in the room and or a closed off chimney. We were not comfortable and had to wear our outdoor coats. This reduced the pleasure of eating in this restaurant. I have mentioned this to one of their staff. I ordered their vegan pad Thai and I must say the portion is really far too small while the restaurant is not cheaply priced. Other dishes are also far too small for the full prices charged.

The best vegan food I’ve ever had! The flavours and textures were amazing. I’d recommend the coconut soup, crispy tofu and apple salad, pork crackling, chive cakes and the minced pork with aubergine. The staff were friendly and the portions were generous. We ordered drinks, 3 starters, 3 mains and 2 rice and our meal came to £60 I thought this was extremely reasonable for the quality of the food. Can’t wait to come back!

If you want vegan and authentic Thai food, head to Mali Vegan Thai Restaurant in Earl's Court. The quality will reward you. Among my favourite dishes are the stir-fried“vegan cod” with chilli and morning glory; and the stir-fried aubergine with vegan mince and sweet basil. I really enjoyed my Thai ice-coffee with oat milk. My compliments to the Management and Chef. Mali Vegan Thai successfully blends great taste with genuine Thai vegan choices. This is now my destination of choice.

My partner and I came here for lunch after reading the outstanding reviews and were not disappointed. All the food was delicious, full of flavour and reasonably priced. The restaurant is hidden away, has a very calming atmosphere and great decor. We had the shitake mushroom and tofu skewers in satay sauce, crispy spring rolls, drunken noodles, fried rice with vegan smoky “pork" and mango ice cream with sweet sticky rice and coconut pearls. Two sides, two mains and a refreshing dessert between the two of us to share was more than enough since the portion sizes was generous. We already cannot wait to come back! Thank you to the waiting staff, chefs and management for a lovely dining experience.

Delicious food!! Especially enjoyed our boozy Thai milk teas. We shared satay skewers for the starter and my vegan cod red curry was cooked to absolute perfection. Would absolutely return in the future when in this area. Only downside was we were waiting a while for the bill, but then again I think this was just because they didn't want to rush us, amazing service in general. Brilliant prices for London.

If you’re vegan/veggie and love Thai, this place is a no brainer. Absolutely loved every dish. The drunken noodle was great, the skewers were epic, and really enjoyed their papaya salad. I will be visiting again soonish!

The food is incredible! Flavours are all so on point. Came here for a birthday dinner and got the wildberry rice, green curry, vegan crispy 'pork' and vegan 'cod'. I highly recommend the cod - the textures are unbelievable. I Love the atmosphere too, it has a warm and homely vibe with really fun decor, service was also great and food came relatively quick despite it being a very busy night.

Great food and great service. Renamed the restaurant post pandemic from Siam Secret to Mali and making the restaurant fully vegan. Menu is still very attractive with reasonable prices. Quick service, attentive staff and a pleasure to come back here. No Amex here.

Absolute flavour bomb. It’s a vegan restaurant so there’s no meat, but Thai cuisine works just fine without meat. If you’re craving authentic thai flavors, this is a great spot. Ask for the extra chili oil and get a sweat on - a proper experience!

Have dined in Mali several times when in London. The vegan menu is so inventive, it makes it so hard to choose from. Every dish I've had has been very tasty. Recommend a visit

Visited Mail for dinner with a friend. Was pleasantly surprised by the cosy outdoor area, which are hard to come by in London. Make sure you request outdoors when booking as there are only four tables. The service was friendly and food came surprisingly quickly. The food itself was great with the spring rolls being the winner. The aubergine dish can be improved, it lacked flavour/sauce but eating it with the pad Thai made it more enjoyable.

We went here for my Birthday lunch and it was excellent! The staff were attentive and polite and the service was really quick. The food was beautiful. Light, divine flavours & very pretty for the eyes. A lot of the menu was gluten free and all of it Vegan. We both had a pot of tea, one green & one lemongrass, which the waitress topped up with hot water without request. The overall atmosphere was relaxed, quirky, comfortable and pleasing. The restaurant is literally just across the road from the station so very handy to get to. Absolutely will be coming here again! Go!

We came to Earls Court just to have dinner here and didn't regret the extra mile. Outstanding vegan Thai food, amazing flavours and seasoning. Very fresh ingredients and lovely presentation. Service was friendly, quick and attentive. Make sure to book a table in advance as the place is small and fills up very quickly!

Outstanding experience ! This hidden gem is such a unbelievable amazing place! Tucked away in an alley does it not only provide nice interior and fast service, but also Thai food as good as in Thailand! Wow haven’t had such amazing food before - and I am very picky when it comes to food ! Ordered the Kua Kling Tao Hoo (คั่วกลิ้งเต้าหู้) entschieden Southern styled stir fired minced tofu with yellow curry paste. - it was outstanding The women next table ordered a bunch of starters which looked amazing as well Great place! Starting with 10,50£ mains and 3£ coke They add 12,5% service charge & I wished that they took some more time bringing the bill because I didn’t finish the drink yet Food is awesome!

Amazing experience that transported me back to my time in Thailand. Very authentic and delicious food. The owners are Thai and so welcoming! The menu is varied and there's so much choice. We shared 4 mains and two starters between us ti take in as much as possible! Definitely going to make this a frequent stop!

A cosy Vegan restaurant that's tucked away from the otherwise bustling area around the Earl's Court Underground station. We dropped in for our anniversary dinner date and I'd requested the restaurant to give us a good table. The restaurant's ambience is lovely but the tables are quite closely spaced and unless you're in a corner, it doesn't feel like you've got your private space. We were initially seated in the middle, but on our request, the restaurant accommodated us at a better table. I had a sweet but flavourful Butterfly Pea Flower Iced Tea to sip on while we dined. We started off with their Satay Hed & Tao Hoo, which was a mix of Shitake mushrooms and Tofu, both skewered and marinated in Satay sauce. This was very sleekly presented and served a great appetizer to our main course comprising the Khao-suey and the Massaman curry. The Khao-suey is a Northern Thai delicacy. The broth was very rich and tasty, but scanty. However, the team readily provided us with an extra cup of it on request. The Massaman curry was made with chickpeas and tasted delightfully creamy. It was just about sufficient for 2 portions of Jasmine rice. As Vegetarians who turned vegan, we wished there were more dishes on the menu that were veggie-based and not 'mockmeat'-based. For those that are mock-meat based, the restaurant could offer a tofu option instead. That said, we enjoyed the food thoroughly, and would love to come back with friends.

Delicious! I’m a foodie and very health conscious so I love food that is tasty but also light. This was perfect!! I left feeling nice and not over stuffed. The vegan cod was delicious, the sauce is a bit spicy. The instant noodle was amazing!

Had a great experience at Mali Vegan. Authentic Thai dishes with fresh ingredients. I can confirm that they have a separate menu in-house for those avoiding garlic and onion (and other aliums) Great service! No complaints . Really nice decor and atmosphere too ❤️

This place is really a hidden gem! The food was so amazing we had dinner there two days in a row. We ate at the restaurant the first day, where I as well had the Thai Milk Tea, which I would recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth ;) It was so cozy there and the staff was really friendly. On the second day we made use of the take away option and it was (obv) delicious as well and super easy to order and pick up. I would especially recommend the Drunken Noodle, the Pad Thai and the Red Curry with Mushrooms. I would always come back to eat here again and hopefully will!

Heard good reviews so decided to give it a shot. Overall not bad, spring roll pretty standard. The Pad Si Ew however was a tad overpowered with seasoning but great texture on the vegan beef. Curious to try the other dishes next time.

Mali Vegan Thai stands out with its entirely vegan menu, catering to Thai food enthusiasts. Although I usually choose the tofu version, Mali's commitment to authenticity shines through its diverse vegan meat options. This dedication ensures that vegans can enjoy an authentic Thai culinary experience. Despite my personal inclination towards tofu, which is unfortunately not available at Mali, the commendable service and inviting atmosphere make it a highly recommended spot for both vegans and meat enthusiasts.

Incredible vegan Thai food! My partner & I have recently returned from spending 2 months in Thailand & we're really missing the food (& the country in general). Finding this restaurant was such a nice surprise, it was like being back in Thailand & the food was absolutely delicious & completely authentic. Service was great, we ordered & had our meals within 10 minutes. Highly recommend this restaurant for Vegans (& everyone) wanting a Thai food fix.

Wow. As a non-vegan, I’ve been looking for places to try great vegan food, but have repeatedly been disappointed. Not at Mali, the food here is absolutely stunning. It’s all freshly cooked, tastes incredible and left me wanting more. I would highly recommend Mali, not just as a place to get vegan, but also as a great Thai restaurant. We had one issue in the restaurant which was that roof started leaking on me, not the fault of the staff, but not the ideal situation when out for dinner.

We are great fans of Thai food and serious meat lovers. I have to admit that we absolutely enjoyed the vegan versions and did not miss the meat! The masaman curry was delicious. My wife also loved the shiitake & tofu skewers. I loved the crispy sweet pea flower rolls better! The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are very kind too. The Harry Potter drink (the one that changes colour by adding lemon) was quite tasty too. The alcoholic cocktail I ordered was a little too boozy. So, the two meat lovers will definitely revisit this place soon! We ordered the coconut milk and banana desert (served hot) which was delightful too! Highly recommend

A great place to share food and the dishes were spicy, salty, tangy, aromatic, DELICIOUS! This is every Thai lovers dream! Where to start... the atmosphere of this place was great, felt like being abroad, would definitely recommend dining in their outdoor seating area. Everything pictured (two mains, two small plates) plus two beers came to ~£60~ which is very reasonable. Also, this was best imitation meat I've had - the noodle salad had crispy "fish", the green curry "chicken" and the rice "salt beef". I just want to rush back to try more.

Incredible food, so full of flavor and fresh ingredients, we had the chive cakes (a revelation) and skewers to start, the yellow noodles and pad Thai for mains and it was so good we scraped our plates. Vegans and omnivores will undoubtedly appreciate this spot, wish I could give more than 5 stars - service was also excellent! 🌟

Hidden vegan Thai place. Food was soooo good. Thai tea was sweet and refreshing, just the way I like it. Desert was interesting too, but our favourites were the savoury dishes. Service was great too, and price was competitive.

Mali Vegan Thai turned out to be a wonderful dining experience. The hospitality was very much on point, the food was brought out very rapidly and the quality of the meal was beyond expectation! I've had Thai food before, but this establishment had such an impact that it will now become a go-to spot for me to eat at. Keep up the amazing service, I'd highly recommend.

I kept seeing this one everywhere on Instagram so I wanted to give it a try. We had as a started the tofu and tempeh bites and the spring rolls which were really good. Then as mains we had the southern chicken mince curry and the drunken noodles. The southern mince curry was incredibly spicy and I can handle spice. The drunken noodles were good but not mind blowing. Maybe I was expecting a bit more as I feel slightly disappointed. For dessert we tried both but I preferred the mango ice cream. Not sure if I would commute all the way here to try other dishes.

Lovely interior, very friendly staff. The food was amazing – I especially loved the summer rolls! We also had the green curry (very spicy) with jasmin rice, the pumpkin curry with sticky rice, the mushroom salad and for dessert the sticky rice with banana which we didn’t like too much (very small portion, tasted a bit bland and the texture was a bit strange. Also, I think there were some beans in the rice which I didn’t really enjoy). Without even asking, the waiter kept filling up the water that we ordered, which was very nice! The food is a bit pricey tho, considering the size of the portions…
