We arrived quite late on a Sunday evening (21:30), so we were relieved that they were open and still serving. Service was a little slow, I'm sure they were winding down for the evening. The food was hot and delicious though. Restaurant was quite quiet, so we even got a booth to ourselves and didn't have to share a table ;)

Always a pleasant experience at Wagamamas. Cannot fault the staff. Always super helpful and polite and make it an enjoyable experience. The prawn firecracker is my go to and I also opted to try the vegan fish and chips and I have no complaints. Food was very tasty as usual and presentation was on point. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area, it’s not too far from Oxford Circus station and during the weekdays the queues aren’t too long. Nice spacious tables and ambience and the prices are decent. Will deffo be coming back soon!

Delicious food ,so fresh and tasty. They have a separate menu with items on that you are not able to get in other wags, like some dishes they are trying out . Nice clean toilets ,although they are down a flight of stairs, so not great in your bursting or disabled? They might have a lift ,I'm not sure, tbh I didn't look.

It was extremely professional, especially about allergens, the manager sat down and made sure everything is right. Also replaced a dish we were not happy with, without any questions asked. The food was overall not bad, around what id expect for that kind of restaurant. A lot of vegan options!

Good food with a lot of healthy choices. Service is fast and the staff are very attentive. It's also nice being able to pay online whenever you're done the meal, really streamlines the process. I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl and a shu shioku chicken kokoro bowl. The kokoro bowl was similar to curry, but had really good flavors. In addition, you can add extra chili oil or soy sauce to flavor your dishes at no cost.

Food was very tasty. I loved the new oyster mushroom skewers and the squid but ramen was lukewarm. Didn't wait long to be seated. Service was ok. Overall good experience. Might visit again.

The food was okay here. I ordered the Grilled Duck Donburi. I wasn’t wowed but it was bad. I got a Cherry Blossom Lemonade, which I served in a small glass. I’ve been to other Wagamama’s in the past and they used to serve the drink in a larger glass. For the price, it honestly wasn’t worth it. The service at this branch was okay, everyone was friendly however my server didn’t seem to know what items I was ordering and would ask for the item number. I also ordered some water, but this didn’t arrive. Overall, okay place to eat if your shopping in Oxford Street or Carnaby Street. However if you want authentic Asian food, I would recommend walking to China Town.

Wagamama is always good for a consistent meal. But this is the Noodle Lab where I got to try dishes they are experimenting with. They offer their traditional menu as well. I tried a new dish where they pour the broth at the table. It was really good. I also got a cocktail and a starter from their traditional menu. It was perfect for lunch.

Everything is nice here except the food. My pad Thai was over salted and too greasy. I needed so much water to finish eating. Now feel heavy in stomach. Yaki Udon was not bad at all. After all so dissatisfied, maybe other dishes are better and I’m not lucky with the order.

Great Wagamama here. What you see is what you get, like any other, but the food always slaps and the service is on point. Only downside being the regular changes to menus - another guest expected a certain katsu salad (still really tasty), but received something slightly different. I suppose it’s good to keep variety different!

Wagamama never disappoints with the portions of their dishes. The options are quite tasty as well and you get a good quality for the price that you are paying. But what I loved at this particular place was the service. Our waiter was just amazing, and he made our day. Food arrived very quickly. Might not be the best place if you want to have a chat as it can get quite noisy when it is busy.

This is the best Wagamama in London without a doubt...! Beautiful decor and smiling friendly staff..! Great noodle dishes!!

Went for a quick bite for dinner. Wasn't too busy but was directed to a table quickly. The food also came rapidly and was delicious. Especially the tama squid balls. Really enjoyed it!

I have been to this place before and it’s really nice. But this time it also said noodle bar in its name or maybe I didn’t notice it before last year?! Anyhow the food is amazing, I ordered a firecracker prawn rice dish and it was super spicy. For a Asian it should be doable (still very spicy) but I would not recommend for someone with low spice tolerance. My husband got a fish dish it was amazing 🤩 We loved the vibe and the food was yummy. You can pay without any hassle using the scanner on the table.

YASMIN NEEDS TO ATTEND A CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE. She lacks skills beyond measures. Your stinky attitude isn't going to get you too far in life. Due to personal reasons when asked to moved to a different table she came up with all lies as to why we can't move there when it was clearly vacant and could easily be done, but no she decided to tell tales. Yasmin do better hun, or find another job if you can't act right. THANKS TO SAM for moving us to another table when asked as soon as possible without a fuss and no questions asked. We were served by JLO, very sweet girl. Thanks for your service. The manager Maria was great and catered for our needs. Thanks alot Sam, Maria and JLO for your amazing service. Yasmin, learn a thing or 2 from your colleagues you nasty girl. Take your miserable self out in some therapy rather than making customers feel awful.

This is a good Wagamama although it is usually busy enough to have to wait a few minutes outside for a table to become available. We have never waited longer than 15 minutes and once inside, everything is quick. The atmosphere is good, just what you should expect from Wagamama. It can be loud with the volume of people there but I really enjoy this. The food is lovely as usual and drinks are quickly served. The system to pay your bill using the code on your phone makes everything simple when splitting a bill, and keeps people flowing nicely.

A must for those winter days craving something hot and delicious. Their menu has different options for ramen, noodles as well as other rice dishes.

Quite underwhelming - cutlery was not clean - when I asked for a knife, I was told it’s there. Told it was not clean. The staff didn’t even say apologies like it was usual to have unclean knifes - servers looked disinterested. Doing only bare minimum - floor was dirty. Like hadn’t been mopped for a month I have been to many Wagamama’s and will rate this one the worst

Great food, great atmosphere. They just need to turn on the air conditioning it’s too hot in there😅

This is chain restaurant but has good food. It's the fusion of Japanese and Chinese cuisine if I would describe the food I ate. We got the Bao bun with meat. We found the meat to be a bit on the day dude but the Bao made up for it. The ramen was good the dashi was tasty. The quantity of the food is good to make you walk for digestion. The staff was also good and can help if you ate seeking suggestions.

We had excellent service, waited only 5-6 minutes to get into the store. We were handed the menu as we waited. Polite and friendly staff, the food was great but the cherry blossom lemonade was spectacular!!

Delicious food that makes you feel good about how healthy and plant-based each item on the menu is. While service was a tad bit slow, I did come in at a pretty busy time (8-9 pm) and there aren’t many staff. Staff nonetheless are friendly and hardworking. Highly recommend the chocolate orange cake 🤤

Good customer service and there was lot of space to sit down. Food came really quickly. However I wished my dish was a little bit warmer.

Food is amazing as usual. The ambience and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to pay scanning the QR code on our phones. Had a lovely time ☺. Will be back again.

Wagamama is always top.... But the vegan menu it is amazing!!! Spicy teriyaki vegan "chicken" bao buns, vegan chilli "squids" and no duck donburi.... Amazing!!!!

The food was tasty, it arrived quickly and the waiter was really helpful when we were struggling with the app. Good atmosphere and although there was a queue to get in, it moved very quickly.

The long cue is terrible, I hate the fact that I had to stand for almost an 1hr before I got a place to sit. When I tasted the food, it was amazing and I totally forgot about the stressed, I have been there twice, the staff members are really polite and always put a smile behind the mask 😷
