Amazing store and great concept. I only walked in to see the car and then noticed it was very different store to whatever I've seen before! Staff were extremely friendly and demonstrated the products well. I particularly enjoyed speaking with Simon who was very friendly and knew the products well. All the items are very high tech. My favourite was the bed which had a remote controlled mattress with built in massager! I love how you just scan the QR code to buy. Very unique. Have been 3 times and could always go back for more!

What a brilliant experience! We visited the Westfield shop in White City and literally spent 90 minutes in this unique store. All the products are so well presented but most importantly all the staff were amazing. If any shop wants to see how to encourage people to make purchases they should go see how the staff in this shop treat customers. Our kids were entertained by the games and the fun in this shop, we got to try coffee machines, juicers and much more. This is how shopping should be. Experiential, relaxing and fun. Amazing concept brought to life by a really great group of people that are clearly passionate about what they do.

A modern, fun and intriguing store showcasing and allowing you to try some of the latest and cutting-edge smart home technology ranging from Google to Philips, amongst several other computing related products. It actually reminded us of being at a marketing suite for a new build apartment as there were areas to replicate an actual lounge, bedroom and kitchen but with a more casual atmosphere and vibe throughout as we were allowed to freely test most of the devices on display without feeling pressured to purchase anything as weren't being followed around. At the time of visiting their store, we weren't able to test the VR headset but were able to see everything else. Overall, we found the experience incredibly educational and insightful and staff were enaging, smiling and polite throughout our experience (even right from the entrance when I saw their two female employees dancing and advising us that prices of all products for sale must be QR scanned!)

Great shop and customer experience to see and try out different products in person. Just attended a fun pizza making workshop here to demonstrate how to make pizzas at home without a pizza oven. Big thanks to Jamie and all the friendly staff!

Went into Situ Live, Westfield White City and was greeted by a very polite young man by the name of Malachi Matthew, he was very kind to show us around and innovate our minds. The items at the store were amazing and refreshing. Honestly if you are ever around I would suggest going in and taken a look the stuff is amazing especially the Optimus Prime robot and bed.

I popped into the Westfield store opposite Apple to check out the demos. I was really impressed with the range of a innovative / high-tech equipment on display. The demos were great mainly because the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Very impressed!

An excellent venue for trying a variety of products before making a decision to buy. Very friendly staff who were willing to give demonstrations . Helena offered great customer service👌🏾Highly recommended !

Possibly one of my favourite shops ever. They have all the things you never knew you needed. Staff are very friendly, passionate and knowledgable. Cosmo in particular showed me around the place and really learned a lot in the process. Great guy. What I learned from the experience is that if you have somewhere to be, you’ll most likely be late. Special mention to Amz too during my second visit. Many more to come :) Thanks guys

When to Westfield for the first time in a few months and noticed this store. The amazing sports car in the windows caught my son's eye and we went in. First of all its a beautiful use of space. Ikea meets Smart Home. We were politely greeted and the staff invited us to feel free to look around. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the products. They seem to genuinely use them and are not just paid to know about them. This is very refreshing as someone who worked in retail for a number of years. One of my pet hates is not letting the customer feel free in the environment. Situ manages to avoid this effortlessly. The are live demos in each section of the space. Lucy gave us an amazing demo on the bedroom space. Every aspect of the room tied into each other and was relevant to my family. Really brought each product alive. Then while looking around the Situ Live lounge, Malakai offered to show us a bit more about the room. Again bringing every product in the room alive. Knowledgeable and friendly seems to be a theme for Situ. The speaker demo is beyond words. Audio is amazing! Highly recommend a visit to this place if you are in Westfields. 10/10

Was just walking around Westfield when I wandered into this shop, super friendly staff and really cool products. Spent so long trying out different products and the staff was helpful throughout! Special shout-out to Brooke for letting me join her yoga session and then serving a delicious smoothie at the end!! Really fun experience, will definitely have to go back.

Had an amazing experience in store . I had no intention of walking in however I was lured in by the great saleswoman Amran and after signing up as a member which took about 10 second I experienced all the fun tech and useful gadgets in store. The saleswoman made my time in store a fun experience and I will be recommending it to my family and friends.

A fun experience if you like tech or would like ideas for your house. It's filled with a few mock-up rooms, containing lots of high tech equipment. Staff seem very knowledgeable and are happy to help out or share their experience with everything in the shop.

So glad I stopped by here. Especially great when your feet need a break or the kids need a moment to to unwind. Enjoyed the environment set out here, bit like try before you buy so you can see if it's really what you want. Also helps when you get coffee & pancakes to reset.

An amazing place showcasing loads of current useful tech and gadgets. Very helpful, and lovely team members made me a coffee with a lovely coffee machine and another team member gave me a gluten-free croissant. Very tasty indeed. A great place to take yourself and your kids away from the shops.

Such an incredible shopping experience - can't fault the staff who were super welcoming and knowledgeable. It was great getting to actually experience the products and speak to the experts about them rather than spending lots of money on items you have only seen pictures of. Will be back!
