    Can't believe they call this the flagship store! Worst service ever! Two hour wait to just be served. The lady with the stupid Ipad thinks she is god! Once inside, still waited for another 30 minutes, they just forget about you completely. When I asked the lady with the ipad what was taking so long and why other people who came after me were being served first, she said they received an SMS message about their appointment time, when I asked her to check mine, as I also received an sms which I showed her, ..... she said she couldn't find it in her system. Im like, well that is your company problem, right? Finally served, none of the bags I wanted they could find.... they have it it in stock but they CAN NOT FIND IT IN THE STORE! What? ! The wallet I also wanted, they have it in store, but they can't locate it! So basically I was there from waiting till closing, empty-handed. Ok.. gotta find something, bought a mini bucket bag. Nice. paid for it, wrapped it up, put in box, and when I got home, and opened it.... you wont believe it! The SECURITY TAG IS STILL on the bag. The sales forgot to remove it; when I left the store, the alarm didn't go off...now I have to go back to the store tomorrow! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

    What happened at this store today is exactly why I prefer shopping online. The hostess looked me up and down, staring at the outfit I had on before deciding if I was worthy to be placed with a S.A. Luckily I’m on vacation so I was DRESSED. When will these ppl learn that some ppl who are dripped in designer aren’t always rich or wealthy. Anyway; Fabio was the one who helped me with my wallet and hot stamping. I also requested perfume samples and he boxed me up some. I was very happy and pleased with his help. While waiting for my wallet to be hot stamped; I saw a S.A with visible anger on her face because she showed a woman numerous bags and the lady didn’t buy any. I guess because she too was dipped in designer they thought she was there to spend. Things should not be this way at all. It’s the same way in America. I’ll go to the lv store in my beat up uggs to make my purchase and they look at me as if im trash. Luckily at these places you will find 1 or 2 genuine ppl who will help you. For me that was Sunny. She’s now retired and I have not set foot in a LV store until this year. All my purchases are made online. No judgments are looks of disgust.

    The service staff here is very good. I walked in and was very well taken care of, the old lady gave very thorough advice and was very patient for me to choose. She understood what I wanted from the product. I also bought a long wallet as a gift and my friend loves it. Note when you shop here: If you are a tourist and only visit London for a few days, you can also get a tax refund at the Airport, but remember to ask the staff for a claim form.

    Brilliant service, I was greeted in a polite manner. To where I waited a short while to being served! Lucas is incredibly guest focused as he attended to everything that I asked him for. As I was quite particular as I was looking for a specific bracelet from Louis Vuitton! He also gave me a tour of the whole building which was delightful

    The service of the staff here is very good. Went there multiple times during my stay in London and was very well taken care of. They were very patient for me to choose. They were nice enough to replace a bracelet my wife bought, as there was a product damage within 2 days of use. The manager was too kind while dealing with us to ensure a positive overall experience 💡 Shopping Suggestion: The perfume collection in LV is top notch & something people don't talk about as much. The Fleur du Désert is my top choice

    This is the largest LV store offering a superb collection and a phenomenal ambiance. However, service could be improved due to long wait times in this massive, bustling store. Once you're assigned a staff member, they do their best to assist. It's a busy store, but either service enhancements or increased manpower are needed for a better customer experience.

    This is my first visited to LV - London New Bond Street. It is a flagship store hence it really need quite a while to wait for your SA to assist you. We are lucky to have Debora who is professional, friendly and giving us opinion of our purchases for my family. Especially for my Mum and Sister. Her service and treatment really made me purchased more items. Please look for her if you want to have a wonderful shopping!! (Sorry that I will make her schedule busy 😂😂) Hope my rating could show my appreciation to her fabulous work and see you again when we return to London soon ❤️

    New Bond Street is Lowest service I have ever experienced! Chocking. No drink to be serving on visit! We spent a lots of money on the day. We bough load item on Thursday 27 July 23 to be delivered to our house and we mentioned we only here until 2rd august 23 as we only on holidays. We not living here. The sell does promise it would delivered within 3 days. Didn’t realise they are sending standard which just now delivered on the 1st of august! However my sister is at the gym when the delivery man arrived and the company won’t allowed anyone collecting parcel for her! Eventually I have the ID card present. This is really bad service as we are leaving the uk tomorrow at 3 am to the airport and ups doesn’t have office to be collect the item! We bough so many brands that n the street and never experienced this even Dior cucci as long as you got ID for signature at correct address anyone can sign to receive the items only LV that I can’t sign to receive the items!

    Service is great , waiting time was 25 min to be able to speak to someone, goods speak for themselves, location is in a well known famous street in London . Choices of products are many since this is the biggest store in the United Kingdom. Good to see , certainly recommended .

    Amazing experience, When I first walk in nothing but smiles. I had five associates helping me. I was explaining what I was looking forward to did not know the name of it. Within a minute they knew what I was talking about and within 15 minutes I was out the door that easy. Highly recommended the place is absolutely beautiful. Put this on your bucket list at least to go in and say hi And look

    5/13/23: I bought a new tan LV classic reversible wind breaker jacket today. I love ❤️ it! I have it in blue/black too. The tan color just premiered last week. I think 🤔 pairing it with my blue 💙 LV man bag that I bought in Paris in 2019 looks good, & letting my new LV 90 diamond 💎 & 18K gold pendant that I bought at the LV boutique in Harrods yesterday show takes the look over the top!

    Where better to get a Louis Vuitton designer handbag than London.. Took the daughter as she wanted a particular bag.. Unfortunately not available in the shop but were happy to order it for her and post when back in stock.. The staff were absolutely fantastic and were very polite and helpful..

    Bad customer service. Wasn’t offered a seat. Had to use the bathroom for a bit and the sales associate disappeared when we came back. She was with another customer and asked us to wait and then sent someone else to help. They both had different narratives on what was the latest color. I still purchased the bag because it was my last day in london. But was not given any recommendations. And she treated me like I was just there to browse.

    Bad service attitude and racist staff. Those staff I meet today are arrogant and judging customers by appearance. It takes me more than 30 min to wait a service. During the waiting time I wandered in store, there is not a greeting from a staff who obviously saw me. When a Hong Kong man serves, he is terribly arrogant and discriminating Mainland Chinese. There is not at all a single polite word from him. When I asked about the difference between two items, his first answer is ‘ this one is more expensive’ EXCUSE ME? Actually I came from a billionaire family, I just looked humble and young. Everyone deserves equal service, not just those who look white and expensive. The whole service was a process of humiliation. There was no item introduction or recommendation from him, and he was impatient to answer any question from me. Decided to buy online and delivery to home. Shame on you!

    Great store. Lots of staff who are very attentive. Even the security interacted with my 3 year old daughter playfully. The bag options were great and our personal shopper helped my wife to find her next piece. As we were sightseeing the store had my wife's new bag delivered to our hotel free of charge. Recommended 👌

    I’ve shopped at this store many times and always have a great experience- but my most recent visit was by far the best I’ve ever had. The ambassador, Philip L, who helped with my purchase, was the most kind and genuine sales person I’ve ever met. A down to earth guy, who spoke to myself and my partner as if we were close friends and made the purchase experience extremely pleasant. He told us to find him in store when we next come back, so he could offer us the same experience. He is a true compliment to the Louis Vuitton Brand.

    This store used to be one of the best experiences in London from a shopping perspective, the drinks provided, the ambience, the warmth of the SA and the gifts of samples on purchase. Sadly my experience on Saturday was not of the level I had 12 months ago, the head office needs to review how the Flagship store in London is managed from a customer experience perspective. No drinks offered, no samples shared on purchase, this in fact led me to making a purchase last year as I had great feedback of the samples. Fabio served me, he was friendly, advised me well on sizing and going in store actually saved me the hassle of ordering the wrong sizing on the trainers. Fabio was a gent and offered to contact me directly for future releases.

    Walked in with my fiancée and the person greeting us told us they will help us engrave the bottle and there is one person ready to help and we had to wait and when we were attended an Indian guy came to us and said his machine is broken and it’s been broken couple of days. Looks like they don’t keep their staff informed and caused us such an inconvenience. Very poor service at this location

    My experience while brief was pretty decent. There was an hour plus wait and they closed in 30 minutes. 🤷🏽‍♂️. But I was told I can take a chance and wait. Being that I’m not a window shopper, I asked for the specific item only to find out they didn’t have it. They told me who had the only bag in London. Then looked it up and told me that unfortunately it’s not the color I was looking for. In the end, the service was sufficient it’s just that the bag I was looking for doesn’t exist.

    Petra at the Bond Street branch was an absolute pleasure and delight. She was attentive, and friendly. As soon as myself and my mum stepped into the store she was very helpful and even gave us a little history about the building and the brand itself. This is what customer service is all about making it enjoyable and an experience for customers. Petra is an asset to Louis Vuitton! She even went out her way in assisting my mum trying on a beautiful dress for her potential 60th birthday present, this made my mum’s day. Her Customer services are top tier. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you Petra!

    Tall, 1.8m black guy at the door told me all the products I’m looking for are unavailable, turns out one of them are available, he was extremely rude and didn’t even bother to offer me some alternatives! I have shopped with this store multiple times, the rest of the staff are usually friendly but I’m leaving a 1 star review all because of him, LV you should consider re-educate him on client experiences!

    I had a lovely experience when I when to the flag ship store. I had already ordered online for collection (as I tend to not always be available to receive deliveries so prefer to collect in store when I know I am free). I was attended by Lydia who was very helpful, friendly and even messaged me before I came in to check I that the time still worked. Brief but lovely experience.

    Great professional service. I waited around an hour due to how busy the shop was and the customers occupying members of staff for a long time. However I was served by Eleanora E, who approached me after spotting that I was sat for a long time waiting. She treated me with respect and kindness, also my product was packaged in a gift box beautifully.
