    The store is beautiful and sales associate were nice, however, security staff made me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable the whole time. One in particular was literally breathing down our necks racing after us wherever we went and when we split up in the store he almost lost his mind because he couldn’t keep track of us all at once. I looked around to see if the people around us were receiving the same treatment but I saw other people walking around in the shoes they tried on with no one watching their every move. My dad was sent upstairs by the sales associate to make his purchase and again this security guard was getting ready to follow him before being stopped by another one to say it was ok. Even my mom and sister who were just sitting down were being stalked. Listen I understand high end stores have certain security measures but don’t blatantly treat me like a thief. We spoke with one of the sales associate about the issue to which he responded I know exactly which security guard it is, that’s how he is. The sales associate did apologize and directed us to head of security. When we spoke to the head of security he said they have been on edge for the past 3 weeks but I can only translate that to them being on edge with anyone black as it seems we were the only ones being followed to that extent. If you’re on edge then be on edge with everyone, don’t pick and choose. Thinking about it makes me regret actually making a purchase in the store. I highly doubt I’ll ever be back to that location, definitely a big turn off.

    such a horrible experience, my sister and i were browsing to see if we were interested in getting a bag today, and a worker literally got a whole attitude when we went to see the mini lady dior bags. that we need to wait to be attended yet we were the only ones in the room when two workers were literally just standing there doing nothing. they just looked at us and judged. don’t even waste your time here, the people are just rude. i’ll stick to ordering online instead of shopping here

    They said they will accept my exchange from outlet by cell phone, when i arrived at the boutique i wait forever outside then when i go inside they declined by exchange request. I am not upset about them not fulfilling my request, i am upset about the inconvenience.. Terrible service. This location gives misleading information and does not treat its customers right. I recommend you shop at selfridges for better customer satisfaction.

    Never knew I was getting a Lady Dior bag until I got there. This was a surprise from my husband. The representative was extremely nice, patient.,he told me about the iconic story of the bag.I totally fell in love. He allowed me to take my time because I was stuck between 2 options the white and the grey. Picked the white but will come back for the grey. Forgot the representative's name. He totally deserves a thumbs up 👍

    - Staff were friendly- when I entered the shop about 3/4 staff members all welcomed me. When I asked where the men’s shoes were the lady was helpful and followed me downstairs to help me. - I asked to try on the shoes as I wasn’t sure what size I would be and there wasn’t a problem. I asked to try both shoes on because one foot is bigger than the other and I can’t remember which one is bigger and there was no issue. I walked around the seats to see how the shoes felt and never got the feeling they were annoyed or getting impatient with me. - A man who worked there soon came over with the card machine to pay when I was sat down. The same lady then carried the bag upstairs for and gave me the bag just before i left - The security guard was friendly and said hello and goodbye and wished me a good day - The shoes were well packaged Message me on my Instagram @clarencemodelling ask any questions

    We went to collect our personalised handbag and Giulia was looking after us. She was very friendly and approachable. Showed us many items that we liked and seems to know her products very well. Giulia is proud to be selling Dior goods and you can tell she is passionate about the company as well as her customers.

    I have never written a review prior to this, but this store warrants it. The BEST Dior shopping experience and luxury shopping experience I’ve ever had! The staff here are EXCELLENT. Extremely welcoming, friendly, down to earth, and approachable. They all greeted/welcomed my 18 month old rambunctious toddler with open arms and let me try on everything I wanted without batting an eye. Truly, a class act in terms of luxury customer service.

    Such a good experience here and a good place to shop and relax! We were lucky to have Cameron help us out Would give him all the stars on the review if possible! Easy on the eyes, ears, great help, and so much personality! Would definitely come back to if I’m in London again

    Went specifically here as there were many good reviews about their staffs here. And it was true enough! I had a pleasant experience shopping here. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. They were very helpful to let you know whats instock and not.

    I purchased pair of B22 Trainers for £980 from New Bond street. The stitching become loose within 9 months, I called customer service they advised over the phone to visit the store. We booked the appointment when arriving at the store they declined the exchange and said they must take pictures to make a claim that is sent to Paris. Now Paris have said it was not repairable but also will not exchange them. Better off putting your money in the dustbin you will get more value for your money!! Worst service I have ever received!!

    I spent the most wonderful 2 hours in the store today. My host was Ella Lee and she was so amazing, professional and so very kind which enhanced my experience. If you get the opportunity to shop with Ella make sure you take it. The smart gentlemen security also helped me with my choices and decisions. Thank you to you too, unfortunately I didn’t get your name but you were downstairs by the men’s shoes. Great eye for fashion and style. I felt like I was one of the “Housewives of London”. Thank you Dior and Ella is a great asset to your team, but I am sure you don’t need me to tell you that. ❤️

    Waited more than 15 minutes in the shop and NO ONE, literally NO ONE is willing to serve or help us out. Everyone is just standing at the cashier and talking to each other, asked for help and all I got is “I’m sorry, we are all busy waiting for the transactions to go through”. Hello, you all are so freely talking to each other, and when someone else came in you just served them except me. Well done Dior, disgusting people looking down at people like us (:

    I had a problem with my Dior Saddle messenger bag. I have had the bag just over 2 months and the handle came away due to the pin falling out holding it in. So went to the Bond Street boutique to see if there is anything they can do for me as this was a fault with my bag. Ira KIRVE dealt with me. I was told first of all it would have to be sent bag to Paris for them to decide what to do. So I explained I have only used the bag 5 times and there should not be a fault with it. So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager I have to say was lovely and very efficient from start to finish. My bag was replaced. While I was waiting I was offered a coffee and when it arrived was presented lovely on a tray with Dior china and chocolates on a plate. Simply a delight. My replacement bag was wrapped in a box with ribbon and placed inside a store bag. What a delight to shop here and definitely will be returning. The only downside was on my departure the store Security look me up and down like he was surprised I could afford to buy anything. But on that note FYI I’m the one walking out with a bag that cost me over £2,000 so yes I can afford to shop here. So I suggest don’t judge people. Maybe training is required.     The store is beautiful and the lady that assisted me was lovely. Nevertheless, the women at the entrance taking clients in has an absolutely horrendous attitude towards customers. That women eye rolled at me when the security let me go through as I had my appointment booked in advance. Horrible experience shopping at dior new bond street

    Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life in matters regarding shopping on 18th Aug. 2023 afternoon. I specifically want to refer to the Asian lady at the door with rude and arrogant attitude as an employee working for this store. I can never recommend this store to anyone. Horrible customer service due to the Asian lady that I met right this afternoon and I realised I’m better off with Hermes or Chanel right close to them or other designers. Save your time and money you’re better off with their other stores or go to others that value customers .

    We all know Dior is amazing... but sadly the people that work there are a bit rude.. I went in as a client and a fashion student. The rudness in the eyes were just unacceptable and unnecessary. Was it because we looked young therefore we can not afford? Or is it because the staff simply is too judgemental... Did not feel welcomed in this shop at all. Absolutely outrageous. Don't think this os what Dior would want to hear from the shop but here we are

    I had the best shopping experience ever thanks to the Sales Rep Robert. He really looked after me and my sister and was very knowledgeable about the brand. He was kind, attentive, professional and was focused on making sure we had a lovely experience; even providing us drinks with top ups when needed. Thank you Robert - what a gem and asset you are to Dior! The store itself is stunning - as a result Robert asked if we would like a tour of the whole store which we gladly accepted; whilst having this tour he gave us the run down on Dior's history whilst showing us all departments on each floor. All in all, an absolute stella experience thank to the customer service - all the staff were warm and friendly. Robert even accompanied us when we had to leave after making my purchase. Hands down the best Dior shopping experience thanks to Robert! Due to this, I most def will be back.

    I think officially one of the most welcoming and friendly customer service experiences I’ve had in store. Will definitely be coming back. Front of house welcome was excellent and helpful, i store help with menswear and shoes was excellent. Security staff were on great form too

    What else would you expect than top class customer service. The staff here are superb & very knowledgable about there products. Obviously the goods are of excellent quality too. Mrs M was very happy with her handbag perfume and slides. Well done Dior New Bond Street !!

    Top class customer service from Cindy when we came to purchase a handbag for the other half yesterday. She was very knowledgeable and we were never rushed into any decision. Doormen and other staff all seemed friendly too. Will return in future if we need more Dior!

    The lady that was taking care of our order wasn’t very polite. Have shopped at other designer couture outlets where I’ve received more attention in terms of friendly staff and care. The lady seemed annoyed at the fact that we asked her to find a color way for a shoe, quote “I have to go down again but it’s okay I can if you want me to” is what she said. I am aware that people spend more than buy a shoe but spending even £850 for a shoe should come with it’s fair share of care from staff, honestly have had better experience purchasing a £250 shoe at nike or stuff at selfridges.
