UPDATE 18/11/20: After trying out their array of masks since my visit, I was really impressed with how my skin was left smooth and soft the next day and how it was glowing. Definitely recommend their face masks - which are very affordable too. Hoping to try out their other products one day I was really pleased and ecstatic that Nature Republic, a Korean Beauty brand had a store arriving in the UK; I just had to visit! My visit was nothing but amazing. Everything was arranged and organised so perfectly; it was well cared for by the staff The staff were so lovely and greeted me when I walked in and when I left the store Bought a few masks, and was happy that I came out with some freebies from EXO as they were collaborating with them. Great store!! A lovely girl with orange hair helped me a lot and walked me through the store and recommended me products that suited me as I suffer with Rosecea and find it hard to get the correct skin care!!!

Great aloe Vera products, good brand with very nice skincare. The staff are very professional and can only be described as wonderful. I noticed it is a lot more expensive in store than on their website or Amazon however this is useful if you need your skincare fix now. My only problem was that it was hard to shop as there were a lot of young girls using the samples and the eyelash curlers ( hygiene?) to do a full face of sample make up with no regard for other shoppers wanting to reach the items. The lovely sales associate told me that a lot of the kandJ beauty stores have shoplifting and this kind of problem. So it isn’t the stores fault.

I first discovered this brand when I went to the Philippines on holiday and was really sad when I ran out of my products. I was so happy to find out that there was a branch here in the UK. I love the store and its products. The staff in the store are knowledgeable about the products they are selling and about skincare in general. The online staff are also very friendly. I once had a problem with an online order so I contacted them via phone/email and they sorted out the issue straight away. The products are gentle and nourishing for the skin and I love using them, nearly all my skincare products are Nature Republic. I hope they start to introduce other products as well like the Hawaiian Deep Sea line that I bought in the Philippines.

Me and my black friend got racially profiled by one platinum blonde staff member & one with brown hair. We got followed around the store and they constantly asked if we needed help and our other non-black friend watched the blonde one direct the brown haired one to keep an eye on us

Scam. My order never arrived, I was really patient and accomodating for weeks, but even though there is proof from Evri that they have not delivered the parcel, are refusing to either refund me as " they don't do that unless I sign an online form" that doesn't work, saying I've not received it. They have my money, Evri have my order, and I have nothing

The showroom was beautifully presented and the prices were very affordable. However the service upon walking into the showroom was very cold and untoward. The girl at the cash register was very welcoming to me especially after I started speaking Korean to her and she was quite surprised. The welcoming into the showroom could be worked on and I could have been offered help.

This shop is great! I ended up going their twice in one week. I came here to see if they provided the same experience as Nature Republic stores in Korea (the founding/home country of this company). The presentation is well organized and kept clean. The shop staff are welcoming and are around to help you if you need assistance. Given the current situation, they are sticking to good health and safety practices by providing hand sanitizer at the door and the staff wear masks as they should be and other procedures are in place to keep us all safe. I was able to easily find all I wanted and will certainly return. It's conveniently nearby the train station and easy to find 👍

It can be disheartening waiting 5 weeks for quality skincare to arrive from Korea, so the day me and my friend happened upon Nature Republic's shop in Soho was a real blessing! Not only is it accessible, the products are absolutely amazing, everything I have used has been great, the sheet masks are really the best I've tried, and for a good price too! And the skin and haircare is amazing! I also really love the cover-up, whenever I wear that my skin is just perfection 😍😍. Love this place, the service is always fantastic, staff are super friendly and helpful. Love love love!

Absolutely love this brand and was so glad to find out there's a shop in London. I ordered online, the order arrived very fast and had lots of free stuff included (2nd pic - mask, sanitizer, testers) and a lovely note. Will definitely order again as the quality of the products is amazing!

I lived in Seoul, South Korea previously and always loved Korean beauty products, long before they were popular here, I have waited 10+ years for companies to open up here! i was so happy to discover Nature Republic! I love the masks, my favourite is the orange face mask, as well as the under eye masks. I only wish it was a bigger store with even more of a selection (hence the 4/5 stars, otherwise 5 stars). The staff are friendly and knowledable as well. I am glad that nothing has been changed from Korea to here, keep up the fantastic work! <3
