    Fabien is a great trainer. He has a great intuitive sense that helps him find just the right amount of ‘challenge’ guiding you through workouts. I enjoyed the brief time I had the chance to work with him before moving back to the states. I have worked with Div 1 coaches and Fabien is as good as it gets.

    I have had great success with Fabien at VPF. Weight loss, strength, endurance and running ability have all improved hugely thanks to his carefully thought out programs. I particularly like his data led/evidence led approach, and the way he applies it to the unique needs of the individual. My wife is also very happy with the results of my training!

    Fabien is a great personal trainer. His sessions include good warm up routines, and then he continues to measure your progress and push you accordingly. I’d recommend his personal and group classes.

    Fabien is an excellent fitness and running coach. The weekly strength and conditioning sessions have greatly improved my overall strength as well as my core stability and thanks to this I have been able to train hard and consistently for more than 18 months injury free! Fabien has also prepared very detailed training plans specific to my running objectives and I have been able to run personal bests in all distances. He has also advised on running races to enter to fit in with my training plans and he has always been very responsive, helpful and supportive when asking for specific advice.

    I've been doing strength and conditioning with Fabien once a week for about 6 months and my PBs and injuries have improved with bespoke sessions that focus on every muscle group. Would really recommend Fabien for runners looking to improve their strength or to prevent injury.

    Fabien is an excellent personal trainer. He pays close attention to my personal fitness goals and provides me with plans that work within the constraints of my job/life. As a result I have significantly improved my 5K, 10K and HM PBs and I have become much stronger and fitter. He helps me enjoy my training - running or weights - and keeps me motivated. He is accommodating and always reliable and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

    I've been working out with Fabien for other a year now, doing strength and conditioning for runners in small groups. I had been getting injured as a runner and needed to improve my strength and technique. He's excellent, pushing me to my limits but takes feedback and adjusts training to cater for injuries and niggles. He's friendly, knowledgeable and flexible and works in a space with good facilities and equipment, and training changes week to week, to keep it interesting. We do a mix or weight training and general workout. My running and overall fitness has improved greatly over the year and I haven't had an injury since training with him. Highly recommended!

    Fabien is a really great trainer. He tailored my marathon training plan to what I needed, and helped me get me a PB I didn't at first think I could get. He's got a good demeanour about him which made training enjoyable (except for some of the intervals!).

    I attended Fabien's one to one strength and conditioning classes and found them excellent. He is encouraging, positive and friendly.  Having never done classes like this before, he was very patient and pushed me beyond my comfort zone. I'd really recommend Fabien's classes.

    I couldn't recommend Fabien enough. I joined his sessions during the first lockdown of 2020 and was absolutely gutted to leave when I moved out of Hackney two years after. I was unsure about working out with a PT but soon enough the weekly sessions with Fabien became the highlight of my week. He is an attentive, calm, and supportive trainer that helped me become stronger and actually enjoy lifting weights!

    Fabs classes are great that's why I've been going for over 6 years. They've helped improve my overall strength and have really helped with injury prevention. My main sport is cycling and improvements in my core strength have really helped me during long days in the saddle. Can't recommend enough.
