    I’ve been doing PT sessions with Grace for the last 6 months and really loving it! I’m progressing at a good pace and don’t ever get bored with the sessions. Grace is warm and positive and encourages me to push myself whilst still being sensitive to the various niggles that I have. I’ve also done a few circuit classes with Step and Max which were fantastic too. If you haven’t tried one you really should!

    I’m not good at sticking with exercise but I think I have found my place! Grace’s circuit classes are challenging, largely replicable at home, and small enough to get individual advice on form and progress. A range of weights and harder alternatives are always available to cater to different levels of fitness. Most key: the atmosphere is encouraging and the music keeps you going ;)

    Good atmosphere for fitness sessions. Equipment works well. Space is well managed so that even when there are multiple sessions at once they don't clash. Fitness instructor I have been working with since last year has a good sense of when to push me further, and that has helped me develop strength.

    I love the Fitness with Grace studio, it is in a great location and has a really fun, warm and supportive atmosphere. I have been having sessions with Rowan for a year, and she is a fantastic PT. As well as being a lovely person she is very professional and consistent and somehow manages to keep me motivated to keep challenging myself.

    I have been with Grace now for a year and there is no doubt that my fitness level has improved. Her regimes are tailored to meet individual requirements. Also her constant encouragement and sunny manner makes for a fun but hardworking session. I cannot recommend Grace and her team highly enough.

    Brilliant circuits class that I go to every week. It's been amazing to get me back into a routine and the small classes make it so much less intimidating than other gyms and classes I've tried. Would highly recommend!

    The team at Fitness with Grace are all amazing and have provided me with informed and educated views on health and fitness. Along with this, the team are great fun to be around and make training enjoyable. The studio is also clean and inviting.

    It was with some trepidation that I went to meet Grace for the first time. Despite my long list of 'issues' she saw no barriers to taking me on. It was the best thing I could have done. My balance is back, my strength has recovered and I feel confident again. The team has grown and each of them adds another dynamic to the studio. I cannot recommend them enough!

    I trained with Grace for a little over 3 years, she saw me through knee rehabilitation after surgery and other ligament issues I have. Grace and her team are incredibly professional and always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. The studio is a fantastic area with the best equipment. I couldn't recommend her and the studio more, it is a shame I live so far now because I miss my weekly sessions.

    I’ve been training with Grace for a few years now. I initially started because I had problems with my back and knees, from having quite a physical job, and generally just wanted to build up core strength. I can say that she has worked wonders on me. Not only am I stronger and rarely have problems with my back anymore, but I also actually look forward to exercising. I never thought that I would enjoy lifting weights! Grace has a great way of keeping the sessions challenging but not so difficult that it would put me off (I’m not someone who loves exercise). She is also a lovely person that thoroughly enjoy having a chat with.

    A brilliant team at a great studio. Grace has been a truly wonderful PT over the years - she knows my limits but knows exactly when to challenge those limits! Always encouraging, and a true professional. Circuit sessions with Super Steph, Bianca or Grace are fantastic too. Highly recommended!

    I’ve had both 1-2-1 sessions with Grace, as well as joining group exercise classes. Grace is a true expert in her field, I’ve learned so much about how to exercise with good form, tailored to my goals - I can’t recommend her enough. I always enjoy sessions at the studio - it’s really easy to find, clean and well equipped. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to exercise in a welcoming and friendly private space.

    I have been training with Grace for several years. She is an amazing personal trainer who really knows her stuff. Training is always enjoyable, as Grace is not only a fantastic PT but a really lovely person who is fun to train with. The private gym is also a great space - clean, well equipped and extremely welcoming. I could not recommend Fitness with Grace highly enough.

    A brilliant small and friendly fitness studio. I have 1-1 training with Stephanie and she is amazing, can't recommend her or this studio enough. Ideal for anyone like me who is a bit nervous of big gym energy!

    Rowan is an incredible trainer - not only very knowledgeable about the body but able to make showing up at 7am fun week after week! She’s great at adapting to injuries and specific requests. Highly recommend, been working with her for over a year ❤️

    Grace has been vital to me enjoying exercising and moving my body. She has an amazing presence and a true talent to explain exercises. I came to her with a lot of backpain and a very delicate situation in my lumbar area, and she was always very throughful about my limitations. It took me many years to realise how much fun I could have just focusing on weight training (and that my distate with gyms was really about cardio), and I think part of that was the stigma of women enganging with it, but thanks to Grace I have found a lot of fullfilment working on my body, making it stronger and more capable.

    Amazing programme. After the 12 weeks I really do feel stronger and more flexible, and motivated to carry on. I expected the exercises to leave me stiff and aching the next day as has happend in the past when I attenpted to "get fit in the gym". But this did not happen at all. progression was gradual but if I compare what I did in week 1 to what I did in week 12, I am amazed at how much more I can do. The workouts only lasted 30 minutes and the time flew by each time. I highly recommend this programme.

    I’ve been training with Grace since 2017 and can’t fault her knowledge, understanding and support. She inspires and motivates without intimidation or judgement. Plenty of fun and laughs as well. My sessions with Grace always brighten up my week!

    Grace is my first PT and she has been totally brilliant. She whipped me into shape for my wedding a few years ago and I've kept going back. I always hated exercise and the gym but can honestly say I look forward to my sessions with Grace every week. I feel stronger and more confident. She's a total legend, always laughs at my jokes and has become a great friend too.

She's realistic, encouraging and incredibly helpful in being able to set goals and creating a bespoke training program that works around your lifestyle and fitness goals. She's super personable, our sessions are always really enjoyable, and she has helped me build so much confidence in the gym, I can't recommend her enough!

    Before starting training with Grace, I went swimming reluctantly and had little interest in going to the gym but I decided to take the plunge and get a PT. I am so glad I did. I have been training with Grace for nearly a year now and I am very happy. Grace is smart, positive and we have fun during the sessions. She listens to you, understands you needs and goals and takes you there. I feel stronger, fitter and much more confident when I go to the gym on my own. The training studio is super clean, well equipped and bright. Grace is a great PT and I absolutely recommend her.
