Our washing machine has been broken for over three weeks, and for two of those weeks my clothes were stuck in the machine. The agency have done a poor job in getting someone to fix it, and routinely ignore messages regarding the issue.

I would definitely recommend Manpreet as she was extremely helpful and patient with all my requests. She was very informative and delivered excellent customer service! She was also quick and professional - looking for the best according to my expectations. Will surely be coming back to her and the metro places again.

I honestly not recommend at all this agency,me and my partner we rented a 1 double room and expecting them to be serious about that,they showed us a nice place in the video and everything new and then to find out after we got the keys that is not even been cleaned after previous tenants or painted. Hope you read guys this review, and don't forget to view the place before you pay and get the keys. Shame on you Estate Agents

Best agency I’ve ever had in London, and that’s hard to say after been living in the city for more than 10 years.
