This place is NOT vegan!!! My brother was assured there is no milk on site but had a burger here tonight and is now in Accident & Emergency. He is only allergic to milk so we know there is milk in your food. It could have killed him. He will spend the rest of the night in hospital thanks to your DAIRY food.

I don't usually write reviews of this type but the occasion deserves it, being in boxpark this place caught my attention, since I'm not vegan it made me curious to try everything! I opted for a Cheese Burger with potatoes since the worker (Jose, Spanish like me), advised me according to my tastes, he also recommended the strawberry milkshake and I have to say that EVERYTHING was SPECTACULAR, the also vegan sauces were amazing (I took all ), as much as to consider my diet and start little by little to be vegan, many thanks to Jose in particular for the treatment, kindness, professionalism and such a successful recommendation. I will return and I will highly recommend this place for the food and the attention to my friends and future Spanish visitors. The missing star I have to say that, honestly, as I want to try it, I just don't mind paying for the products, but if my diet depended on being all vegan, this place is not affordable to eat frequently, the hamburgers from 9 and up and, although they are not as good as the potatoes and the smoothie, I consider that the price is high for people who only eat this type of product, I am aware that the preparations and the food are different and more expensive, but today there are enough facilities for vegan people.

so first came coqfighter, who had a glorious vegan chicken burger which was probably my favourite one going. then they made the amazing decision to launch mercy burger and expand on their vegan burger selection! i've worked my way through most of the menu, which is made up of fried chicken burgers and smashed beef patty burgers (all vegan), but i always end up coming back to the 'green chilli chicken'. i LOVE this burger and i love the chicken salt fries along side it! recommend for anyone going to boxpark

Highly recommend. Was craving (real) chicken and vegan chicken is always always a let down for me bc they're usually dense, dry, flavourless, iykyk. But I just went for it anyway since it's a new place I like to keep an open mind. I ordered the ranch burger here and it was SO GOOD. Not dry at all, the texture was actually so nice, very light and not dense, it kind of reminded me of real chicken in a shredded kind of way. I was very impressed - and my food standards are high as a foodie who's been vegan for 6 years. Cons: imo they should put more pickles inside, but they were so nice and gave me extra pickles when I went back and asked :) I also think the burger and fries needed some extra sauce which I think they should include with their fries - it was £1 to get 1 pot of chipotle mayo with an order of fries but who is ever gonna get dry fries ? Also the chips were WAY too salty, and I'd have preferred half the portion for a bit less money. You get a mountain of chips but it cost £4 with a dip, and I could only eat half. I also personally like them a bit softer with more potato inside, they felt kind of hallow or really hard. I used the mayo to add to the burger as well since I always need dipping sauce, but next time I would get ranch or bbq since it was a bit too spicy and not the best chipotle mayo I've had. I will be back! If their chicken burger is anything to go by, I bet their regular meat burgers are delicious too since they're way easier to get right. Thanks again! Xx

OMG. (And i say this is as a vegetarian, not a vegan... and someone who has slipped on occasion and eaten meat when p1ss drunk). I ordered the 'Classic' burger and a side of Chickn nuggets (with Ranch dip)...This is one of the best Vegan burgers I have ever eaten! If Leon's Vegan Love burger is a 7... this is an 8 or 9. Easily. £9.75 but so so worth it! RECOMMEND.

We got nuggets, a chicken burger and a patty burger. As much I want to support the end of the meat and dairy industry, I cannot support it if it comes to feed people with food loaded with sugar. Both burgers tasted extremely sweet, particularly the buns. Comfort food does not have to be dangerous for your health.

I have to be honestly brutal I ordered a 'Nashville Hot' which came with good texture BUT flavourless and devoid of any forementioned 'heat' There are many more vegan junk food establishments in the area who have way better products There are no meal deals here and the unit is on the 1st floor level of Box Park - which you need a 'black card' to be admitted to Personally not going to go again

This place is top quality. I went for a shake, fries and the smoky bbq burger. The fries were excellent and the portion size was bigger than I expected, the burger was really good and very dirty, just how it should be. The shake was also especially thick and just how I like it. Very satisfied customer

Definitely one of the best vegan deliveries! Ordered because they had a promotion discount, was not at all disappointed. The nashville hot burger was amazing and crispy, and the loaded fries really hit the spot! Will absolutely be ordering from here again

Absolutely phenomenal it’s hard to put into words. I’ve been vegan almost 3 years now and Mercy Burger is easily some of the best food I’ve ever had. So much flavour, incredibly well priced and portion sizes are great. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Love those burgers! And the fries are delicious. I usually don't get sauce with my fries but their Mercy sauce is a game changer, please try it and thank me later! Only issue: too many onions for my taste. Please add a "no onions" option on your Deliveroo menu :)

Not bad! I think the KFC vegan burger tastes better but as vegan burgers go it's ok. Fries were good! I wouldn't bother returning but if someone else wanted to go would not veto. Burger by itself 3 stars, with the fries 4 stars.

The Nashville Hot Chick'n Sandwich is to travel far and wide for! Plus, we got great vegan restaurant recommendations from Anne, who sold us our food. Definitely a must-do place when im London!

Got a takeaway which arrived lukewarm (not the restaurant’s fault but I’d skip fries if I were you!) The burger tasted decent, mercy sauce is good, but it’s just another overpriced beyond meat burger. For the price I was expecting a taste/favour that I can’t just get literally anywhere else, including most supermarkets. If it was cheaper it’d be 4stars but it’s not and while the burger tastes decent, it’s not worth the hefty price tag. As a vegan, I’m not spoilt for choice so if I’m in the area and there’s no other choice, I’d eat here again, but I’m not paying so much for a delivery. Not bad but nothing to scream about, just another place capitalising on veganism without really thinking or trying anything new, probably because most vegan places don’t care about vegans, they just want to sell to meat eaters because you know they need more choices!

We ordered a fries, a burger and some of the nuggets and it was really good ! The app is not great but I guess it's not the restaurant fault. Rebekah was awesome, very helpful, quick and made us laugh ! She's a keeper !

Got take out from here and received something not even on the menu… a vegan chicken burger without vegan chick… but something resembling a meat patty instead???

The team was helpful and deliver food very quickly considering the question. The smoky BBQ was fab, we also had another chicken that would be 1star, tase like nothing. Chips was good and mayo with a twist.
