Best bicycle shop in the world. I started with Paradise when I was just a newbie and had a crash one morning… I was unable to ride and just walked in. They just replaced my wheel and do not charge me for it. Since then I have always gotten all my bikes serviced there. It’s the best bike shop I have ever been to: i cycled around the world and have visited many so I think I have a pretty good appreciation of it. The team is what really makes this place: the guys are welcoming, professional all round, and it has been getting just better with time! Well done guys!

So helpful and so sweet, I only came in to buy a bike lock and they went above and beyond to check my bike, pump up the tire, adjust my breaks and even fit the lock ‘dock’ to my bike. What lovely caring people ✨

Fantastic service and advice, and very friendly as well. My chain snapped on the cycle to work, and the team were able to get my bike in the same day and fix it really quickly. They advised me that I needed a new chain (obviously), along with a new cassette which was worn and a new chain ring, also worn. all fixed and back to me quickly along with great communication, including phone calls to give me options and text to tell me it was ready to collect. I will definitely be using them again.

I've had great experiences at Paradise Cycles over the past 5 years. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in servicing my bike, patient in explaining the different aspects of the service and keeping me updated when they came across something that would impact their original quote. My bike is quite old and they've given great advice about what repairs are worth doing and what can be postponed. They always take the time to ask questions and make sure they are understand the outcome I'm looking for with a particular service. Would highly reccomend.

Fabulous workshop with an extremely knowledgeable, and decent bunch of engineers. I have had many jobs carried out here, and they have all been to the highest standard. Most recently a totally brilliant electric bike conversion. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful mechanics. I had such a nightmare day and my bike got damaged. Paradise fixed it when other mechanics wanted to replace parts. They are skilled and thorough. I highly recommend them and will be coming back again (but hopefully not too soon though :) )

Great experience here! Bicycle broke down out of the blue half a mile away from Paradise so after consulting Google Maps made my way there. Incredibly helpful chap behind the counter, left my bike with them at 10am and was told it would be ready by 2pm - sure enough I got a call at 1 to tell me it was done. Great service and great job done on the bike at a very fair price. 10/10

Best, friendliest bike shop in London! The guy who helped me was an absolute pleasure to have dealt with, he was incredibly helpful and even took the time to show me how to tweak some bits on my bike so I could fix it myself in the future. I left feeling like I was riding a whole new bike and his warm, genuine personality really brightened up my morning. From what I saw their prices were very fair and although not a huge shops they seemed to have a good variety of items. It will definitely be my go to shop from now on!

Lovely people and great service. I took my bike in for a service and repairs and it was ready later the same day (particularly fast as it’s a quiet time of year). Everyone was really friendly and explained things clearly without being patronising (to a bike amateur). Will definitely come back :)

I'm beyond happy about the service in the shop. 1. Young man who helped me today had an excellent customer service, very polite, helpful carring and smiling. Furthermore very patient when I asked questions. As well was speaking highly about the owner. Which says a lot by it self. 2. Middle of the season, week and day and I left the shop in no time. When I was pretty sure I will have to come back few days later. 3. They didn't charge me for a small thing to fix when they could. 4. These guys are absolutely amazing and rare. If you have a nice technical bike - they know what to do to fix it properly. My road bike’s never rode so smoothly in memory and all after I turned up a min before closing (doors were shut!) and they gracefully invited me in and straight away got my bike up and was testing and working on it, replaced part of my cable that was causing a dodgy gear change and had been for months and months. They even rode it outside to make sure it was perfect. Every other bike shop either did something that never made it any better and fobbed me off or told me i a needed a full service which these guys (the owner) said wasn’t necessary and sorted it in 10 and it’s smooth as new (maybe even smoother!). Honest trustworthy mechanics for more serious bikes — and I’m not going anywhere else again.

I took my touring bike to them for a full service before I set out to cycle from London to Istanbul. First of all they told me I didn't need to replace various parts I thought I did need to replace, which is absolutely not what you expect from most shops. Second, I rode 3,500km without a single mechanical issue or needing to carry out any corrective maintenance at all. They did a fantastic job and have secured a loyal customer in me.

got some new shifters so went in to get gears and brakes done. good service. I liked that they messaged you to confirm anything else that needed doing (e.g. I was missing a clamp bolt that needed replacing) rather than just doing it and charging me later on. always nice to have a heads up friendly workers too - highly recommend!

Excellent service! Thanks to the team at Paradise Cycles! I needed a Swytch eBike Kit installed on my Brompton, and a much needed service. Following the service, I needed new brake pads and a new chain. This was done quickly and using high-quality components. Nathan and the team talked me through the process and kept me updated along the way, so there were no surprising additional costs when I went to collect. Paradise Cycles even offer a local pick-up/drop-off service - super handy!

By far one of the best bike shops in the city. Numerous times I’ve popped in to buy things and their incredible staff have helped me rather than take my money. Super friendly and professional staff, a decent selection of parts for their size and a deep passion for what they do makes this my go to and I can’t recommend them enough.

Great cycle shop, excellent service. They've done a few things for free for me (tightened breaks, quick cable swap) ... went the extra mile when they saw I had a child seat and were concerned about safety. Lovely people who work in there 10/10 recommended.

Took my bike in after it has been neglected for 10 years. Louis and the team did a great job stripping everything back and overhauling.. brakes, hub gear service and other odds and ends I hadn’t noticed. They persisted with a stuck bottom bracket and didn’t charge any extra despite needing to wait for a few days to dissolve the gunk and rust holding it together. The bike rides like new and I was very happy with the service. Good customer service, friendly and they know what they’re doing. Would recommend!

Great service. I got problems with both derailleurs a day before a race and the team managed to fix everything in several hours for a very reasonable price. They have a system of booking time slots which is a bit confusing since it's not clear, what are they for, especially if the time is tight, but it shouldn't be a problem for not urgent repairs. If in need I'll definitely come here again. Their shop also has a lot of cycling-related goods, which is very convenient.

Have been here twice and had a great experience both times. I thought I needed a brake pad replacing completely but they actually just did a bit of readjustments to the brakes and sent me on my way free of charge, couldn't ask for a better local bike shop! Really friendly, helpful staff who give useful advice to a novice cyclist like myself.

Went to get my pannier rack adjusted as it didn't fit right on an MTB, Nick sorted it out, he also sorted a problem with my bike stem, which I hadn't noticed. Came to Louis and his team with a custom build project; taking an 80’s mountain bike frameset and building it up with modern touring components. Could not have had a better experience. I felt that my best interest was at heart from the first person I spoke to, right to the time I picked up my new bike two weeks later. The communication was clear, honest and reliable. The work itself was second to none, with attention to all the small details and to top it off the customer service was so good I never actually felt like I was paying for a service at all. Louis’ team are not just skilled, but they’re good and honest people too, who love what they are doing. Won’t be using any other bike shop after this.

A big thanks to Alex at Paradise Cycles in Bethnal Green for fixing my bike, the day before I was due to leave London, for a while. I really needed my bike to get around and that is absolutely NOT because I always end up doing everything at the last minute, ok? In my defence, things have a penchant for going wrong at exactly the worst possible time. Y'all know what I mean. I did try to sort it out myself, but it kind of went a bit wrong. I arrived, a little frazzled and almost crying, at Alex's lovely bike shop and he quickly fixed it all. Such a kind and sweet soul, he even managed to cheer me up showing me his awesome paintings, which I hope to see displayed somewhere as cool as Alex is. Amazing local bike shop. Always so friendly and helpful. Good value too. Have taken my kids bikes in there in the past as well as my own. If they can do it there and then they will; otherwise will text when it’s ready. Most recent visit was to quickly fix a broken screw on mg mudguard and they quickly double checked brakes, tyres etc which went above and beyond.
