I
don't
often
leave
reviews,
therefore
I
only
do
so
when
the
service
is
especially
fantastic,
which
is
always
the
case
with
Bikeworks
on
Cambridge
Heath.
My
first
bike
store
was
Perlie
Rides
on
Well
Street,
but
after
experiencing
their
unpleasant
and
predatory
repairs
and
price
points,
I
started
looking
elsewhere
and
discovered
a
better
alternative.
The
staff
at
Bikeworks
is
friendly,
sincere,
approachable,
and
welcoming.
Each
time
I
bring
a
bike
in
for
maintenance
or
repair,
they
always
do
an
excellent
job
and
are
professional
and
speedy.
I
recently
purchased
a
Dutch
cruiser
with
a
weird
hub
gear
problem
for
which
they
MacGuyvered
a
fix
that
did
not
cause
me
to
contemplate
selling
a
kidney
to
be
able
to
afford
the
bill.
When
it
comes
to
the
very
technical
aspects
of
the
bicycle,
I
am
a
layman,
and
I'm
sure
Bikeworks
is
aware
of
it,
but
they
don't
take
advantage
of
it.
Unlike
Perlie,
that
proposed
close
to
£150
in
labour
and
more
in
replacement
parts
for
fabricated
problems
when
you
go
in
for
a
minor
front
derailer
adjustment
(because
I
have
numpty
tendencies
and
fiddled
with
it
via
those
two
screws
and
threw
the
setting
off).
That
was
just
one
example.
Look
no
further
if
you're
seeking
to
interact
with
professional,
trustworthy,
and
good
people
in
a
bike
shop
that's
clean,
well-stocked,
and
conveniently
located.
