Roast & Ground have provided nothing but the highest standard of service for our company. They are extremely accommodating to our very specific needs and no request is too much of an ask. If we ever experience any breakdown's or faults with our machines, an engineer is usually on site the same day to resolve the issue. The coffee beans/blends are very popular with our staff and gives you a real "pick me up" - which is what we all need first thing in the morning! Overall a 5* review is deserved.

The coffee from Roast & Ground is great. The people are friendly along with the service over the phone and online process are top marks. I use the 9-to-5 coffee beans and this is one of my all time favourites, whether it's in a semi-automatic machine or my Aeropress. We've had Roast & Ground as our office coffee supplier since 2013 and they have always delivered great service. The Rex Royal machines they supply are very good quality, and provide a lovely bean to cup coffee. Both staff and clients enjoy the variety of drinks the machine makes. The head office staff and the engineers are always happy to help and continue to provide first class customer service.
