I was given fine and most courteous care by Dr. Bakare and his team at LIster. Everything about the facility is first class and efficient, but not at all bureaucratic. The receiving nurse even recognized my voice from my earlier phone call. We could all laugh at each other as we adjusted to each other's different expressions.

During my post-op appointment with Mr. Khazali, my entire experience from beginning to end was demeaning and left me with many unanswered questions. Post-op, the doctor was not available to address any of my concerns so on the advice of his team, over the course of the next six weeks, I made repeated visits to Lister's Urgent Care Centre, as his team advised they were not competent to support me. The final straw was during my six weeks post-op consultation, where his demeanour was very superior, sarcastic and extremely incompassionate. He did not address my questions that I had furnished him prior to our meeting and spent the vast majority of our short consultation dictating notes into his phone. Knowing that I was in pain for the entire six weeks, I was left flabbergasted that there was only a cursory physical exam. I left this meeting shaken, distraught and in tears and went directly to urgent care downstairs for further support, answers, and examinations since the doctor was unwilling to discuss my case any further and he had summarily dismissed me. I had to visit the Lister Urgent Care Centre three times post-op since I wasn't able to be seen by Mr. Khazali, they were a blessing and godsent every single time! I was greeted each time by the most genuinely kind and sweetest receptionist, Ruqiya! The nurses were all very professional and jovial. The doctors had such calming demeanours about them and provided me with thorough examinations and scans. The whole team was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL- they just have so much compassion and understanding for their patients. I was never hurried but listened to. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure I was in the best hands and had the proper examinations before leaving. On two different occasions, the doctors called to follow up, which was more than I got from my own surgeon. Without a doubt the best urgent care experience I have encountered each and every time. You will certainly get top notch service for your money!

Dr. Bakare and team were a godsend on my vacation. After taking a month off work to travel around Europe for the first time in over a decade, I started experiencing significant knee pain from overuse. I wasn't sure whether to even just cancel my vacation. For a US citizen, the cost for an evaluation was very reasonable (100 GBP), and Dr. Bakare was extremely through, conscientious, kind, and helpful. We just don't receive this kind of health care in the US, unless you are super-rich and can afford to subscribe to a concierge doctor.

Dr. Bakare was courteous and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of in a difficult and hard-to-navigate situation. Would absolutely recommend coming here for high quality care. Nurses were also nice and very upfront with costs. They sent me my medical records as well. Very helpful.

We turned up at 9:33pm and they said to come back tomorrow because the last person/patient admitted is at 9:30pm. The website doesn't seem to mention that and says it closes at 10pm... So much for "urgent" care!

This place is the worst. Don't go here for any reason except to be harassed and treated poorly.

Speedy, caring treatment for a tourist suffering very painful arthritis flare up. The staff, from reception (I called first), nurse and physician, was extremely helpful, courteous, caring and competent. I was seen, diagnosed, given treatment and prescriptions and released in slightly over an hour. And at a cost for under £150.

My father fell in Battersea Park walking the dog - he’s just turned 80 - we arrived at the Lister Urgent Care parked in the car park I went to find a wheel chair and from that moment it was seamless and brilliant - I could not recommend every facet more highly - porter reception nurses GP - x days diagnosis and care - 6 stars -

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to the Lister Urgent Care. I’ve phoned 3 times to give them a chance to redeem themselves but to no avail. Was seen after a cupboard fell on my finger, took forever when there were only two of us there that morning (Saturday 15th July.) I waited so long it was time to breastfeed my son again and I had to leave, so the doctor Irena told me I could go and she’d send everything over to me via email, also that I’d get a call on Monday to discuss x ray results after specialist had looked at it, and that I would also be receiving an open referral letter. Again, I have phoned three times and been told they would follow up with the doctor to see what happened. I’ve still heard nothing almost a month later. Shocking service when you pay so much. It’s a shame as the nurses and front desk staff are so wonderful.

Had to go in this morning and get an angry cut on my hand stitched up as well as a tetanus shot. Was in and out in under an hour. Everyone there is wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you all so much 🙏🏼
