Two stars for their customer service, not their dental work; I was en route to my appointment and my tube station got suddenly shut down. The train I was on was ordered to reverse, and all the following trains were cancelled. I ended up being one of thousands of other commuters whose journeys were severely disrupted. I was obviously going to be late for my appointment, so I called to discuss my options with them. They refused to apply my deposit to a rescheduled appointment. This was within their rights, as they considered my situation a ‘cancelled’ appointment- however, they should have taken extenuating circumstances into consideration, especially as the require a massive 35% deposit. Missing my appointment was completely out of my control, and they showed no sympathy. It was a costly way to learn a lesson in not using this company again.

I had power max whitening, I highly recommend. I’m Extremely satisfied, Dumitri was fantastic, very attentive and careful. definitely I will come back.

I was attended to by Dr Ramadan who was brilliant. He was friendly and explained the process from beginning to end, and then checked on me and the progress of my teeth throughout, explaining again what he was doing. I went 5/6 shades lighter and my teeth weren't that bad to start with. I'll definitely be going back.

My mother, father and I all attended the Finsbury Circus clinic after finding a deal online and we’re all extremely happy with the results! All of our teeth went up between 9-11 shades whiter. Dubious at first but very happy with the final results.

Taken care by the lovely Dumitri. He was very knowledgable. Extremely pleasant and I went a couple shades lighter than expected! Relaxing music and I was super happy with the result! This is now my clinic, definitely coming back.
