Two
stars
for
their
customer
service,
not
their
dental
work;
I
was
en
route
to
my
appointment
and
my
tube
station
got
suddenly
shut
down.
The
train
I
was
on
was
ordered
to
reverse,
and
all
the
following
trains
were
cancelled.
I
ended
up
being
one
of
thousands
of
other
commuters
whose
journeys
were
severely
disrupted.
I
was
obviously
going
to
be
late
for
my
appointment,
so
I
called
to
discuss
my
options
with
them.
They
refused
to
apply
my
deposit
to
a
rescheduled
appointment.
This
was
within
their
rights,
as
they
considered
my
situation
a
‘cancelled’
appointment-
however,
they
should
have
taken
extenuating
circumstances
into
consideration,
especially
as
the
require
a
massive
35%
deposit.
Missing
my
appointment
was
completely
out
of
my
control,
and
they
showed
no
sympathy.
It
was
a
costly
way
to
learn
a
lesson
in
not
using
this
company
again.
