Excellent and very clean accomodations with very thoughtful little touches that made my stay comfortable, such as having my own mini-fridge and teapot in my room. Location is excellent. Fruit and vegetable store, bakery, grocery store and more are within walking distance. Host is also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed meeting some of the other guests in common area (kitchen and dining). I’m now a repeat customer (I’ve stayed at the Oxford Lodge twice). I’m definitely planning on making it my home when in Oxford! Highly recommended!

I stayed in the Oriel room for almost 2 weeks. The entire place was well kept, nicely decorated and the kitchen fully stocked. It was also within 10 to 15 minutes walk from the city centre and really close to a lot of shops if you need anything. Had a pleasant time and would love to stay again.

Great place and a very helpful owner. The house is renovated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Each room has its own separate bathroom. There's also a nice living room and garden. Highly recommended.

A real hidden gem in Oxford. Beautifully appointed property. Exceptionally clean and superbly maintained. Well designed rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Gorgeous back garden. The owner is charming, extremely attentive and very considerate of privacy. I’d happily return for another visit

The Oxford lodge is a wonderful place to stay. The living room is fully equipped everything a person would need, and each cabinet is labeled to show what items are inside. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The host, Lynton, was really kind. I would definitely recommend it.

I had a lovely stay at Oxford Lodge. The room and common area were clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my short stay. Also, management was very friendly and responsive to any questions.

I stayed in the Exeter Room during my visit. Overall, I think this place was great. The rooms were well furnished and decorated, including the communal living room and kitchen. I was impressed by the level of detail that went into the design of the room. For the Exeter Room, the shower capsule is smaller than the rest so if you are of bigger built (say above 1.8 m), you may wish to consider other rooms in the Lodge instead. The landlord, Lynton, was also very friendly and helpful - and I felt very welcome as a result. Location is fantastic as well, just opposite Waitrose, a 10 min walk to the Rail Station, and a 15 min walk to Oxford City Centre. A very enjoyable stay and would recommend the property to others!

Lynton is really lovely and the place is super clean and comfortable! The location is great (not far from train station, right opposite Waitrose and next to an adorable fruit and veg stall with the most delicious summer strawberries) and there’s a beautiful kitchen and living space that opens out to a very nice garden! Would 100% recommend staying, and perfect for longer stays!

I would highly recommend the Oxford Lodge for anyone looking to stay in Oxford, for short or long term! The location is central and is in a quiet part of town. It’s across the road from Waitrose and has a green grocer and bakery nearby that serves great coffee and sandwiches. The rooms are furnished well and are very comfortable. The common facilities are also kitted out well with high quality appliances to make your stay more comfortable.

The room is immaculate and beautiful with all new high specification fixtures and fittings. The owner Lynton is extremely kind and responsive to all requests. He immediately brought over a new high quality fan at the start of heat wave. There is a lovely & peaceful garden area at the back. The kitchen / dining room is like a luxury show house from Homes and Gardens magazine. The property is ideally located with a Waitrose just across the street and a short walk to city centre. It's about 20-30 minutes leisurely walk over to Jericho. Very close to Said Business School. The room itself is super quiet and there is a lovely aspect window. Overall I was thrilled with the accommodation and haven't slept that well in a while.

I had a delightful stay at the Oxford Lodge. Everything about the place was wonderful. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Access to a full kitchen was certainly a plus! It is also a convenient location to much of what Oxford has to offer. I loved it and plan to stay there again.

Excellent stay in Oxford. The Oxford Lodge suite I booked was clean and smartly presented with a comfy bed. Incredibly conveniently located just a 8 minute walk from the Train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Professionally designed decor and nicely labelled kitchen cabinets. Turnkey for business travelers. Would be happy to stay there next time I'm in Oxford. Lynton (property owner) is very helpful and lives nearby if you need something; they took the time to show me around the property when I checked in (we rented the entire home for business travelers).

Very clean house, everything was of the best quality from the shower, to the kitchen utensils. The little yard is a great spot for a morning coffee or afternoon wine, and it’s close enough to the station and centre of town. The host pops in regularly to fix this and that so if you need anything he’s never far. Highly recommend!

Lovely space just outside Oxford center. Great location to walk to local sites, easy stroll to grocery. Rooms are newly renovated. All updated and very clean. Altho rooms on small side - this is UK, not USA - the common areas- big kitchen and dining area - and garden are bonus additions and allow you to spread out. Lynton - the owner- is easy to reach and very responsive to any requests. It is clear he is proud of his accommodations, as well he should be!

The house was very modern, clean, spacious and in an excellent location! We had 12 people for a family wedding so each person had a room with their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and each room had a refrigerator and pot to make coffee/ tea. The owner was very helpful and stopped in periodically. I would highly recommend the Oxford Lodge!!!!

My stay at the Oxford Lodge was lovely. The facilities were fantastic with a fridge and kettle in each room. The communal kitchen area was a great way to meet people. Conveniently located a short walk away from the station, I would highly recommend the Oxford lodge for short or long-term stays in this wonderful city!
