    Honest review: I visited this space with the prospect of signing up for a few months. Pros: - Friendly staff - High quality equipment - Great vibes - Knowledgeable trainers - Small group classes - Caters towards complete beginners so you get a solid foundation - Strength - based workouts - They support you with weight loss - Monthly membership you can cancel anytime Cons: - More expensive than boutique gyms that provide high-end facilities including gyms like Third Space which have a pool and in-house spa - No trial period - Showers and changing rooms are to an extremely low standard and there's no towel service - They ask you to pay a £50 deposit to show your commitment upon speaking with a trainer for 10 minutes and having a look around the space. You can then redeem from your monthly charge instead of providing a paid trial period. Overall, this is a really good space and the vibes are awesome. My low rating is because, on my personal opinion, I feel that a clean, fully-equipped and stocked shower is a must for any gym that charges £250 plus per month. And also it was the main reason I decided to not sign up as it was a problem for me (having to carry shampoo and towel and then heading to work and/or commuting back home with a wet towel in my bag, you get the gist). This is just me though and if showers is not an issue for you, then this is definitely a gym worth considering. The second reason is the £50 I paid and never got back. I understand it's a small business and the membership is going to be on the higher end, but I've never been asked to pay a deposit while still considering a space with the justification of "to protect a small business", and when I decided that it was not for me, I was refused a refund. A paid trial run could have worked just fine - this is what all gyms around London do. And also, I don't know how other people feel about this, but, I would appreciate one or two days to think about it before I sign up for a £275 monthly membership. At the end of the day, I paid £50 to chat with a trainer for 10 min. Nice! :)

    I have been training at Set LDN for over a year now and I couldn't be happier! Billy, Rob and Ben always make sure we keep pushing ourselves and continue to correct our form during every session. They really do everything they can so that you get the results you want, but always keeping it fun and adding that bit of banter everyone likes! On top of that, as sessions are formed of small groups you get to meet great people and there is always a great vibe!

    I’ve been training here for the past 5 months and have made so much more progress than I ever did at any other gym. The guidance from the trainers is transformational; correcting form, including a wide variety of exercises, ensuring I’m tracking my weights properly, advising me on nutrition, answering my endless questions about injury prevention, or just hyping me up on a tough final rep! The members are all lovely too and make it feel like a supportive environment where no one is scared to try new things. I can’t recommend this gym enough - whether you’re a beginner or have been lifting for a while, Billy, Rob and Ben will help you take your training to the next level.

    LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! Been going for 5 months now and I'm addicted (only place I've gone to for that long). The groups are perfectly sized and so you get a lot of focus on you as well. Love that its female only, so a safe space, and everybody is so lovely. Billy, Rob and Ben are excellent trainers and you'll get results super quick! RECOMMEND!

    SET has honestly been a game changer in my life. I’m stronger, fitter and more confident than ever thanks to the help and guidance from Billy, Rob and Ben. It’s great to train in a friendly, encouraging environment with like-minded women. Gone are the days when I was afraid to step into the weights section! Take the step and join, you won’t regret it!

    I joined Set back in June and have really loved seeing myself get stronger and really get into my gym girlie era. I’m glad the insta algorithm brought them to my explore page as I absolutely hated going to a “standard” public gym because: 1. I had zero clue on what to do and how to do things safely 2. I need someone to just tell me what exercises to do at each session 3. Public gyms can have creepers 🥴 Set Ldn addresses all the pain points that a regular gym has for me but the best thing about this (which everyone’s already alluded to) is the community. The trainers (Ben, Temi, Billy and Rob) are all super knowledgeable, supportive and good fun! It’s really nice that they make an effort to know everyone’s names and give that personal touch. The group of women that come to the sessions (which never exceed more than 10 each time) are all equally as friendly and supportive. All in all, it’s really easy to become and stay motivated in the environment that the team’s created. The playlists allllllways bring the good vibes too. So if you’re looking for somewhere that can help kickstart your gym girlie era.. Set is the place to be 🏋🏽✨

    Before I signed up for SET LDN, I had a commercial gym membership which I barely used, didn't know what I was doing didn't feel comfortable hence rarely went. Luckily I found Rob and Billy and they completely changed my relationship with training. I thought I signed up there to loose weight but I actually gained confidence, my body literature transformed and I feel much happier with the results. I love the feeling I have when I train with SET LDN! They are fun but super attentive and even though it's a group training you feel loads of attention on you on every session whether you're new or have been training with them for years.

    I absolutely love this gym. I've been a member for almost a year now and I feel like I've made so much progress with these guys. I never would have thought a year ago that I would be lifting almost 100kg. Billy, Rob, Ben and Ank are incredible trainers who push you and help you believe you can lift more with the right form. Can't forget Jason either! 😎😎 One of my favourite things about this gym is that it is women only and the ladies are so friendly, I've made some great friends here! Thank you to SET LDN for helping with my confidence at the gym. You guys are doing an amazing job!! If you're thinking about joining, just do it because you won't regret it! 😁

    Very welcoming space for everyone. Rob, Billy and Ben are very attentive trainers and work with you individually to make the most of your training, no matter your starting point. All the women are also friendly and supportive and many have become good friends 🥰 I’ve been coming twice a week for almost three years and I love every session.

    THE BEST WOMEN-ONLY GYM IN LONDON (if not the whole world). I've been coming here for a few years and I love it.. Billy, Rob and Ben are the best trainers, the atmosphere is brilliant and the women who come here are the loveliest. Honestly, I can't imagine training at any other gym!

    I have been training at Set since October 2021 and I love it! Billy and Rob are great trainers and I have seen so much progress since I started. I have improved my form, lost weight, starting lifting heavy, and made some great friends. I would recommend Set to anyone considering joining!

    Joined these guys July last year and have been consistently going 4 times a week without missing my sessions! The environment is friendly, small groups means you get to know the regulars and it's fun!! The guys are all incredible at correcting form, adapting to injuries (went from not even being able to think about squatting to full on barbell squats). While it is group training, you get personal attention and if you've done what everyone is doing already this week you get your own workout. They'll push you just the right amount to see an incredible amount of progress. Whether you're new, stuck on a plateau or just looking for support to improve, this is your place 😊

    I’ve trained here for just under a year and seen more progress in general health, strength and mental health than I ever did at a normal gym. The trainers are great and really get to know you so they can challenge and keep you accountable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a community and to train with friendly people.

    Couldn't recommend SET LDN more!! I started around 8 months ago after wanting a class that focused on building strength as I found myself getting injured during quick hiits etc. The team take the time to tell you what to do at the start, and I love that I don't have to think about a routine - it allows me to take the same routines to the gym and feel confident in what is usually a very male dominated space. The women who attend are lovely, it's amazing seeing everyone get genuinely stronger, I personally feel much more trim and my mental health has defo improved. I've learnt more about my own body and limits than I have in the last 20 odd years of sports and yoga/other classes. Plus, the music is pretty good too!

    I absolutely love this gym. Have been to every other London gym over the last 20 years but this is a truly enjoyable experience with results. Correct form is everything, Rob and Billy do not let you get away with anything but perfect form. With each session lasting 90min you really get a decent workout each and every single time. The energy and atmosphere of the place is great and everyone is incredibly friendly. Small classes means you get lots of 121 time especially at the beginning when you first join. Can't recommend this gym enough.
