This is a first class spa. I have had treatments and used many spas in many places over the world and the UK , but this was by far the best. The environment is so relaxing. The staff are so professional and friendly, but not intrusive. It is spotlessly clean. My treatment with Danielle was excellent. I did not feel rushed and was made to feel special. The owner Stephanie is a very special person who should be proud of what she has achieved in creating this spa with her wonderful team of girls. I have already booked another three treatments, which I am so looking forward to.

The Rose retreat is second to none I come about 3 times a year with different friends This time there was a confusion on my part, I was quite rude to the owner and she was nothing but lovely to me, the kindness was unreal. I had the Pessal Treament which was incredible, I highly recommend!! It was relaxing and the staff were outstanding. I will be booking again for my friends birthday in November:) Thank you for being so great!! 💓

This place is a hidden gem, lovely welcoming relaxing vibe. Every inch has been thought about and lovingly made beautiful. The treatment was absolutely amazing fighting my eyes to not drift off to enjoy every second - Shannon the therapist was knowledgeable and has hands of a goddess leaving you relaxed and feeling amazing 🤩 cannot recommend this place enough! Will be back ASAP!

First visit and will definitely come back. My facial and back , shoulder and neck massage left me feeling so relaxed with lots of "knots" undone. The sauna and relaxation area were great too.... really calm vibe to this place and Ellyse and Millie were so lovely.

I love this place for relaxing and enjoying a bit of time out. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the range of treatments on offer are great. I used the sauna this time which was great. Was lovely after my treatment. The hour you get in the relaxation room is just divine. Highly recommended spa. Booking is a must.

Fantastic Thai massage by Danielle. My mother had aromatherapy massage with Shannon. Both girls were phenomenal. We would not hesitate to recommend. So good we booked our next treatments as we left. Loved the whole environment and can’t thank you all enough

Me and my mother Visited here yesterday for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. We were both very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our spa treatments with our therapists . We had a Very warm welcome as soon as we came in, the staff were lovely and very attentive. We will definitely be booking again, such a good choice of treatments.

The whole spa experience at Rose Retreat was perfect from start to finish. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff are highly professional, efficient and friendly. My therapist, Shannon was wonderful. I've had many spa treatments in countless places, in UK and overseas and this was the best by far. Visited today for the first time & already planning our next visit. We had the Back in Balance package and it was amazing. Felt so relaxed and helped my back ache loads. This was my second time visiting the rose retreat spa and I absolutely loved it! The moment you walk in it feels amazingly zen and calm. There’s no better feeling. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel so at ease. I had the Indian head and foot massage, I couldn’t recommend it more. My therapist Danielle was amazing. The relaxation suite is the perfect place to zone out and relax after your treatment and the staff couldn’t do more for you! 5 stars from me.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff are very attentive without being in your face. Millie gave me my hot Lava stone message and it was so relaxing. After the treatment an opportunity to extend the lovely relaxed feeling in the relaxation room with a hot chocolate, pasty and biscuit. I was a bit disappointed in the snacks as it was t what I expected, but it was very nice though. Would definitely recommend and will go back. Well done ladies x

Everything from arrival to leaving was spot on! Love the massage therapist didn't talk throughout the appointment and I could just relax (I'm a big fan of quiet time & small talk is overrated 😂) Both the facial and back massage was perfect, loved the water pillow thing on the bed. The infrared sauna after was a nice after-touch followed by very nice refreshments in the relaxation room. Nothing felt rushed, the atmosphere was lovely & relaxing enhanced by the beautiful aroma of the whole place. Most beautiful changing room iv seen also! Will 100% be back x

Absolutely amazing, had the hydrotherm bed with muscle melting with my wife as a duo package. From the minute we entered staff were very friendly and professional. The spa treatment was excellent and helped me relax. The extras like the sauna, complementarity drink and snack and use of the relaxation room were great as well. Highly recommend and will be coming back again soon.

The Rose Retreat Spa is an amazing and relaxing experience! It’s excellent value for money with a good range of treatments. The staff are also very friendly and make you feel both very welcome and comfortable - I love going here for a treat and would 100% recommend to everyone!

From beginning to end, the spa experience was so relaxing. Myself and my friend had never visited this spa before, but we can happily say that we would return without hesitation! Sublime is the one word that stayed in my head after my treatment last night. Millie carried out my back massage and facial and was excellent and very professional. It was my birthday and they made a fuss of me. All staff were polite, kind and professional. The facilities were pristine clean and the decor was beautiful. I felt at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. To top it off I’ve had the best night sleep I’ve had in years!! And my skin is radiant this morning! Thank you so much ladies! I had the most wonderful first experience here yesterday. From the moment I arrived I felt relaxed and cared for. The decor is beautiful throughout, making the space feel tranquil and calming. Danielle was superb, having a full body massage and a facial. Clearly my relaxation/experience was a priority to her. The treatments didn’t feel rushed, and her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. A warm welcome from the start, very professional therapists, beautiful space. This was our 1st visit as mother and daughter and we were made to feel so welcomed! The spa itself is so calming and beautifully decorated. My therapist Shannon was very professional and super friendly. She made my experience comfortable and relaxing from the beginning. Definitely more visits to come!

I booked this place for me and my partner after seeing lots of advertising posts and reviews on Facebook. When we arrived there I didn't think it was the right place as from the outside it doesn't look much il be honest (although it does have the welcome Rose Retreat board outside) We went inside and fair play to the owner/staff they have made it a beautiful and relaxed environment. The treatment rooms are upstairs, I had Natalie doing mine and Danielle doing my partner's treatment. We both had the Back in Balance which was perfect for what we needed, very satisfied customers ☺️ afterwards we had 60 mins use of the relaxation room which includes a sauna, a hot and cold drink, biscuits, a chocolate croissant 🥐 and even a glass of prosecco 🥂 All the staff there are very polite, helpful and make you feel very relaxed 💆‍♀️I asked the manager for recommendations of smart restaurants for afterwards, she recommended Casa Bianca which we went to and it was absolutely stunning, the venue, staff and food there was beautiful. I would also like to highly recommend both these places. The Rose Retreat Spa and Casa Bianca 5 Stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leigh & Nikki ❤️

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in. Milli was great, again I was made to feel very comfortable and the massage was fantastic. Perfect amount of pressure! I also loved my time in the sauna and relaxation room, the refreshments throughout were a lovely touch and the glass of Prosecco made it feel very luxurious. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family and will 100% be coming back! So glad I found this place! X

A really luxurious experience. The environment is lovely and calm and Stephanie is so welcoming and professional, My therapist Shannon was lovely and made sure everything she did was the best for me. Loved the scrub and my skin is absolutely glowing from the facial. Relaxation room was wonderful too. Stephanie looks after the little details so it feels really special. Booked again for November and can’t wait! Now we’ve found this little gem of a spa we’ll be visiting regularly.
