it is the most useless clinic. before the pandemic it was ok, but after they humiliate their patients. The reception is at level 0, and so are the medical staff. After many attempts to call for an appointment and almost an hour of waiting on the phone, when they answered, they hung up on me, and another time they told me that they couldn't hear me and hung up on me, and when I went straight there, the receptionists were laughing among themselves and they were having a fashion show. They have no respect for patients' pain. They always say that they are very busy, but in fact they are not interested in doing their job.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been with this clinic for years and my experience has never changed. If it wasn’t such a fuss to move practises I would have done so years ago (I’ve now done it). The receptionists are the centres biggest point of failure. They are extremely rude and unhelpful which makes them unprofessional. When you call or approach them it’s as if you’re putting them out rather than feeling as though you’re receiving any form of client care. Some of the doctors are ok (Dr. Mass is the exception, he’s pretty great. Not had a bad experience with the nurses either). There was one doctor I had a terrible experience with - they were rude, presumptuous and lacked any sort of human decency. If you’re considering this practise, don’t.

Worse service I've received from a Doctor's surgery! The reception staff are impatient at best, rude and arrogant at worse. Some of them constantly talk over while I'm trying to explain. In one case I was advised to go to eConsult when clearly the issue warrant at AT LEAST a telephone call. I asserted this to the receptionist who agreed to put an appointment in the diary.. All the patient facing staff in my view need customer service training and to remember they are employed because of the patients I.e. no patients NO job! It seems they feel they have a licence for rudeness. Some of the Doctors have also been dismissive and in one case arrogant. One Dr misdiagnosed while dismissing me to take paracetamol ! The pain got worse and it wasn't until I was forced to go to the walk-in-clinic at the hospital that I got to the root of the problem. In another case I was advised by one of the Doctors to seek over the pharmacy counter solutions. There was no interest or empathy. I've moved on now, but I know the main issue in this surgerys is poor leadership examples which cadecade to each echelon of staff.

Worst health centre I've ever had the receptionist are rude, it's always a nightmare to booking an appointment. I call at 8.00 am and wait more than one hour and then they tell me that there is only availability with a doctor a month later, terrible service. They don't deserve it even 1 star. Even the Drs without experience, doesn't fill patience needs. It's disappointing service.

If I could put - 1000 stars, I would. This surgery has changed so much and not for the better. I have been with this surgery since I was born. I am 28 and the change in the attitude of the receptionist staff and a couple doctors is appalling. I am so disappointed by the receptionists - they are rude and clearly do not want to be at work or help!! They have an inconveniently backwards unhelpful system which will ensure you will waste time and loads of it!! I am due to change my GP because the level of customer service here is terrible. The bar must be set in hell. If they want you dead they should just bloody say. I have never encountered such disgusting and rude staff members in my life and I'm not the first to notice this either. I am extremely disappointed because this is not how i used to remember this surgery. I'd suggest new staff members with manners if you guys want to actually HELP your patients and maybe actually take into real consideration how ineffective and a waste of time your current system is. They act like you are bothering them when they are supposed to be there to help. I'd probably get better help from a headless chicken. WORST GP YET!! Cannot wait to change! Never been fobbed off more than by the people that are meant to help you!

Receptionist are very rude, I don’t know why they are still there working for such good doctors, why should I explain my situation to a receptionist before they can decide if I can get emergency appointment with the GP. They shout on you as if they own the surgery. They should work on their empathy and humanity

Dr Daitz runs a brilliant professional gp practice. All clinicians and reception staff are so professional and my family and i are so grateful for their kind caring NHS service. i cannot fault our care over the last 7 years with this practice - i hope they continue with this excellent care.

Doctors have been great - particularly Dr Mass. Listens to everything you say without judgement and advises accordingly. The receptionists are kind and helpful - but they are VERY hard to get hold of. Calling the surgery means listening to what feels like 20 minutes of pointless out of date automated messages before eventually being put on hold. There is always a queue to speak to someone of at least 30 mins - this isn’t their fault, but I beg to please cut that automated answer message it is so painful to hear for so long!!! Once through to the receptionists they are great! Please consider opening an online booking system or at least allowing appointment requests to be made via email (or using the econsult platform) to help you and us as patients! I guarantee all patients will appreciate this as it will speed up the phone lines.

I have been registered with the surgery for some time, thankfully have not really needed to use their services. I have recently registered a new patient with the surgery and cannot praise them enough especially Kathy who works in the admin side of the surgery, she has gone above and beyond to help. She is professional, friendly and has been so helpful, I cannot thank her enough.

I popped into this surgery today with my forms to register as a new patient. My experience was one of professionalism. Both members of staff were polite and courteous. Linda dealt with my application quickly and efficiently and was knowledgeable. My first experience of attending this surgery has been a positive one. Thank you.

I have been going to the North London clinic for 30 years; I want to make it known the reception staff are excellent, Yes, there have been hiccups over the years, but generally, they are excellent; the Doctors and Nurses are so good and so kind. You saved my husband's life for that, I am forever grateful

Soooo rude, unorganised and unprofessional. The women on reception need training. Worse doctors experience I ever had.

This week my back went into a spasm and I was in agony. I phoned the surgery not expecting much. The receptionist was kind and within 1 hour I was called back by the doctor who assessed me over the phone and prescribed me strong pain killers which have done the trick. Really grateful for the straight forward care I received.

It seems that this practice is neglectful of its duty to care for its patients. Just look at the rest of the reviews before joining, I wish I had. I was told by this practice that once I find out I am pregnant, it is "no longer the responsibility of the GP, but instead of the maternity services." I was not provided with an information bundle, just simply told "you'll hear back in a week or so" and to take follic acid. Well 6 days later I contact the hospital, surprise surprise, no referral yet - despite me being high-risk. I was also advised to seek "my other avenues" as the GP referral would take too long. I did this, and as suspected, only the GP can make the appropriate referral required for my circumstances. I'll also add that I've requested referrals in the past which haven't been put through. I mean, 3 months pass after my initial appointment where I'm told to "wait to be contacted", I rang the surgery and they confirmed the referral was never made. Receptionists and GPs alike, nobody here wants to work or take the time to listen to and respect patient needs.

My father died on 28th August and we can’t get his death certificate signed and it’s 5th September. We’ve been passed from pillar to post and the treatment has been shocking. The whole clinic should be ashamed of themselves. The manager Liz has been completely unhelpful and we’re being fined for not having this sorted. Avoid this practice at all costs.

I have to accompany my elderly parents most of the time when they see their GPs. I think the quality of the GPs is very good. Always got time for Dr Mars who goes above and beyond. Reception staff are improving but I still find them discourteous at times.

The Introduction is far too long. Let alone the call waiting time exceeding over 30 minutes at a time without success. Direct numbers for appointments only would be more efficient.

If there was no star I would definitely give. I only stayed with this surgery because Dr Diaz was my son doctor from he was a baby now that he is gone I am gone to. As a black parent avoid taking your child to see Dr Mas and yes am going to call up and have words with her myself

Was waiting on call to reception for an hour. Was caller number 1 for 40 minutes and when the call answered it was cut immediately. Very poor service. Will not be calling again.

I’ve been a patient at the NLHC since moving to Palmers Green in 2015 and have always been treated courteously and professionally by the doctors and the practice staff. More than that though, it is not an exaggeration to say, I probably wouldn’t be alive if it had not been for their professionalism. In 2017, thanks to swift action by DR Mass, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and had prostatectomy surgery. The cancer was aggressive and the surgeon advised I would probably only have a few years to live had they not removed my prostate at the time they did. Thankfully the surgery was successful and the cancer has been undetectable since. 12 months ago, however, I developed chronic pain and symptoms which may have indicated cancer. This time Dr Wright at the NLHC fast tracked me for investigation. If it weren’t for extra work put in by Tami in the practice team, I would have been referred to a completely different hospital and NHS trust. Tami ensured I was seen at the same hospital I’d had my surgery. This meant they had all the records of my cancer, the treatments, and the surgery. 2 weeks ago I went into the hospital for a cystoscopy (my 3rd in 12 months) and biopsy to check for bladder cancer. During the procedure they removed a surgical clip which had been there since the prostatectomy surgery. The clip had moved and become lodged in the bladder neck, which in turn caused my pain. I’m now completely pain free and I owe a lot to the doctors and practice team of this surgery. Thank you for all the hard work you put in.

👍👍 I cannot recommend heartily enough this surgery, I left my previous surgery of 20 years due to them going down hill. From the moment you enter, all staff are polite, helpful and listen to you.
