    I had an excellent experience training with Mark. The best thing about him is he really does listen to your goals and adjust according to them. I never felt like he was pushing me in a direction that I didn't want to go in, but at the same time he kept challenging me to smash new goals. Mark is a wonderful guy too, always making our sessions a delight. He uses a timer to keep us on track and the session moving at a good pace, which is definitely appreciated. He also worked well around a lower back injury for me, and I think both my workouts with him as well as meetings with a Physio helped me get better and better.

    Fantastic trainer! Far from a generalist, he is more of a specialist with what I have experienced when training with Mark. He knew exactly what I personally needed, and created a unique training plan that is helping my body adapt perfectly and exactly the way he said it would. I've been through many PT's, and I would honestly advise anyone to stop their search with Wellness Workout.

    Mark has helped me achieve and surpass my fitness goals. Very professional service with a program to ensure you can sustain the levels achieved. Great motivator and confidence builder, taking my training to levels of intensity beyond what I was accustomed to. Always available for advice out of hours. High recommended.

    Mark helped me smash past my self-imposed limits and take my training to the next level. For years I have plateaued on 80kg bench press and other upper body weights. I also suffer from the hangover from an ACL snap and surgery, with low confidence in my legs (weigh 80kg and normally lift 100kg squats). Mark helped me smash my glass ceiling with PBs 100kg 1-rep on bench and 150kg 1-rep on squats through a carefully thought out and structured routine over 3 months with plenty of variety. Mark also helped me get into boxing for the first time in my life and is a big enthusiast, and also equipped me with some great bike exercises post-workout. I now have the confidence to go independently and would really recommend Mark to anyone who feels they are not progressing / have plateaued. Thanks Mark and hope to stay in touch!!

    I have been training years now, but have never really pushed my body to its full capability. Mark has taken my training to a new level in the short while I have been training with him. I have already reached my personal best on an exercise! Would strongly recommend to anyone.

    I've worked with a number of PTs in the past, and can honestly say Mark has been the most dedicated of them all. He's varied my programs continuously giving me a wide range of exercises, and more importantly making sure my form is on point. I've struggled to get to the gym or even workout at home but Mark's pro-activeness to engage and provide the support has allowed me to hit my goals, targets, but most importantly make training part of my daily routine, which i never had for years!
