I was pleasantly surprised when my friend took me here, felt like I was on a spa holiday away. For a reasonable price to get to enjoy the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool and when done you can relax in the lovely lounge area with complimentary tea and fruit. I usually fall asleep for a bit, so relaxing.

I bring my little brother here for swimming and I would recommend getting a swimming membership for under 16 it’s £6 for the whole year but only free during School holidays . It’s a nice big pool and a nice environment. The only down side is the parking situation , it’s not the centre that’s in charge but a private company called Gemini Parking . The app to pay for parking is so unreliable as it freezes all the time and if you don’t pay you will receive a PCN. I was told by a friend that even if you pick and drop off someone here you still have to pay as it take a picture of license plate when you enter . So I emailed Gemini Parking and they said that if you enter and leave within the grace period of 15 minutes there should be no problem . I really wish this place offered female only classes as it would be nice for the community as there’s not any local in Walthamstow.

We visited today for the first time and I have to point out that the level of care at this centre starts from the parking! WE were stressing outside the car park as late for our session, when a lady (possibly a manager) walked past, while I was trying to figure out how to pay, she stopped and asked me what I needed to do. I have explained to her that we were late for our session she said she would kindly move our slots, and I just needed to take care of paying the parking first. Definitely the most remarkable customer service! Facilities are great, and everything feels clean and nice. I just wanted to thank the feel-good team centre for the greatest experience and being flexible with us today. We will be back very soon!

Booked the play park for my 3 year old, which included access to the trampoline park, foam pit and soft play. Went around 6/7pm ish and it wasn’t packed. Loved how spacious and clean it was & my little one enjoyed himself. For the price, its really good! Friendly service too, can’t fault

I use the swimming facilities and the spa treatments. Swimming facilities; I prefer this pool to the one in leyton mainly because of the depth. My only fault is that I find the pool freezing initially. The changing facilities are clean but there is definitely a breeze that catches you when you come out the pool. Spa treatment; I had a total spa treatment which was needed. The staff are lovely and very considerate. The relaxation room is peaceful and a nice area to chill in rather than running out to the hustle and bustle. I will definitely make use of the spa facilities again.

I use to go to this gym when it was Pool and Track many years ago, and was apprehensive to return here when it got revamped into the Feel Good Centre, but I shouldn't of been. The staff are friendly and helpful, some honestly go above and beyond (not going to name names here) and really go the extra mile to help out and answer any questions I have, even if I ask a million questions. The activities they offer for both adults and children is great. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Best gym in London. Very clean, plenty of lockers for storage. Nice cafe with outdoor sitting area by the track lane. Yoga and Pilates instructors are very friendly and very mindful. Highly suggest it if you're absolute beginner and want to learn yoga and Pilates basics

Good option with gym, open air track, swimming and many others including indoor badminton. Can get rather busy at times. The outside car park, can get very busy and run out of spaces during peak time. It is a paid parking system with a discount for members. The swimming lessons for younger children are very popular. The tennis court at the back is well maintained. It has a small cafe that sells food and coffee with indoor and a small number of outdoor seating.

Overall, this is the best Better branch in the borough I've visited so far. The place is huge, including many studios for fitness classes, a gym and a swimming pool + SPA area. There are plenty of lockers, as well as changing rooms, toilets and water fountains. It is also clean, given how busy it gets. This is why I give it 4*. Now, in terms of the pool, it is good but often overcrowded - last time I went, I was in the adult swimming area and the designated corridors were tiny. I ended up getting kicked and accidentally kicking someone back while we were trying to pass each other, swimming in opposite directions. In the end, they brought in children there too, who started to jump in and splash, so I left a bit annoyed as I thought it was inappropriate. Then I had to wait for ages for a shower to free up, as well as changing room space. As for the SPA, I've not tried it but have heard excellent reviews about it only. In terms of fitness classes, there is a great variety and a bit for everyone BUT some of the instructors seem like they don't care at all about who is attending and whether we are comfortable. If you are a newbie, very few instructors bother to explain any basics and ensure your safety while undertaking the class. Makes it hard to stay motivated and eager to learn if you feel like just a number to a class group. There have also been some occasions where I was told off for not doing the moves properly, which felt unfair since there was no introduction to the basic moves to start off with. Also, I'm not paying to be told off. Some instructors need to be reminded of customer service perhaps and that they too were newbies to the class they've mastered once. Finally, the gym is well equipped but small compared to the rest of the place. You can tell the focus of this branch isn't on the gym. There are only 1-2 machines aside from the cardio ones, so it is hard to even get to my favourite machines since it's always busy. Some machines are rusty and there were some broken ones too. The free weights / stretch zones are great though. What I find a bit annoying on a day that I come in specifically for gym is when there is a birthday party - the kids bday party zone is right outside the gym door. So this means navigating crowds of kids, screaming and running around, while you enter or exit gym. This also makes the space, changing rooms and toilets dirtier than usual. I would suggest to the parents to look after their children as much as humanly possible, teaching them not to litter and disturb others in what is supposed to be an exercise space for adults too. Still, despite everything, as I said before, this is the best Better branch in the borough in my opinion and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Went up for the trampoline / Play Park and it was such a success. The kids loved it loads to do for kids if all ages. Very impressed with the facilities and the service. Car park no longer accepts the vouchers but they can be tried in for credit on the app service. The systems are being more actively pushed and are much quicker must you get the hang of using them. The booking service through the app is recommended and is very quick. Only thing I would say this is very expensive one hour cost £18 per for 2 children and 1 adult.

This place is such a shameless monopoly! Expensive but offers absolutely no customer services! I forgot my bike lock but I need to see my child inside the class. I asked them to offer me a temporary solution but was told that I needed to leave the bike outside because they are not allowed in the centre, but if the bike was stolen they would not be responsible! I mean they could have helped by watching the bike in the lobby for 1 minute until I am back and take it outside. That’s the kind of service I expected from a place trying to build a sense of community! The duty manager called Reece who denied to provide his surname and denied to show me his badge said he could not help me! It is not what this place preaches to be in their mission statement. They certainly didn’t make me feel good! Such irony!

Well maintained and clean centre with lovely staff. I’ve used the pool a few times in the past and just done my second spin class with Esther. She’s a great instructor, the class was well structured and cadence and resistance explained clearly. Bikes were clean and working properly. Overall great experience every time I visit.

Huge centre with loads of facilities from swimming to soft play! Great parking (paid) although limited family parking spaces. We've come here a couple of times for the 0-3 soft play which is 3 levels high and very well maintained. There are tables in the soft play area for having your packed lunch and toilet and baby changing facilities as well. Very convenient. There's also a popular cafe in the main centre selling hot food and drinks. A modern building with lots to offer and easy to get to.

We went to the soft play area on the weekend. We were invited to a birthday party. The children had a really nice time. It was very busy but there was lots of staff to keep an eye on them 😂. It was paid parking but not too expensive £1 an hour. Outside the soft play area there was a small cafe. The kids were tired so we didn't go in. The place was nice and the kids had so much fun.

The facility is great, useful for the community. Gym looks decent and is well equipped, while the pool is quite decent with 6-8 lanes that are partitioned to ensure both recreational lanes for swimmers of all speed but also classes for kids and alike. Only reason I’m giving four stars is the cleanliness aspect. There is room to improve here in both the changing rooms, showers area and the pool too. All in all, a good facility, will return for sure.

Love it good fun burnt lots of energy. Good price I would say. Definitely cheap frills. Some trampoline parks/soft play centres can be cheeky with the prices. It is quite clean and spacious here also. My son loves it here we've visited a few times before now and will continue to come. Soon we will brave a clip & climb which I think is a fantastic feature to have here at the centre.

An amazing centre. Very pleased with the fitness equipment and the staff members. Especially Mariya Marina is super friendly, very kind, very helpful and patient with the clients. She gives nice, detailed explanations about the different exercises, the use of the machine and the other pieces of equipment. I am very happy with the fitness program Mariya created for me. It fits the needs of my body perfectly and it really helps me to achieve the body shape I have always dreamed of. I am happy that I chose Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre and Mariya Marina as my fitness instructor.

Yes,I like the facility here Did not try the gym yet but overall look quite capacious. Obviously there is a massive car park so I believe it is a gifted facility for the locals. Wanna see more of it to leave an extended review and I am sure that will be alright. In the meantime we live in an age where life has gone fast and it is nice to find some time to unwind and relax.

Feel Good Walthamstow was great. We went to the soft play area and it was really well laid out and safe for young kids. I'd say they need to be stable on their feet to get about and with the help of an adult between 1 and 2 years so be prepared to climb yourself. There's a few holes they could tumble down if not supervised. It was really clean in the halls and reception was very nice. Good staff and well signposted inside. Will definitely be back!
