😠 The absolute worst run business in all of London. The pool has been closed for over 6 months now and they didn't even think to drain it. Have a look at the state of it! This is after a more than £1 million renovation with public funds. Well done Haringey! People often mention pool, time, swimming, centre, room, water, staff, area, Haringey, dirty,

I come here everyday to exercise in the gym and swim. It is incredibly dirty, the changing rooms are never cleaned, sometimes I can see the same toilet paper in the floor for a week, hair everywhere (the same hair for several days), clogged toilets for several days, and the water of the pool is another story… sometimes it feels someone got in the water with a bottle of olive oil, not to mention how full of rubbish is the bottom of the pool. I saw people complaining about this and I did so myself, raising this problem to reception and workers several times. I have been always told “I’ll let the manager know”… ok well… who is the manager? Is there a manager working there? Because no one there is doing anything or caring about basic hygiene

Don't waste your money and time here. Entry is £8 which you need to book in advance despite not a soul queueing to get in. Terrible pool, dirty, everything was broken and there are no lockers or proper facilities. They closed the lane pool and everyone had to use the training pool which was extremely uncomfortable. Very few people but all crammed in the small pool. Screaming children, congested, no social distancing and the lifeguard didn't seem to care. the perfect breeding ground for infection. Worse is that reception will not warn you of the above. Response of receptionist to the question, "where shall I keep my clothes/bags/phone/keys etc if you have no lockers" (after paying and going in with no clue that a pool has no lockers..! ) : "take them with you to the pool".. Surprised and shocked at how this place has survived this far...

This is one of the worse leisure centres. Their gym equipment is minus 0. They don’t maintain or upkeep anything. They don’t even have hot water to wash your hands after you visit the ladies. And this has been for weeks. They take your money time and time again for services not rendered. The place is not clean. The netting on squash courts are awful, so you keep losing balls, because they don’t ensure it’s covered up properly. Toilets with no seats. They go for days without sorting issues that clearly affects the opening of the centre. This place is so bad. Need I go on???? Highly unrecommendable!

I hope you have a good time and if you like my reviews and photos, please click LIKE on my reviews!!! :) Enjoy This is a review of the soft play area in Tottenham Green leisure centre. I am not reviewing the centre as a whole. The soft play area is a gold mine for children. It is well kept and it will keep the children busy for a little while. There is 2 soft play areas for children. It is very cost effective: under 2's are free and adults pay £2.00 each. This is accurate of (5th May 2018). There is a small seating area for parents, and this place does not get very busy compared to clown town. Definitely worth a visit.

I have been a customer of the Tottenham Green Pools for quite a while and I have to say that from January 2023 the swimming pool has closed and has never reopened since. The conditions of the all center (cleanliness and services) have incredibly worsened and the management has shown total lack of care towards the condition of the premises and more importantly towards the customers of the centre. For example, I have tried to get in touch to enquire about any eventual refund or discount due to lack of services but they have always replied with incredible delay and total lack of care avoiding to help me out in any case or without any professional approach (it is also to consider that they have also charged me for the last two months even though I could not access the swimming pool and I proved them so). I sadly decided to leave the Centre and find another gym.

Haringey Council are useless. They cannot manage contracts with Fusion and sort this mess out. They have not been transparent about the real issues.

I could give this place a zero star if they had it. THE BATHROOM are filthy, blocked toilet, paper hand towel everywhere. Just disgusting. Seems like there’s no cleaners, and staff to take care of the place. The gym is not really the best. Minimal gym equipment and the membership price for the gym is overpriced and not worth it. Better off using the public gym. Overall the place is run down, not well taken care off, and not worth your money. Something needs to be done. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this leisure centre. Disappointed and Disgusted

This is the worst leisure centre of all time. The showers and steam room are constantly breaking taking weeks if not months to fix. Haringey need to source a new provider urgently. The pool has been closed for nearly a year now. The issues with the management of this leisure centre go back way before the sewage leak. Facilities were always broken and never fixed for months. They still charge the same price. It is despicable. It is outrageous it is still holding a contract with Haringey.

Been going here for years and years and keep complaining about this place to Haringey council and it never improves. The changing rooms and constantly filthy and very smelly. There seems to be some sort on ongoing plumbing issues causing stale urine to collect next to the changing rooms. The changing areas and swimming areas lack proper ventilation always feels very stuffy and stagnant. The desk is always understaffed and the online booking service is utterly abysmal. Most recently we attended the family fun splash session in the pool during half term and although it was good fun, there was nobody there to allow access to the slide even though it was clearly on. There also needs to be more than two family-sized changing rooms. The soft play upstairs is too dark and in need of more lighting. It feels very uninviting. The whole place feels very unclean and unloved. It's another case of Haringey signing over an essential public service to a provider who has a very lengthy contract so they can (and do) get away with not maintaining basic standards with little or repercussions from the council. Such a shame as the place has lots of potential. Hopefully Haringey won't renew their contract with Fusion.

I attended a music event 4th June, aimed at those aged late 40s upwards. The room used was upstairs, very crowded, and very hot. For some reason the AC was not turned on, Myself and other ladies luckily had bought with us fans, but they made no difference. We had to vacate the room as the heat became unbearable. At one point the DJ asked if the AC could be switched on, to no avail. The toilets upsatirs was closed, and we were directed to use the ones downstairs, by the children's play area. There are 2 toilets, and they were disgusting. One had no lock on the door, some sickly looking substance on the floor, the other toilet had no lights. Hence, people had to use the torch on their mobiles to make sure they aimed into the bowl. The centre is in need of a deep clean and maintenance.

The facility is generally unclean, and extremely understaffed. I have never been here and not seen a queue of several people waiting at reception. My main issue is with the gym. There is lots of broken machinery, and if there is usable equipment it’s clearly old and weathered. The fact there are just 3 benches and only one rack for barbell exercises is genuinely appalling, there is always a queue for the weights area and I often have to end my workouts short due to the fact I’ll be waiting 15-20 minutes for a bench to finally free up. Water fountains are dirty, very rarely do I even see a member of staff in the gym area. Weights and dumbbells are scattered around the gym, giving it a cluttered disorganised feel. I’ve planned to use the sauna on multiple occasions, but it’s been broken/out of order every time! At this point I’m not sure why I’m paying for facilities that aren’t available to me. I wish I never signed up for a membership here, and I can’t wait for this month to be over so I can change gyms immediately. I’ve told several of my friends who had planned to join to never come here and instead find a different gym. The most frustrating part is that this could be a great facility to have in Tottenham, but it’s clear the owners don’t care about providing a quality, or even a barely acceptable fitness centre, and will continue to ignore all the terrible reviews people are giving.

Rude member of staff on the desk, Sunday 19th November 10am. Lied about soft play hours, cleaning and availability. Wouldn't recommend her in any workplace.

I'm giving one star because I am unable to give none, The facilities are disgusting and unclean including the pool there are tiles missing and broken which is a hazard. The toilets, showers and steam room smelled like the sewers. It was disgusting and we will not be returning. And to top it off there are no signs on one entrance to the car park stating that you have to pay for your parking, there are no signs within the facilities saying that you have to pay for your parking so when I left, imagine my surprise to find a parking ticket on my car. 0 out of 5 stars. Worst leisure centre I have ever been to. Staff were polite though.

I am very disappointed with the service. They cancelled my children swim lesson three times with in one or two months time and the swim teachers are complaining every time when you go there about your child stage which needs to arrange by their on staff and also the family changing area is always busy because people left their clothe in the room until they come back from swim or one person waited in the room to use the room later and we (with little baby and buggy) couldn’t use that room when we came back from swimming all the time which is very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone this place .

This place is getting worse as time goes on! The 3rd star was generous and this is only because there are some really nice staff that work there! I joined almost 10 years ago when the staff and facilities were great! Now the machines hardly every work, they barely supply cleaning materials for the equipment. Classes are cancelled without much notice. The toilets are filthy and often without soap or tissue and sometimes even water. Their staff turnover is outrageous. They do offer a wide range of facilities such as badminton, swimming, sauna, classes and the entire gym but it’s becoming increasingly more difficult to access them! And today the gym was closed with no notification at all! Fusion have a lot of work to do!

The reason 2 stars is only based on cleanliness. Didn't use GYM (so no comments), but swimming pool is extremely dirty changing rooms, floor. Showers half working, most of the time you will get only cold water. Make sure you have shoes/flip flops on until you get to water. Prepare for cold water (sometimes is very nice and warm). Slide never working and dirty. Avoid if you can.

Booked soft play 30th May for 5 kids totalling £21. An extra lot of £21 came out. Trying to still get my refund today. was told to email bank statement as proof an extra lot of £21 came out. I did that and I’m still here waiting for my money. Place is dirty. Needs to close down. They don’t answer phone. staff are slack. Quick to take money out but can’t put back a refund as quick. They will be seeing me tomorrow and hearing my mouth.

I have been using the swimming pool with my siblings for a quite long time. I am happy to say I have a had a pleasant time due to an employer called Nisa . She is extremely helpful and caring . When she is on shifts the swimming pool is clean and the toilets too. However, when she is not on shift the toilets are unusable and the swimming pool area has rubbish on the floors and the inside of the pool is dirty . My siblings love Nisa and always say she is smiling and happy. She the first one to help any customer in need and doesn’t get agitated to serve customers unlike other employers. If there wasn’t an employer like her , I don’t believe we would stay there .

Although the pool is out of use, the health suit is great and I enjoed going there in the morning . Salma that works at the front in the morning is a blessing to be entertain with that lovely smile and her empathy toward everyone. She's a gem an although the place is a mess she's the sunshine that brightens that gym.

Well, Ill tell you- Not true- whats in reviews, not even dressing room look of that kind. Lockers are red breclet key deep blue lockers (not as pitcured The Gym coulor lockers) - and if you don't have CASH on you- lock will not help you. On Swiming Pole gates, today, 10/11/22 is writen "Our swiming poles are colder than usual, so we need to shut- sorry for inconviniance" (I come to cheek up on swiming poles) Uper floor - wardrobe, you have lockers for your lock- there where gym is- but is allso banqeting hall...and dance studios, sqash and other things. I do not know- but pitcures in this review do not seam relevent- not even from same gym. Uper gym woman toilet, water on one sink is not running (I bet thats sink pitcured with brown stain) - but on one that works, it is Warm weater. Itis really public gym. Just1 lady on reception -dealing with everithing. I am giving 3 stars- becouse I have been prepared on worst- and not having swimming pole is not worst case scenario...khm. Shovers are still on with warm water running. To me worst than not having Swiming Pole would be coming on really cold Swimin Pole. Keep it real.Colder than usual. PS- 3 sessions are on the house for free..add a star.

Attended an advertised autism friendly session and was incredibly busy. Floats came out 15 minutes before the end and tannoy was used numerous occasions to ask for staff to come to reception - not the emergencies only as advertised. Pool was cold with no temperature displayed anywhere. Changing cubicles could do with being bigger for those trying to dry and sort themselves out aswell as the person they are caring for. For the cost it was ok and the session was convenient for us but I do prefer our other local pool

How much longer you need to return my £205. It’s been almost a month and yet you still did not returned the money to me. The mistake was yours who made the double booking. Frustrating experience ever.
