Great selection! Nice staff what more could you ask for? I thought initially that it would be super expensive in here, but there is something for every budget and the staff are very knowledgeable! PS the bit in the back is wine bar which is amazing!

Just stumbled on this little gem. The Wine Factor is a pure hybrid where you can buy fantastic wine and enjoy eating the finest Italian and Spanish meats and cheeses “through the back” in the most amazing hidden wine bar. Enthusiastically brought to life by the knowledgable owner. And did I mention they have German Helles on draft too….!

Popped into the Wine Factor and decided to have a tapas lunch in the bar, really nice food and of course lovely wine, it certainly made a change to relax and unwind while talking with the owner. Would recommend 100%.

Brilliant wine bar was there Donna is always so helpful and her recommendations are on point! They have a great selections of wines and craft beers as well as spirits. Their occasional wine tastings are a great experience.

What an absolute delight of a place. Tucked behind the wine shop at the back is a cosy and terrific wine bar. Very reasonably priced champagne at just £40 for a bottle!! We only stayed for drinks but next time will order food. It had a lovely atmosphere and the guys running it were upbeat and cheerful. Great ambience too. I will be back and will tell all my friends.

Absolutely fantastic shop – the best shop of any kind in Chingford village. The owners are passionate about wine – some great selections. Also, a wonderful range of liqueurs and spirits. Lovely wine bar in the back – well worth a visit post-lockdown.

Bought cans of beer and cider from here...some nice craft options which is great but the condition of the cans were revolting. The top of the can needed washing before drinking (brown gunk stuck down the lip of the can) still didn't come off even after scrubbing with a brush & washing up liquid. Gross, who knows what it was. Cans had small dents on them too.

It's great to have this shop on my doorstep. The staff are all very knowledgeable. I often go in not really knowing what I want and they're always able to give me lots of options. I love the fact they sell lots of local beer too.

What a lovely place with lovely people. Recently hired the restaurant/bar area for a private party. We and all of our guests loved the space and service. Pizza’s and sharing charcuterie boards went down a treat and of course there was a brilliant selection of beers, wines and spirits. Would highly recommend for a pizza & wine night or private hire :)

Popped in for the first off chance on Saturday late afternoon when out for a walk. Lovely greating by all staff. Booth was free and invited to try a lovely pinot. We had a glass of pinot and chardonnay and nachos to share. Only £18 alltogether. Wonderful time

Popped in this morning to buy a gift to take to a party. The young lady who served me couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. Thank you so much.

Asked the nice man there to recommend me a good Whisky. He did and it was fantastic. He also showed me the back room. Can’t wait to give it a whizz
