Excellent fresh food, excellent value! Fresh made to order. Something for everyone, no judgement. 1 chef working extremely hard, providing top food and the best service possible. Portion size is excellent!

I had limited time unfortunately but did try a pasta with salmon and side salad. Big portions even for medium option. Limited space to eat in but Definitely recommend.

Since Jaz and Jetz has been open Iv been going everyday almost for my lunch and even on my days off. I have a beauty room and I have recommended all my clients. They offer something that was missing down Station road deliciously healthy and naughty. The healthy jerk is my favourite meal and I love the black forest Crêpe. I love that it is a small family run business so much heart goes in to everything they do. Cannot wait to try the new American Pancakes on my cheat day.

I had a crepe with lemon juice and marshmallows and it was beautiful perfectly tangy and sweet and nicely presented and you can see them cook which is a nice touch will definitely advertise them for free on Instagram

This place is so good!!. Eren is a great chef that makes great quality food and priced well. My daughter loves ALL the pancakes, I personally love the Jerk chicken, all freshly cooked. It’s my go-to!

Only discovered this today, apparently it's been open since last November! Crepes with a big variety of imaginative fillings, I had the Cypriot with halloumi, chorizo, tomatoes and spinach. Lots of sweet fillings too. A bit cosy inside, only 4 stools but a great atmosphere . Will definitely be back.

Such a fantastic place! They have become a firm favourites down Chingford all down to the quality, freshness and taste of there meals. I eat there because there is not a place like them in Chingford but local food businesses seem to be really bothered by there success in such a short time, I have heard it with my own ears. I do not understand the problem they could not offer more difference and variety! Something Keep working hard ignore the jealous and keep doing what you are doing the FOOD is EXCELLENT! MUST TRY!

I visited with my son a while back, both of us love great, healthy fresh food and have really struggled to find this locally. We loved this place! The portions were generous, the ingredients fresh and the service was fantastic. Definitely feel the love of the owners! Will definitely visit again on my day off!

Just fantastic! This small family business does not get enough credit! They have made the most of a tiny space, are extremely busy with one chef who works so incredibly hard and produces so epic meal. I always call to pre-order to avoid wait times. My favourite dish by far is the choi yum: sticky sesame chicken breast, pak choi, white rice and some extra veg! Yum!
