Very noisy Bed was practically on the floor, and it was broken (slats weren’t on properly and my other half fell through them) No signs or obvious lighting to show that it was a ‘hotel’ Mattress, pillows, and duvet were all super thin No clear signage throughout the property, or even told, where things like where the kitchen or communal toilets were located Communal toilets The room we had was very basic When we found out we were at the correct property, we didn’t have a mobile number to call to say we were here, or office to pop our heads into. Felt like we walked into some random person’s home which was the first red flag for me

Terrible expérience. Closer to a bad Airbnb than an hotel. They gave me the wrong room, didn't receive any refund for the downsizing. The place was incredibly noisy, people making noises day and night. I was in front of the kitchen and I had sole weird smell coming in the room. The shower smell terrible and as lots of dirty spots. To make it simple there is nothing luxurious about that place

Noisy place in the middle of a residential street !!. I feel sorry for the residents living in this street. Don't understand how the council agreed for having a hotel in a residential street !!

Wasn't expecting much as looking at views. It is a house with converted rooms. Ground floor can be noisy and you can get smells from the kitchen - there are four rooms however it can also be cooler in the summer months. There are rules dotted around but it depends on whether the people staying there follow them - on one of the nights there is always some noise in the kitchen until approximately 11: 00pm, although cooking is meant to finish by 8:00 p.m. there is no specific lounge so I think some of the residents put chairs in the kitchen and their conversations can be somewhat loud but easily travel into the rooms therefore would suggest a room on the first or second floor. The bathroom on the ground floor is quite small but functional. Rooms do not have a sink in. Beds can be a bit lumpy but you are paying for a locked door and privacy rather than sleeping in a dormitory. House overall was fine if you are traveling on your own and do not mind that however if you are expecting a hotel with high degrees of quietness then you would need to look elsewhere. If I was traveling with others then I may only consider this place if a room on the first floor was an option but really it is just like student digs that you had in a shared house however you do have a lock on the door - that is what you just need to be aware of. The walk from the underground station is about 10 minutes - once you get to the road it is about halfway down the road but generally it is okay. Nice location in relation to other shops and eateries. Towels are provided and you do have a number to contact on the front door in case of needing to get the staff. Several of the other residents were there for a bit longer so I think the people who just book for the occasional nights tend to get put in the rooms that are left available and possibly these are the ones on the ground floor. There is some fit equipment in the back garden however this is mainly used for people who would be smoking. Room one is next to the front door so just to be aware whereas room for is next to the back door and if people are using the garden during the day and you need it to be quiet then you may want to minimize or avoid these. Advantage of room for is that it is at the end of the second kitchen so the cooking smells do not travel as intensely into that room. Location of the place is good and travel links especially with some issues on the northern line fine - it is in zone 3 of the underground. Links to Victoria station if traveling by coach to London are also fairly good.

We arrived at the "hotel", if you can call it that, around 10 pm and were received by a family at their home. It is not a hotel, it is a room in a family home. It is an airbnb that rents out rooms. If you are thinking of staying in a hotel this is not your place. We were attended by a man showing us our room, which to begin with was not the one we had booked: we booked a room with a double bed and he gave us a room with two beds that also both were broken and the mattress practically fell to the floor. He also didn't give us towels. Throughout the house there are warnings about noise, it is supposed to be forbidden to make noise after 9pm, you cannot use washing machines or cook after that time, but on the contrary, the owners of the house cooked and put washing machines and stayed talking until late right in front of our room. The rooms are made of cardboard, because you can hear the snoring, the beds, the television and even the breathing of the adjoining rooms. On top of that, our room was dirty and smelled funny, as well as the bathrooms. It is understandable that the bathroom is a bit dirty when you stay in a place with shared bathrooms but those bathrooms were worse than any public bathroom, dirt, pee, mold... Dire hygiene. Our stay has been deplorable, it is not a place that I would recommend to anyone. If you can afford to spend £10 or £20 more, I'd recommend staying elsewhere. It has been impossible to rest comfortably and maintain our hygiene optimally. I would never go back.

The rooms were not clean, and the sheets were dirty. They also had a shared toilet, which was very dirty and had a bad smell The smell was wafting into the rooms. The owners were slow to respond

It's 0.7 miles away from the train station, no one comes to clean up the room and change the towel
