    Like most of the reviews the practice has gone downhill. There was a lovely lady in their other branch who helped me with my mother's letter.     My advice to any new fellow Londoners - STAY CLEAR OF THIS GENERAL PRACTICE. I have never in my life experienced such appalling, useless staff. The significant fact that a "doctor" can, out of nowhere, reduce a patients asthma medication without even consulting the patient is beyond my ethical belief. Following on from this after a phone call the "doctor" lied to me and did not follow through with my previous prescriptions. I cannot wait to find a new GP whom will actually answer the phone and be open at normal, convenient times. This practice should really have their doctors re-assessed by the General Medical Council. The end.

    I have been "first the line" on hold for 30 minutes...until I gave up! They never pick up the phone! They gave me a late evening appointment and when I arrived to the surgery, it was closed.....Another patient who was waiting in front of the closed door as well managed to get hold of them ; they had got the surgery wrong , the doctor was in the other surgery....they never bothered to apologize!

    Complete joke of a doctors. My father has waited nearly a year for a face to face appointment, been given the wrong meds and ended up in a&e as a result of their incompetence. Shockingly disgusting and incompetent.

    I was on the phone for over an hour so I decided to walk to the practice whilst still being on the phone, only to find the two receptionists chatting, phones still ringing Disgusting service, I am so livid.

    Even one star is too much. This surgery is disgusting, never answering, always go online but first need to go there for some reason. Malpractice, useless and arrogant people excluded receptionists.,they are kind.🤬🤬🤬

    Poor service and appalling standards. GPs are always late and are rude with no manners. The worst Medical Centre in South London at least.

    Receptionist is a Joke. If they think u r tech savy they are more likely to ask you to book an appoinment online. I was in front of this receptionist asking to be booked, instead she asked me to download the bloody app. Omg. How hard is it to do it there and then considering u are in front of the computer. My mum used there service before but was asked to travel all the way to mitcham. How many GPs do they have. Why have 2 surgeries if there are not enough staff to run them.

    I have been with this surgery since 2021. Back then, the service were very appalling. Fortunately, the service gradually changes in the past few years. I can now fully recommend this surgery. The practice manager and receptionist are now brilliant so as the doctors most especially Dr M Kamineni who is very attentive, despite the language barrier she demonstrates patience and very clear when explaining. Thank you so much for the whole team at The Surgery 886 Garrat Lane. Thanks for all your help! M Ramirez

    Would not recommend, this is my mums gp, if it was mine I wouldn't go. Its local for mum but that's about the only good point I can make about it.

    Been here a year from Canada, and this was the closest GP to where I live with my family. The people here have been lovely. They have been very understanding, and take the time to explain how things work. Healthcare in Canada isn’t perfect, and it’s not perfect here, but the people here make a huge difference!
