I have been going to The Yoga Edge studio for almost two years now. The studio has a lovely welcoming energy with community like feel. All teachers are really friendly and experienced and offer many modifications of the posses to accommodate students of all levels. The classes are quite dynamic and are focused on connecting to the body with breath. I also completed my Teacher training there few months ago. It was an amazing learning experience. It was very challenging at times but I felt supported and guided by Tom and the team each day to become the most authentic version of myself.

Great yoga studio, bright cheerful and modern with experienced teachers who are supportive for beginners and challenging to more experienced students. Tom, the owner, is a lovely guy who really has a passion for passing on the benefits of hot yoga. Ive been going to the Yoga Edge now for a couple of years and love the friendliness and sense of community here. The Streatham studio is well equipped with an extensive timetable . The heating system is excellent to warm up the body to help achieve greater flexibility. By the end of class you feel like you've had a great workout and are focused and relaxed. It's quite addictive!!!

The Yoga Edge is one of the best yoga studios in London! I have recently completed their Teacher Training accredited by Yoga Alliance and it was such an incredible experience. Extremely experienced teachers, a journey of self-discovery and self-realization that gave me all the tools and the confidence I need to continue my yoga journey as a teacher. Their classes are fun, dynamic, physical, challenging and will bring you back to your body and mind. A great, loving and supportive community. Thoroughly recommend πŸ™πŸ»

A great studio, Tom has created a strong yoga community here and at the Yoga Edge in Crystal Palace. The teachers are warm, friendly and really know their stuff - you'll be challenged physically in the classes, but they're also really fun. The studio is really nice, has a good heating system (be prepared to sweat like you never have before!). I just completed the 200 hour teaching training run by the Yoga Edge and it was amazing - really valuable learning, delivered in an engaging and fun way. The course was totally completely life-changing and I couldn't recommend it or the Yoga Edge studios more highly!

The Yoga Edge is amazing! The teachers are great and Tom creates a real sense of community which runs throughout the studio and classes. I have just finished my 200 Hour Yoga Alliance accredited Dynamic Vinyassa Yoga Teacher Training with them which was one of the best experiences of my life! I thoroughly recommend the studio and the teacher training.

I went to a class on the second day it opened and it was fantastic. I am so pleased there is a good yoga studio in Streatham! Tom was lovely and made the whole experience a positive one. I had not done yoga in 6 months, however the class was the perfect introduction back in to the practise. His guidance was clear and he made everyone feel comfortable. As someone who has never done hot yoga before, I felt at ease as Tom gave lots of advice and reassurance throughout the class. You will never sweat more in your life but it makes you feel amazing. Studio was clean, bright and I can’t wait to go back!

I love The Yoga Edge, it is my favourite studio in London and where I did my 200Hour Teacher Training! All the teachers and staff members are so nice and friendly, the classes are just the right combination between fun and finding your Edge! The community that comes in is also very warm and I always appreciate being able to chat to a new person or get a friendly smile from the student next to me. The Yoga Edge provides good quality classes and takes the time for their students, before, during, and after class. I couldn't recommend a better studio should you be new to yoga, or advanced in your practice!

I joined the Streatham studio earlier this year and it has become my go to space for yoga on a regular basis. A warm welcome from the start, I feel very at home here and there is a real sense of community. The teachers are so knowledgeable & supportive, you are in very safe hands. I would highly recommend. I felt so welcome here that after years of deliberating I have also just finished their yoga teacher training, and so glad I did it here. I can highly recommend the studio and the team.

I enrolled on the September 2021 Yoga Edge teacher training and it was phenomenal!. I learnt how to become an authentic yoga teacher but most importantly my confidence was built up because of the course which I am able to apply to my personal life. The teachers are very knowledgeable and friendly and made all elements were fun and creative! I also have a membership at yoga edge the yoga sessions are great and the teachers are very warm and understanding .

If you’re looking for a space that will support your growth in all directions look no further. Classes will push you and nurture you in equal measure. Any training I’ve taken with Yoga Edge has been incredible value for money and has fare exceeded my expectations. Thank you Tom and Yoga Edge Team for creating such an amazing community.

This was my first time at The Yoga Edge and after participating in Vassia’s class I am definitely going back!!! Her soothing voice, excellent instructions on how to position our bodies and encouragement for multi sensory engagement was the perfect way to start the weekend :):)

I love The Yoga Edge - the fantastic teachers, accessible schedule and calm, friendly atmosphere have kept me going several times a week for over a year. Regular practice works out well financially with a monthly membership and the introductory offer allows you to give it a really good try-out first. I've never had a bad teacher but Courtney, Sally, and Emily are exceptional. On a cold evening there's nothing like stepping into the warm studio!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ This was one of the best days ever. I am really sad about all the bad reviews as I had a great time. When we first got there we were told to take shoes off and leave all our stuff (aside from phones and water bottles). There was plenty of space and plenty of yoga mats. The whole session was an hour...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Frenchies! Basically it’s 25 minutes of yoga before sitting in a circle with 35 minutes of puppy heaven. They say they tried doing yoga and puppies at the same time in the past, but that was chaotic. Yoga teacher is actually very good. It’s short but I think they hired a proper teacher who did her...
