Magic in the making during Christmas and festive times.. These amazing pieces of creations are now on displayed at Lakeland You can purchase nice kitchenwares, cooking and baking utensils with very good selection of quality products. The window displays are very very very attractive indeed.

Went to Lakeland in Wimbledon this afternoon with a friend of mine who had been debating about whether to buy a Remoska for a while, got served by Mandy who has helped and served both myself and my friend previously. Lovely lady, a credit to the company, very knowledgable and didn’t put any pressure on my friend to buy any of the extras available for the Remoska which she went on to buy. Excellent service. Will definitely be visiting again.

Just called in on my way home from work this am for a new cafetiere. I was treated to a personal shopper experience ! The staff were so courteous & polite. They guided me to my requested items & carried them all back to the till for me. ( erm including some new tupperware ). No hard sell of items I didn't want. Lovely ! Thankyou Lakeland x

Great staff, fantastic selection of products, wee bit on the pricey side but everything is price matched and guaranteed, usually for life. The store is also in a great outdoor mall type environment with food booths and fountains. The older ladies helping out here are the best with solid advice. Like all shops in the area, this is a pedestrian only surrounding so park wisely.

Have some amazing products but everything is so expensive. Compared to Amazon or some other stores. Shame because I would buy much much more. Very nice friendly staff too.

All staff is the best staff you will ever meet. I was collecting my electric dryer and it was just before closing hour. The kindest member of staff approached me and my daughter and informed in the most polite way that the store was about to close in few minutes. Zara and other stores can only learn from this Lakeland store. Thank you :) That lady today proved that kindness is indeed rare to experience today, but still DOABLE. :)

Great shop. Lots of unusual Scandinavian artefacts for kitchen, food stuff, gifts. Split into 2 floors, with lift, you can shop with confidence. Find that something special to give. I found it to be a bit pricey, but it is a specialist shop.

Thank you to lovely Denise who dealt with my elderly friend so courteously. Your kindness will be long remembered...he talked about you the rest of the day....all of his friends will be asking for you. You were so patient and considerate of his difficulties. That is so hard to find these days. I will return (alone!) to discuss the Yoghurt promotion which I really wanted to try. I love making my own...and I am sure the Lakeland way is much better. I most say, staff in Lakeland do provide 5 star customer service, every single time. I'm a regular customer because of it.

Not as good as it used to be. Very inflated prices. Most things in this shop can be bought elsewhere cheaper. Worth going in for a look around. Very disappointed

Amazing customer services , took a broken one month old blender and they replaced it immediately without causing any hassles.

I went to the store today to buy some items and the helpfulness of the lady serving us was amazing. I don’t very often write reviews but she inspired me to do so. I don’t know the name of the staff member but she helped with finding a racing Christmas Gnome game for my Grandkids. Thank you very much Lakeland Kingston for amazing customer care :-)
