Been a customer of them for almost a year never let me down. Dan (owner) one of the best customer service I ever had... always happy to help and approaching with smile on face. Today we bought an aquarium. In this store you will find an aquarium to suit your taste, which already has everything you need (filter and lamp). There is a very large selection of Fish, and there is everything you need to keep it. And to deal with all this, you will be helped by a polite and kind seller Pavel, who will be with you from the very beginning of choosing an aquarium to instructing you on its assembly, and will tell you what you need to add to the water, what vitamins and everything else. I am very happy with the purchase, I recommend visiting this store.

I went to Fish Planet London today for the second time. Dan and Pawel were really helpful for me because I haven’t kept fish before and was starting from scratch. Dan is very knowledgable about fish behaviour, care and optimum tank set up for the type of fish you want to keep, and you can tell he has a genuine passion for aquatics in general. After coming to Fish Planet last week and buying a tank set up, I came back in today to get some fish. I left with five new fish and all the advice I could need from Dan - he even wrote me some key instructions to make sure my fish have the best life! Also, the shop itself is very well maintained and you can tell how well kept the fish are by how vibrant and energetic they are. Beautiful place with amazing variety of fish and other creatures like crabs, frogs and tortoise. Shop is new, clean and staff members can give advice about fishes, aquariums, food and plants. Definitely place not just for Pro people but for beginners too. And one off aspect is prices ar very friendly. My fishes 🐟 are happy in new home

Fish planet London is the best aquatic store in London. Not only do they quarantine their fish for one week before selling them they also treat them with medications to make sure no fish is unhealthy. They also sell amazing quality Bettas which are sometime from Thailand and have very rare Guppyies as well. Their plant selection is wonderful with lots of different plants each week. The staff are wonderful and amazing, they are always ready to help with any questions you might have and are very helpful. Their hardscape selection is amazing with lots of different types of stones and wood at very low prices. They literally have everything you could ever ask for in a fish shop. All of my aquarium plants and fish are from this store so here are some of their amazing quality fish and plants that I was fortunate enough to get my hands on.

Fish Planet is one of the best aquarium shops I have been to and I have been to plenty over the years around the UK. I recently purchased 2 x High Grade Calico Ranchus and they are amazing. Very vibrant colours and clearly well looked after. The staff are very helpful and friendly at the store. I would definitely come back again and recommend to others even if it is a long trip. It is well worth it. What makes this shop stand out is the variety, value and quality of fish and also they are open until 11pm even on Sundays.

Omg this is the best aquarium store evvver!!!! I can’t express my excitement after visiting this place, staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, always try to assist and give you advice on what’s better choice ! I’ve got a full set of aquarium + some lava for less than £100 while was expecting to spend more than 200… Dan and other two men gave me so valuable advice on buying aquarium and all necessities even though they could sell me something more expensive and make money instead. Stuff is friendly and knowledgeable about all stocks they keep. Fish are absolutely different levels than other big shops. Nice decent sizes, healthy, quarantined long time . Fish leaves this shop most probably better condition than they received them. Each aquarium has own filtration,heater-no shared wather to prevent spreading disease,match species temperature. They even change fish nets for sterile ones when serving. Plants are healthy,they have live food ,some aquariums and everything you need. See for yourself .. Even if you just starting they will help you better that other big name shops.

Honestly one of the best experience I've had in an aquarium store since taking up the hobby. Got a lovely pair of hillstream loaches and will be back for the rest of the tank community! Really appreciation the time and effort spent with me and helping me keep an eye on my curious daughter while we were there. Really like this shop. Been following them on Instagram since they started out selling from their home during the pandemic, it has been great to see them expand into commercial premises and love the 7 days late opening concept. The selection is great- I’ve been twice now for shrimp and dwarf clawed frogs and the animals have been top quality. Fish selection is brilliant, would have snapped up their reed fish and elephant nose today if I had the space. So close to the tube station which is super helpful.

Hi After nearly 10 years of not keeping fish I recently set up a new 180L tropical tank. I purchased my 1st fish from pet world as it was on my work commute, but poor staff fish knowledge and choice made me search for something better. A quick google search through up Fish planet London so i though I’d go down to check it out. I was amazed with the store, for me it’s like a sweets store for kids!! They have so much choice of fish, plants and cool snails etc! I’m in my zone there, so relaxing and staff and especially Daniele (Owner) are super knowledgeable and friendly. I’m now into my 4th week of visiting this store and I feel so at home there. Daniele has great ideas and drive to push this store to be the go to destination for fish keepers. It’s so good to see Daniele share his passion coupled with amazing customer service. So for me it’s got everything and I don’t need to look beyond this store for any aquatic needs. So if you haven’t been there yet check it out ASAP as your really missing out!

When it comes to tropical fish, I've always gone to Fish Planet London 🐠 I never shop anywhere else since the costs are cheaper! The Guppies and Tetras are my particular favourites from the store. They have a bright and electric colour to them 💚 Dan, the store's owner, is informed and enthusiastic about the quality of his fish and their requirements ✅ I'm a regular customer since the customer service here is outstanding. One of the best fish shops around. Great selection of fish and incredible customer service, with the staff always willing to help out. Bought a galaxy pleco, as well as some silver dollars and a pair of electric blue acara’s. Would definitely recommend if you haven’t been here already.

I’ve never bought from here (not quite ready for the responsibility) but I’ve been in a fair few times with my boys who think it’s the best place ever. The fish all look really healthy, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and there’s an amazing array of creatures - from turtles, axolotl, piranhas, strange white frogs, fighter fish and more. I know that when the time is right and we’re ready to have fish, this is where I’ll go.

Visited lots of different fish/aquarium shops all over London & am really impressed. This 1 is the best for sure. Everyone is unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable & happy to answer any question you might have. All livestock is well cared for & healthy when you come to buy it. So pleased with my gorgeous high grade male betta. Huge amount of aquariums, plants (on bog wood/suction, see pic), food, accessories & anything you could need. 10/10. Ps: Will update pics once lights go on but look at his colours already!

!!!OMG!!! Low budget, high budget? Doesn’t matter, you will find what you are looking for in this heavenly place for fish lovers!!! There is no chance that you will not find what you are looking for there and no chance for you to be disappointed only by visiting. They literally got all kinds of fresh water fish that you can and cannot imagine!!!!! This place is very underrated and I am not really sure how come I didn’t hear about it earlier. What an amazing coincidence for passing by this amazing shop really!! Please look into the pictures and give the place a visit!! They are very professional and they really love helping people there. I spent over an hour inside, and YES, I was asking questions and taking advice for the whole time!!! THANK YOU FISH PLANET CREW!!!!

So excited to see a new Professional Aquatics store in North London. Huge range of high quality fish and water creatures for experienced fish keepers and beginners. Staff extremely friendly giving a great advises in terms of fish keeping, community tanks and overall animal welfare. I can’t sing Dans praises enough! I have been using Fish Planet London for all of my fish needs for over a year now. The fish are EXTREMELY healthy, amazing condition and cheaply priced. I’ve added a photo of my prized possession which Dan searched for, for me. I can’t recommend highly enough!

We got about 15 fish from them and they are all healthy. The staff was very present and didn't try to sell me random things instead they helped me fix my nitrate problem with only one good product . They are very busy so sometimes some fish are out of stock and there may be some waiting time but its all worth it. Saw some amazing puffer fish that is gonna be my next purchase next month when I get paid !! :)
