Male manager and female worker absolutely rude and highly unprofessional, ruined a group of people’s day. I'm extremely disappointed with our recent experience. We had booked the basketball court for a solid 2 hours last week, ensuring everything was set for our game. To our surprise, we received an email this morning informing us that our booking had been cancelled. This caused immense inconvenience as our team had travelled all the way from central London specifically for this. Upon arrival, we were further frustrated to find out that we could only play for an hour. But what truly soured our experience was the attitude of the workers. Instead of being understanding and accommodating, they were extremely rude and insisted we leave immediately. Such behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope no one else has to go through such an unpleasant experience. Racist manager and worker, problem with their end but we are the ones to take it.

Such a bad experience since they just kicked us out due to an unfair cancellation. We were asked to leave the court without any notification in advance. The manager had the worst manner I have ever seen and refused to talk to me.

Health and safety is a big issue in the soft play here. On Oct 23rd around 4:30pm four boys landed on my four year old daughter even though I was right next to her on the slide. The same group of four boys have been running around ruthlessly in the soft play area very fast the whole time and disrupting other people and no one said anything to them. My daughter went down the slide first then the other boys didn't wait for her to arrive at the end of the slide and all started sliding down and all landed on her at once. The mom of the four boys was just on the phone the whole time and not watching her kids all. This should not be allowed. Some parents are just not fulfilling their duties and someone working for the centre should supervise at all times. If my daughter was injured I would sue the centre and mother together.

Very disorganized! It was my first time and the reception didn't move a finger to give me the information about the swimming "class" I booked nor lead the way. I saw 3 "fights" in less than an hour. The changing rooms are smelly and really slippery (I understand that people are coming from the pool, but there are no drains or control about how people access the areas). There are no doors on the changing rooms, so I saw women going inside the male one to help out their sons (no privacy). A lot of kids unattended making a messy around and screaming. I also found a little girl on the toilet for disabled INSIDE the male changing room, where there was a naked guy taking a shower. You have to pay £1 to use the lockers, because there's no option to use your own padlock. The building is very nice and it has potential, so I believe they just need staff to be around taking care of the customers (who might get lost and end up using the wrong facility) as well as putting some boundaries towards rude and impolite costumers (because there are a lot). I won't come back to this unit even though is the closest one to my house.

Cannot recommend for badminton. Despite booking a time slot, the court is never set up at the beginning, forcing you to return upstairs to the reception to ask for it to be set up. So you lose 10 minutes of your booking easily. Staff is lazy and rude.

A WARNING for the ones who are thinking about starting a Membership before even visiting the Leisure Center ⚠️⚠️ . Pay a visit first, see it for yourself before signing up, because if for whatever reason you decide to cancel it, you WILL NOT receive the REFUND. Only visited once, place was crowded even when you book ahead your classes, the lockers can only be used if you have a pound coin on you. Very poor/BAD Customer Service experience.

Took my niece swimming here, the centre, area and people are lovely. I was impressed by the changing rooms, it has large multiple family change areas which brought a piece of mind when changing as I didn't have to separate from my niece as it was her first time swimming. The 3 pools are great from splash pool for toddlers or parents looking to splash their feet and get kids comfortable with water or the training pool which is a perfect height and temperature to teach children to swim. The main pool has a wonderful large area for non swimmers as well as 8 lanes to accommodate others with jump boards. Also great for families to use the stands and watched loved ones swim. My niece loved it and learnt to swim here so an experience this lovely leisure pool gave us ❤

£22 for nothing. Jacuzzi not working, pools not open, sauna keeps turning off. Amazing. Definitely not coming back.

I love coming here for my sports activities but the gym needs revamping as most of the equipment is torn and damaged, the water machine upstairs is leaking and attracting lots of flies, And the boxing gloves for boxfit need throwing in the bin, they smell so foul. For the monthly fee I pay, I would appreciate these things looking into.

Seem to be quite a lot of issues with keeping the facilities in working order. One of the squash courts has been out for ages, there has now been a leak in the sports hall which has ruined at least one badminton court (and the efforts to prevent it damaging others were so obviously weak I don't know why they thought that they would work) and the changing rooms are not always open. It's a pity because it's a nice-looking place. With a bit more effort it could be really good.

A great, huge leisure centre with everything: gym with classes, gigantic studios, full spa, swimming pools, basketball courts, squash courts, table tennis, badminton, three sets of showers and changing rooms each for men and women, cafe, friendly staff. My only complaints are that in the men's changing rooms there are regularly signs up saying that a female attendant is cleaning which wouldn't be acceptable if it were a male attendant in female changing rooms and shouldn't be acceptable to have women in the men's, and they also have video surveillance inside the men's changing rooms due to a high level of crime (theft) which is not well advertised to customers and in my opinion isn't the right solution.

I love this swimming pool, and my husband loves the gym. The staff are always wonderful and friendly, being very accommodating if there's a lost pass. In the shadow of Grenfell, with a direct view to the site from the gym, so very good motivation to get stronger to get even with the Tories!! That being said, there are some very touching tributes to the fire around, and it has become a community hub for those affected. I enjoy coming here, be it as a user or someone who has to wait for their husband in the small but nice cafe.

Pool review: I've been to the pool about 4 times and the only reason it loses a star is because on weekday nights too many people are in the lanes which makes for a frenetic shark-tank experience, and also the level of changing room cleanliness dropped recently. Usually it's been very good but a few Saturdays ago the showers in the women's changing rooms were looking a bit grotty and there were a few hair balls on the floor. The pool surround and pool water seems clean, however. It's a nice 30m pool with clocks at both ends.

Recently renovated leisure centre. You can play squash, basketball, netball, badminton and many more. It has 3 swimming pools which are great for training, school kids play and the smallest one with little fountains is perfect for toddlers and smaller kids to safely enjoy playing around with water. You can watch the kids playing through the glass by seating in the cafe.

Great community leisure centre. Fantastic swimming pool. Between 1pm and 3pm in the afternoon is a good time to swim, as there are no swimming classes at this time. Good gym facility, plus a sauna and steam room.

Brilliant neighbourhood spot right here. Whether you live in Kensington & Chelsea or not, you can access their modern facilities on a pay-as-you-go basis — including the gym, pool, courts and so on. A great overall option if you have small children.

Lovely place with friendly staff. A nice welcoming experience with a snack at the cozy cafeteria where you're met with a warm smile! It's great for doing some work on one's laptop or studying,, or having a nice chat among each other, enjoying a nice hot drink and a piece of cake!, while it's still quiet enough to relax and concentrate on one's own affairs :) There is a large kid-super-friendly area and plenty of tables to sit, making it ideal for families and their kids to enjoy a great time together! The centre is bustling with people, from all ages and walks of life! ;) And the restrooms are nice and clean. Thank you! :) The good feeling for the Community is strong here!

The music in the gym floor is HORRIBLE! Users leave weighs on machines and there’s no staff tidying up on the floor. The swimming pool bathrooms are filthy unless you come first thing in the morning. I’m giving it two stars because the pool and gym floor have a decent size + memberships are cheap, but I’m considering changing gyms

RUDE staff. After waiting almost 5 minutes for staff to finish talking about theirs weekend before being received. I tried to explain that I found some information on the website confusing. Receptionist response was very abrupt I was told to go back on the website and check. I mean why have anyone working at the welcome/reception desk if they are not willing to welcome and help potentially new customers. After some back and forth I gave up and asked to use the soft play for my 8 month baby, I was told I couldn’t use it because he wasn’t wearing socks but yet my friend attended 3 days ago with her 9 month old who wasn’t wearing socks.

Fabulous facility focused on the community — pools are modern, well run and above all clean. Cafe in the reception offers a pleasant break. Prices for Kensington residents. Managed by “Better” network. (Haven’t tried the gym or classes).

Hey hey heyyy......i have to share this news to everybody. I took my 8 year old daughter for swimming and there was a verbal fight in the ladies changing room. My daughter heard and saw grown up ladies fighting and swearing for the first time in her life....oh my...god what can i say.....so i just want to let swimming pool team to come and check whether everything is alright in ladies changing room....

It's ok, their memberships are good. However, their website isn't the easiest process they could improve. Swimming lessons for children are great and a variety of lessons, hense why i continue to visit as the swim instructors are amazing. The staff are friendly and always happy to help where they can. However, I do believe their require a refurbishment as the ceilings are damaged or showers. Also require a regular cleaner in the changing areas as it does need more of a clean as there has been urine smells from the cubicles.. The poolside, pool, and reception are kept very clean.

So many things to do here. Communication from centre can be poor (ie letting us know if a session is cancelled). In swimming section you're lucky to find a changing room, let alone a clean one! Its ok not as good the old kensington new pools centre
