    I completed PT sessions for 2 months with Christian. I feel that I have met my goal which was to learn a lot about weight training, especially exercises using the bar, so that I could perform these on my own at the gym safely. I feel much more confident to use weights and the bar on my own now, as well as a range of other exercises. During the sessions, Christian gave me really detailed feedback which has helped me to perform exercises with proper form and technique. I also feel a lot stronger now and I saw progress each week by increasing the weight that I lifted. I really recommend Christian and this gym!

    I’ve been going to the small group classes for a few months now and I would highly recommend them! The trainers are challenging but motivating and helpful in correcting form and can modify if you need it. Definitely worth mixing into your routine.

    I've walked passed this gym everyday for 2 years and im so happy I finally built up the courage to go in. Vik welcomed me with open arms and Invited me to join one of the many classes they offer. I was a bit nervous, as i'm not the fittest, but i also had nothing to lose. The class was led by ED, he was super patient with me, attentive to my needs and was very accomodating to my lack of experience. I've only been once, but can guarantee I will go back and hopefully get some friends and fam to join me. Its also got a great energy and the music is fire! Big thanks to the team at Duo, looking forward to the next time.

    Mikey is a fantastic PT. He is very knowledgeable about both fitness and nutrition. I learnt a lot from him about both. He struck a perfect balance between being friendly and chatty - and making me work hard! He gives very clear instructions and keeps a close eye on whether you are doing things correctly or not. I cannot recommend him more highly as a PT.

    I have been doing personal training with Mikey at Duo for over 2 months now. These training sessions have been fantastic: Mikey helped me recover/reinforce from a recurring ankle injury which allows me to practice other sports freely. Combined with gaining muscle and losing fat, complete package. Couldn't recommend a more professional, friendly and knowledgeable personal trainer! 10/10, 5 stars!

    Mikey 100/10! Last 3 months I have been doing personal training with Mikey at Duo gym. He is the most incredible trainer. The differences that I have noticed have been sensational. Not only am I in the best shape I’ve ever been in, but I am mentally too! These sessions at Duo are an absolute joy to attend and you leave feeling on Cloud 9. Fantastic Gym, fantastic trainers, and fantastic vibes. 10/10. Come here if you want to be the best possible version of yourself. Thanks so much to everyone at Duo :)

    I have been training here for now over two years and i couldn't be happier. Gerry looks after me 4 times a week and is now part of my daily life. this is the typical place you go if you truly want to train and not have a chit chat...well at least most of us abide! thank you duo and thank you gerry! long live the italian king...(me).

    I've been going to Tyreq for PT for a while and can't recommend him and Duo Chelsea enough. Tyreq listened to my specific fitness goals, adapts to accomodate any injuries and over all I feel like I've had a thorough, effective workout and can feel myself getting stronger. I also do the Strength classes during the week and have been going for years, best classes in London for strength training by a mile, and I've tried a lot!

    This place is great. The trainers are so inviting and are very encouraging. I am not a gym person but this place is different. It doesn’t pretend to be something it isn’t. It has all the necessary and efficient high quality equipment you need as opposed to very flashing and intimidating machines. They also give you exercises that are applicable to non-gym environments so you don't need to worry about paying for a gym membership in the long run. Gerry was my trainer and he is very personable and friendly and the sessions seem to fly by. He has also given me guidance regarding protein shakes and food choices.

    Duo is great! It’s a carefully considered workout space with incredible and experienced trainers. I love the small group PT classes - they are well thought out and the trainers are very attentive when it comes to format and form. I do personal training with Isobel and could not recommend her more highly.

    Mikey and Gerry have been training me for a while now. They are the best PTs I have ever had. They both kept me motivated with great results, whilst having fun. The studio at Duo Chelsa is a great atmosphere and I 100% recommend.

    My favourite gym by far! Classes are very well structured and ensure that everyone works at their own pace, trainers are very attentive and accommodating. I’m also doing PT with Gerry and I have to say that I’m looking forward to every session. So much fun and rapid transformation! They really know how to motivate you.

    Loved my Strength and Conditioning session with Edward. He corrected my form when needed and recommended exercises for the results I want to achieve. It was hard work but still fun!

    I have been training at Duo with Vick for the last 8 years. Vick is a fantastic trainer who makes you work hard to get the best results. The Gym is very clean and everyone in the gym is very professional.

    Excellent professional group PT sessions with both Christian and Isabel. Small groups of participants, very effective and safe full body workouts, careful H&S / sanitation policies. Isabel is welcoming, upbeat and attentive. She promptly gave me more accessible options for some exercises affecting the recovery of my lower back injury. Christian is constantly moving around us participants, checking out technique and alignment from all sides. Both Isabel and Christian demo the exercises properly abs accurately before start. Highly recommended!
