    Clinical Strength has truly been worthwhile. I appreciate that Tom takes the time to evaluate my goals and how to achieve them, whilst accounting for my needs. Every session consistently leaves me feeling very positive. Training with Clinical Strength has made a difference in my day to day health and fitness level. Always sufficiently challenged and motivated to do better with Tom. "You're stronger than you think you are." Clinical Strength will prove it to you!

    I saw Jamie for 5 sessions after I had a Lumbar Discectomy. I was told by my surgeon he was the best person to go to before I started working out again. Jamie is an excellent trainer/Coach. Highly professional and very thorough. He showed me how to work out again without the worry of injuring myself again. Really good experience all round.

    I was recommended Jamie by my spinal consultant and my Pilates teaching as a excellent PT who focuses on back issue. The key points I would highlight about Jamie are 1- fully understands that I was some what nervous about lifting weights with a bad back and has strong ability to identify when to stop with training or push on 2 He focused on some key strength exercises but ensures that my technique is excellent. I have had a few PTs and I would say Jamie is the most focused on performing the exercise correctly. In terms of results i have been working with Jamie for around 10months. 1- I am much physically stronger than I have ever been 2 -I have confidence to replicate Jamies exercises in the gym by myself 3- my back pain has reduced over the period Sent from my iPhone

    Of all the fitness advice and training I’ve ever been given, Jamie and Clinical Strength had the biggest impact on the quality of my life! Jamie has a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise that surpasses anything in the industry. He and his team are professionals, they are NOT fitness enthusiasts turned “personal trainers”.

    I was lucky enough to meet the owner of Clinical Strength Ltd in a professional capacity a number of years ago whilst I was working as a physio in London Central. Jamie and his team provide athlete level programming that fits well with an end stage rehab/sports specific approach to treatment. When sending my patients to Jamie after recovering from an injury, I knew did so with the knowledge that the patient would then be safe hands going forward towards their training goals.

    I cannot recommend Clinical Strength enough. I was lucky enough to come across the team through a recommendation, and training with Jamie and subsequently Laura has led to one of the biggest improvements to my well-being that I’ve seen in years. The whole team are exceptionally qualified, and Laura is careful to help me achieve my fitness goals whilst managing a bulging disc in my back. Laura provides a combination of in person sessions and routines I can do at home/ in the gym, ensuring she teaches me great form in person, before she leaves me to my own devices. They are one of a kind, and would recommend them to anyone who is either recovering from an injury or wants to achieve fitness goals!

    Jamie is an excellent trainer and coach who is committed to developing bespoke fitness plans to help his clients achieve their goals. He works tirelessly to expand his own knowledge of all aspects of the fitness industry and to stay informed of new techniques and research developments. He also has extensive experience in prenatal and postnatal training. Jamie is calm, friendly and always has a positive attitude to provide his clients with support and motivation throughout their training journeys.

    Jamie and his team are a cut above. Previous experience of PTs that quite literally try to break you, where as the team at Clinical Strength try and succeed in building you. Going far beyond the physicality of the gym they thought about my overall health and wellbeing to build and guide me along a journey that has vastly improved my quality of life (lower back pain), strength and athleticism in sports. Professionals in every sense of the word, I could not recommend them more highly. They're also lovely people!

    I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with Laura M. from Clinical Strength. I could not be more pleased with the very professional and focused training that she continues to provide. Her experience working with athletes is apparent, and she’s able to relay appropriate training techniques to working professionals like me. I’m back to running regularly and am picking up kilometres and speed each week since training with Laura. The personalised teaching, facilities, and equipment are all top notch. Definitely recommend to others

    I had been suffering from chronic issues for years that were limiting the range of my exercises. Oliver listened attentively and was quickly able to identify and help me gradually improve my fitness and strength, ultimately improving my day-to-day health immeasurably. I now have the tools and confidence to move forward on my own. I cannot recommend Clinical Strength enough. I felt in very safe and knowledgable hands the entire time. I'll be sure to return for another group of sessions. Oliver came to every session with positive vibes.. totally contagious and motivating after a long day of work.

    I have been training with Jamie for a little more than two years, I chose to start using a personal trainer after suffering a badly dislocated shoulder that lead to surgery following repeated relapses. Jamie’s patience and exceptional knowledge of sports rehab have allowed me to develop my confidence in the gym and, most importantly, has meant no further trouble with my shoulder. I am happier and healthier than ever and so couldn’t recommend his treatment plan and fitness programme any more highly.

    I am a physiotherapist and rely on a network of professionals to ensure my clients are treated as part of a team to ensure all their health care needs are met and all elements of their injury are addressed. I have been working with Jamie for many years and I trust him with my clients to ensure they achieve their goals. Jamie carries out a comprehensive assessment and implements a programme that works for that individual. He gives 100% to all his clients whether they want to lose weight, train for a competition or wants to fully recover from injury. I highly recommend Jamie to all my clients.

    Been training with Jamie for a few months now. I am a climber and have been stuck with a lower back issue for over 2 years. After multiple physio sessions and seeing multiple doctors, I was finally referred to Jamie and training with him finally meant that I could run again. He is super dedicated, very educated about the body, physical fitness and very diligent about training you. Highly recommend the man - sadly there can be only one of him.
