    I started 1 to 1 training with Francis at the end of March '22,doing 2/3 sessions per week. Having always had a PT in gym situations I decided to give BMF Battersea a go and can truly say my energy and body have got stronger and the well-being that comes from being out doors is second to none. Francis is probably the only trainer who follows up with exercises and tips on food etc.,when the session ends and checks up on how I'm doing, apart from my awesome Pilates PT, it's tough but Francis makes sure to mix it up and have fun too Give it a go.....BMF Battersea

    Absolutely loved my time at BMF Battersea. The classes are perfect if you want to challenge yourself, improve your strength and fitness and workout with a great team of people in the area. Francis is really encouraging and always keeps the class varied and dynamic. Having tried most gyms/workout groups in London I really can't recommend highly enough.

    Joined a year and a half ago, as I wanted to go for outdoor fitness classes. Instead of a gym after the covid lockdowns. I really enjoy the sessions, as Francis and all of the trainers really encourage you to go for it. It’s also a really good community. Started doing two sessions a week, and now go for four sessions. I’d definitely recommend it!

    I started BMF back in September 2020, when the weather was warmer and I loved the openness of training outside. I’ve now done outdoor fitness classes in the rain, the wind and even the snow and I still really love the sessions! The team is fab and I’ve made some great friends. As a shift worker it’s great having both morning and evening options and Francis is great at keeping me motivated to carry on! My fitness has improved so much since starting (I’ve completed my first 10KM run and now training for a half marathon) and I can’t recommend BMF enough to everyone.

    I discovered BMF Battersea Park 6 months ago and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to an indoor gym. I combine these sessions with swimming, and I find they complement each other perfectly. I love many aspects about them, but mainly; they are outdoors; very little equipment is needed and it is provided by the coach, so you just need to show up on time; there are 45 minutes morning and evening times to choose from; entertaining and varied aerobic & strength routines that push you to your limit; all levels of fitness within the group; very friendly atmosphere; a monthly social; and Franzis, our ninja main coach. I truly recommend BMF Battersea Park, it will have a positive impact on anyone’s physical and mental health.

    I’ve been training with Francis for about 6 months 1:1. I can train outdoors in the park, at a time that suits, and he brings any equipment/weights required . The approach is holistic with a good mix of cardio and wights and he has good advice on nutrition. It all comes together to make it easy to do and to get good results. Strongly recommend.

    I’ve been training with Francis from September through a mix of group classes and one-to-one lockdown sessions. Francis puts so much effort into making sure each session is challenging whilst also making sure it’s enjoyable. Joining BMF Battersea Park has encouraged me to get outdoors regardless of the weather and I’ve seen my strength and overall fitness improve. Now I’m probably the fittest I’ve ever been and it’s all thanks to Francis and the work he’s helped me put in to make sure I’m getting the most out of every session. I’m loving the sessions in the park and really look forward to them - I’d definitely recommend Francis and the BMF community to anyone.

    Absolutely love BMF. I've been training with May and believe it's one of the BEST HIT classes I've ever done. Francis is a fantastic teacher, the right mix of fun and seriousness! Looking forward to many more sessions in the future!!

    I joined BMF Battersea in October last year. The sessions throughout the COVID period were well thought out, with Francis keeping us motivated. The group sessions are great, Francis makes them fun but still makes sure you work hard! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to increase their strength/fitness and train with a great instructor and nice group of people.

    Hey Francis! Just wanted to say how much I missed the classes the last couple of weeks. It’s incredible how exercising changes one’s state of mind, today I realised just how much I love moving, exercising outdoors, being energetic and having a clear mind for the day ahead! Your classes are exactly what is needed, it’s great how no two days are the same and with your encouragement to push a bit harder, as you know, we have a bit more to give! Thanks again and looking forward to the next bootcamp class!

    Top clases in battersea! If you are looking to get fit, have fun and meet amazing people… then this class is for you! It makes me sweat and always finish feeling super energised! 100% recommended + the trainer (Francis) is top top top

    These outdoor fitness classes are a great all-over work out, and the fact that they take place in a beautiful park is an added plus! Teachers Francis, Martin and Dylan are demanding and keep you going with positive motivation to the end of the 45 minutes. It also helps improve memory and concentration! Highly recommend this class! I am 56 and probably one of the older participants in the group, but my level has definitely improved over time and I have increased my fitness level! Group comraderie is also very nice.

    Amazing all round experience! I signed up for BMF Battersea’s outdoor fitness classes and could not have had a better experience. Francis and Martin were great trainers- motivating and fun whilst also understanding my current fitness level. The classes were varied, ranging from outdoor hits to running workshops, perfect for anyone training towards a fitness goal or just wanting to get a burst of morning fresh air in beautiful battersea park. Finally, one of the biggest strengths of BMF Battersea is its sense of Community. It is such a friendly, social group - I would highly recommend to all ages and abilities!

    These outdoor fitness classes are really great and really focus on providing a full body workout that include circuit training, cardio, body weight and equipment-based exercises along with crossrun sessions. The mixture of sessions on offer also provides great variety throughout the week! Whether you are looking to get back into shape or really want to have an intense workout, the sessions are great for all levels! The trainers Francis and Martin are excellent at communicating and guiding you whilst also pushing you to find your own personal limits. I would highly recommend BMF at Battersea Park, not only is it a fantastic outdoor workout venue but the community is also a great bonus with there being is a good collective spirit when undertaking the group sessions. There is a bit of tough love involved from the trainers but it’s a really good way to build discipline and keep you motivated and focused. You finish the session pretty exhausted but always smiling and personally I’ve not felt this great physically in a good few years!

    They offer fun and tailored group workouts. The space is lovely, easy to access by bike or on foot and the trees allow us to shelter if the weather is not the best. The instructor has always been very close and approachable. He tailors the workouts according to your fitness level but he also encourages you to push your limits. He is mindful of your personal objectives. The workouts are fun and engaging. Time flies when you are there! Furthermore, I have also become part of their community and train with competitive and fun buddies.

    I took a 7 day trial with BMF Battersea park and loved every aspect of it; from the community which was uber welcoming to the energy of the trainers, the fact that it was outdoors in the beautiful battersea park and the range of class options in terms of variety and number of classes. You really get a feel for being in nature and in the wild plus a taste of what it must feel like to be a military cadet. The exercises are adjusted to your level regardless if you are a beginner or advanced trainee. Impossible to go back to a conventional gym now. Highly recommend!

    The most amazing experience in London for everyone that wants to do some exercise outdoors, out of the gym, I personally don’t like the gym so I do prefer to be at the park sou rounding by nature while sweating! The best way to start my day, early in the morning havingan intense training that I can fill recharged and I can handle my day. These fitness classes 💪🏻are so much fun so intense, amazing result, Fran made my day every day and I was feeling awesome.🙌🏻 Highly recommended

    I joined BMF as I wanted to to try outdoor fitness classes for the summer. Although I run quite often I am a beginner +++ in terms of strength / weight training. I am absolutely loving the classes, it’s a really friendly group of people and everyone is so focussed on their own workout that no one notices how uncoordinated I am. There’s a real variety of classes to choose from too. The setting is lovely and it’s great to get outdoors, especially in the morning. Francis is really friendly and patient too. I recommend this massively for anyone who intimidated by the gym and wants to get fitter / stronger with a friendly group of people. If you are doubting whether to give it a go, I would recommend doing a month trial. You won’t look back!

    I would highly recommend these outdoor fitness classes in Battersea Park! The fresh air and community are a highlight for me. The trainer, Francis, is very personable and motivating. And the BMF program and equipment is sure to keep the heart rate up. Class options are conveniently both before and after the work day too :)

    I started BMF with Francis because I wanted to do some outdoor fitness after sitting at a desk all day, and so that I could get fitter before some travelling. I started in the middle of January in the cold and snow, and soon realised that BMF is good at getting you mentally tough as well and physically! the sessions are brilliant and Francis knows how to push you to the limit and challenge your own perceptions about yourself. It’s a great way to work out your whole body and get generally fitter, and with a really encouraging group of people. Would highly recommend, thank you Francis!

    Outdoor fitness classes have been a blast. Joining up to classes with Francis Ezie at BMF has been one of the best decisions of 2022 for me. I’ve slowly and steadily regained my strength, confidence in my fitness ability and improved well-being. Francis has made sure to look out for everyone in the classes individually by pushing our limits but also being very patient and kind. Highly recommend!

    Learnt to enjoy outdoor fitness with BMF, no matter what the weather! Everyone is super lovely and supportive, both members and instructors. So fun and a great addition to my usual workout routine, highly recommend!

    I wanted to try outdoor fitness classes to mix up my gym routine and BMF was exactly the right challenge - I loved seeing incremental improvements in my ability to tackle the exercises and Francis is a great coach, really taking the time to get to know everyone in his classes

    I've been going to BMF in Battersea Park for a year and a half now and it's amazing. Really great outdoor fitness class, Francis the instructor has the best energy and the group of people that go to the class are super fun and friendly. I love that there's a mix of HIT and strength through the week. 10/10 would recommend!
