Visited the King's Road store to get glasses for my mum. We have been desperately looking for a good quality frame that also looked nice on her. We tried so many shops before trying Moscot. The service we received by Niruba and the team was exceptional. Thank you so much

I could not have been more delighted with the experience at Moscot, King’s Rd today. The atmosphere is obviously great, but it was Chris who made the purchasing of my new frames fabulous. He was charming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the ranges, the suitability of frames, and his customer care was excellent. Needless to say I left with a stunning new pair of Lemtosh frames ready for my optician to fit my prescription. Thank you for your time today...we will be back, and be recommending to friends & family!

I knew Moscot were good; what I did not know is how amazing their customer service can be! I needed some good quality reading glasses and my friend recommended Moscot (I saw their frames in the past as well). I went to their Kings Road shop and chose a set of Miltzen frames; I picked up the standard size but when they were ready and fitted with lenses the size looked a bit too big. I went back to see if I can exchange them for one size smaller and I received the most amazing service from Niruba who was patient and calm and made everything possible to solve the situation. It has been a while since I received this level of customer service; she kept me informed throughout. The glasses are excellent they look cool, feel light, I would definitely recommend them but what I would recommend even more is their Kings Road shop and Niruba who turned the whole experience into a very positive one!

Staff very helpful and kind. Everything for me was fine with Su being extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the process, the speed of the progressive lenses made earlier than the confirmed time frame. Very happy with the quality too.

We popped in with our dog, we were warmly greeted with an extremely knowledgable team. This was a pleasure as it was the first we had been introduced to this product, we were offered a spontaneous eye test with a fantastic optician.
