I went to Emirates stadium first. After then I went to the Stamford. Compare with this two, then the blue one is better. For me, the first time when I saw the shop, I couldn’t shut my mouth. It’s awesome and really great place to buy gift for your friends. I recommend here to you^_^

I ordered a New Era cap through the Megastore online. I paid the online delivery charges @ 5£. I had to return the cap because the Chelsea logo / emblem was upside down. I paid an additional return fee of 5.90£. Because of the distribution mistake I was charged delivery fees. This seems unfair. Today I went to the Chelsea Megastore. I felt I could not trust their online department…see above. The store was great. It was fully stocked with Chelsea gear. I selected and paid for some merchandise with the help of their customers service. A much better in person experience then the online service.

A very comfortable, modern, exclusive 2 floors store that sells official Chelsea FC merchandise items. It is located inside the Stamford Bridge stadium complex. You can find many quality goods here; jerseys, jackets, hats, dolls, key chain, etc. Tege staffs were very kond, polite, and professional. The payment service was quick. Good place for any Chelsea FC fans

Very cool store for the Chelsea fan. District tube was all messed up so it took forever to get there however when I did lots of selection for gifts for my dad. All sorts of times and a place in the back to personalize a jersey anyway you wish. The items will make my dads birthday special so worth the trip! Staff was very helpful.

visited the store when we came over from Ireland for the Chelsea v Fulham game on 3rd Feb, store is amazing has everything but only downfall was the fact they dont accept cash but only credit card which there is no mention of this anywhere, we only had cash & it was cash my autistic son got for his birthday & christmas and his first trip to stamford bridge so he was so excited, my son was highly dissapointed as we had well over £500 worth of merchandise we were going to buy, he also couldnt buy the photo he had had taken with the trophies at start of museum tour, after spending alot to bring him over just wish it was more memorable for him

Visited today for the first time in a while (wanted a specific item) . 5 members of staff asked if they sold the item , all clueless and just kept passing us onto another individual who had no idea. One person spoke very limited English which was not Ideal when dealing with a query. Very poor customer service and overall experience.

Worst service ever. Bought £170 worth of clothing 3 weeks ago, nothing. Chased them, rude customer service chat. Probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced. As a season ticket holder as well I'm embarrassed by the way they operate.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. Ordered a personalized kit as a birthday present, has not arrived TEN(10) days after estimated delivery date and no support through their chosen carrier or through the Chelsea FC Megastore website. Utterly disappointed considering the cost associated with this, terrible customer support and service. I would not recommend using this website.

Worst place to buy online products. I will suggest no one to buy products from them if you are living overseas. This is second time the issue happened with me. For no reason cancelled my order and charged me. Had to go through so much hassle to get the refund. Worst customer service you can ever expect. Never reply to emails. My advice is if you don't do international delivery please take it off from the website. Stop confusing people.

Absolute disgraceful customer service! Placed an order over three weeks ago, not a word from the company, so I decided to get in contact to see where my order was to then be told they don’t have the lettering for back of shirt, ok so when will this be in stock and why wasn’t this communicated to me when placing order. Sorry for the delay don’t know when it’s back in stock! So u don’t know when my order will be ready? No! Ok cancel my order and I’ll go else where! Get a partial refund only to get an email the very next day to day order dispatched! Why because I asked for a refund! No communication what so ever and no offer of compensation! Absolute disgrace don’t order from this place! Get your chelsea merch anywhere other than the chelsea store as they can’t even print a chelsea shirt

Wish I could give them 0 stars!! No customer service contact details at all. Ordered a shirt on the 21/07 and still not arrived. Evri/Hermes are just as useless. No contact number or information provided on the delivery just constant delays. Paid for next day delivery, been nearly 2 weeks!! Do not even think about buying from here or using any company that uses Evri.

Nice store and staff are very good but one particular manager is horrible. He is of no assistance, rude to customers and even ruder to his own staff. I regularly go to this store and regularly hear shouting from the manager. I have even seen female workers crying leaving the store. He seems like he is horrible to workers. Pretty sure his name is Robby. He needs to get the sack not a good look very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Do not order from if you live in US. Horrible customer service. Accidentally ordered wrong size. Tried to change size or cancel order immediately, but there was no way to do so, even though the order had not been shipped. Tried to use Chat, which was useless because 3 categories provided to chat about had no way to change order/size or cancel order. No 800 number available. Only option was email which I did. By the time I received response to my request to change the size in my order they said sorry already shipped, but just return it. Return mailing cost $23 and place to return not convenient. Total spent on mailing $33 (including mailing cost from original order).

Just for online shop. I places an order and after 2 month they send me an email, that the order was cancelled because the product it out of stock. But it wasn't. I can order it again, so I did. It should takes maximum 5 days to send me the product. But after 15 days nothing happend. I will learn to sew sooner and sew the kit myself before Chelsea Online Megastore send it to me.

Disgraceful service ordered the New football shirt with the New sponsors on it and its taking them almost 3 weeks to get it shipped out to me . When your paying out £ 136.95 + 4.95 for shipping you would think the mega store or whoever sends out the items would have a better way of getting the items out a lot quicker. Can you get through to anyone in the mega store no not a change. Its because supporters like me and everyone else will pay the money. For some family's who have to work hard just to get that sort of money together as they don't want thair children to miss out .so it's about time Chelsea recognise this And started working in a much better way. I visit the store after a tour and the store is huge with many discounts and styles for all ages and genders. My main complaint is how long checkout too. The girl took over 5 mins to ring in 2 items in and the best park about it is that she left the security tag on my shirt!!!! RIDICULOUS! I noticed after I left the store! Employees don’t care about their jobs and it shows by this mistake, the time it took, and right after the cashier checked me out she when to go gossip with another coworker. On a positive note their are many sales but prices can be high for some items.

Went into the store to get the name signage put on my sons football top. The store was very busy and there was over one hours wait to get the signage done. Sophia was the young lady who served us. She was so kind and polite and she had great customer service skills. To make my son happy we waited no more than 15 minutes. Well done Sophia keep up the good work. You are an asset to Chelsea Football ⚽.

Perfect for our little Chelsea fan! Lovely store. He loved seeing the kits from the different ages, the ball Wall and models were fab. He also was able to find a nice outfit at a reasonable price. M

A nice megastore for any Chelsea fans which sells shirts books pictures water bottles and all things to do with Chelsea. Very busy on a matchday with long queues to go inside.

the worst service ever. I ordered 200 plus GBP worth of an order for my birthday, back in November. It's almost been 2 months and I still did not receive my order. I left so many emails and tried calling the customer support but got no reply what so ever. they just don't care. please don't waste your money here.

This place has just about everything at Chelsea fan would want! Jerseys, t-shirts, hoodies, accessories, everything! Don't be scared by the long lines at checkout. They have a ton of people working and the line moves extremely fast.

My cashier Wednesday was extremely Pro.,nice and helpful in the Megastore. Our Group of Co. would be delighted to have this temp. employee.

Long travel to have the experience to buy the home jersey shirt there and put all the badges, and no have it?! It's a bad joke!! It's supposed to have the home jersey shirt... They must have it, rubbish and really sad. Also the personal at the store were not friendly!

Not much they don't have! From pseudo Lego kits of the stadium to legacy kits. Two floors, spacious and well stocked with all things Chelsea. Staff helpful. Somethings very expensive others items very reasonable.
