We love Gambado, there's no other place like it. Great fun for us and our two year old crawling around and going on the rides. It's just a good place to have in the community However it's really poorly maintained right now and I would ask the owner if they could do something about this - dust all over the place on top of the soft play area, which would take someone a couple hours with a hoover to just sort out. Then various broken things and duct tape peeling.. And lots of lights don't seem to work anymore so it's pretty dark (ball pit area as example.) attaching pics and asking management to please invest a little more attention in the place - even if you have to raise the prices 10-20%, please don't let this place deteriorate further as we really like it.

Shocking experience! This place is literally falling apart, sensory spots don’t work, thunder stimulation tunnel doesn’t work, it’s dark-no lights in ball pit areas therefore barely can see anything…. We paid £37 for 4 of us for this torn down place! Gambado, you should feel ashamed for asking for this ridiculously expensive entry fee for what you provide in Chelsea! We used to visit this place regularly with our daughter when we had our Gambado family membership years ago… Today we decided to take our daughter back to recall our nice memories and show our little one the centre. Although our 8 years old and our 2 years old enjoyed the session we felt robbed after paying the expensive entry tickets due to the outrageous state of the centre! We used to love this place but you just lost a loyal, regular customer-family.

My three year old loves this place. There is one large soft play climbing area with a few slides. This would suit children around three and above. But if you're child is smaller or less confident, there is a smaller area for children under three. There is a large carrousel which is free to use. There are also some bumper cars to use, there are two sizes of car, large car that allows you to sit with your child, or a smaller car that your child can drive on there own. The bumper cars are also free. The kitchen sells the usual fast foods and hot drinks prices are a little high. The only alternative milk they have is soya milk. It would be nice if they had oat or almond milk as these are healthy than soya. Socks are sold at the front tills if you need them, they sold have rubber grips, so if you need anti-slip you will need to bring them with you. The place is quite clean this includes the toilets. They offer birthday parties but they are held at the back of the public seating area, so no private rooms which is a shame. There are a number of lockers The parking on the street is limited, but the car park down the side of Tesco express is free on a weekend if you get Gambado to validate it. I hope this help when making your choice.

Really have fun here. Big and Lots of things to play for adult and kid. The staffs are friendly but the food is really slow. Good price with the £8 play and eat promotion otherwise a bit pricey.

So many activities for kids of all ages. The place is big. Facilities are really family friendly and staff is helpful. It’s a great plan if you’re looking for indoor entertainment. I’ll be going back for sure.

My son loves going there for his play day since he was a baby and he's five now so we enjoy going back every half term. The also have a restaurant for snacks, lunch and all sorts of drinks. Just wish they could offer discounts for families more often.

I have mixed feelings about this place. 1st thing would be: All of the staff - apart from one of them - were really lovely. Just a very off putting experience on our first occasion here. My son’s decided to go on the carousel… the first time on, the staff member there was nice and the second girl who took over from her was really rude but the third girl on when we returned again was really lovely. I don’t know maybe the one with the attitude has special needs? So I don’t want to assume too much, as surely it’s not normal to behave that way towards someone unprovoked, without them having some sort of neurological disability or anger issues? Anyway, I had asked her politely if they were allowed to ride again (as they had just been going round on the carousel whilst this girl switched places with the first staff member) my youngest wanted to stay on the ride once it stopped and this was our first time here at your play centre so I asked just to be sure after she shouted ‘EXIT HERE’ so I assumed they had to get off/maybe only ride once - hence why I asked to double check. I received a constipated eye roll with a really rude semi-nod… maybe she can’t speak - I don’t know… but the aggressive gate slam was so uncalled for, especially when it’s suppose to be a fun place for children… not a place for someone to bring their problems into work. The other two staff members we met at the carousel (aside from the grumpy one) were really nice/professional, especially one of them who was smiling at my children and made the environment/experience feel positive and nice, I don’t know her name sadly but you need to give her a pay rise. But for the rude one, I know people have bad days, but If you don’t want to work with children or can’t control your emotions - then just don’t. It’s so unprofessional to have staff members taking their personal problems out on customers 2nd thing: I feel like you need more staff to support the staff you already have so they’re not so overworked, I noticed they were all hopping on to cover other people’s areas, which made it seem very chaotic/they looked overworked. The place didn’t look majorly bad overall hygiene wise, but like some areas weren’t very clean at all. Especially in the ball pits where my son found a £1 coin and almost went to swallow it, which was really concerning. I was there supervising luckily, but even with supervision things can go wrong quite quickly. I did love the design/layout of the soft play though. However, regardless of the negative parts we did have a decent time. My eldest loved the soft play section + the bumper cars. My littlest enjoyed the slides. The staff who were nice also made the experience enjoyable for my children. So I’d say overall a rating of 3 out of 5 is what I’d give for this place (would have been a 4.5 if it weren’t for the grumpy one😂)

Great facilities to keep the kids entertained but the main thing that makes this place is the staff. Everyone I encountered seemed genuinely kind and helpful. A great experience. There are different areas for different ages, a mini merry-go-round and a cafe for the grown ups. We were there for a birthday party and they seemed to have everything really well organised.

Lovely soft play! Lots to do from babies to school children. Mini bumper cars and a carousel. Not very busy in the mornings during the week. Play and eat during term time is great value at £12. Check timings to order food. They close kitchen between sessions.

Amazing! Such a great place for children to have fun and explore the maze of soft squishy obstacles and different platforms. With loads of interesting attractions, like a big wide blockade that turns like a revolving door to let you past onto a plastic floor showing you everything below your level. And then a darkened room full of big balls that you can jump on, next to a ball pool, and later some monkey bars and more things to climb on and through. Can spend hours exploring, having fun and adults can join in too.

Been here a few times now, minus the parking and restricted roads where I’ve ended up with a fine in the post it’s a really good soft play to take the kids to. The bumper cars being included in the price is a bonus, the guy who worked on the bumper cars today was very friendly and blew balloon models for all the kids which was really kind. Toilets are clean and well kept as well and the staff are all friendly.

On Wednesday we make a birthday party in Gambado for my son. I made for him couple birthdays party's before in different places and this was definitely the best one. The gentlemen who was host our party ( Nicolas) was a star, really really helpful whatever I was ask he get ready in one second, his big smile make our day he make kids so happy by preparing for them balloons animals, that was amazing our gest feel so welcome, all staff was so smiled and friendly and really really helpful. My son said was the best party in his life and ask me if next year we could do it birthday party in the same place. What else would you ask for. Recommend for everyone who wants to make the kids birthday party so special. Thank you one more time guys

The kids absolutely love this place. It seems the price is reasonable. I think they can improve with cleaning the play area. You are not allowed to wear shoes but by the time you finish you are so dirty all over. Staff are good.

Great fun! Spacious child play area suitable for babies and older children. Food on site is ok also. Great for a rainy day, play date and birthday parties! Will be back.

Fantastic experience. Would let all my friends know how much of a must it is for the parents living in London to take their children there. You simply deserve this rating. All ticked to maximum starting from location to facilities and the positivity of the place.

Visited this weekend with my child as was not expecting bad weather and did not want to be stuck at home. The staff members were great, especially at cafe when I explained my child had a food allergy they were more than willing to help. The prices may seem hefty but the inclusion of the dodgems and the carousel makes it worth it. The only downside is it was very busy but I assume this is to be expected. If I had managed to get there earlier I may have been at the front of the queue. Which would have eliminated the issue. Unfortunately did not manage to catch names but the girl who let me in at reception deserves a mention as entry looked like pure chaos

I went there today, and the host Ani did an amazing job. Getting all the kids engaged, having the tiger. It made them all happy. especially with the drinks and food being served and the cake cutting. It was easy and all the parents and kids had a good time.

My son had the best 3rd birthday ever yesterday! Particularly thank you to Nia & Latarnia, who were the kids party hosts, they were so so lovely and kept them fully entertained! A very big thank you to Sasha and Maisie who decorated our party area so beautifully. And I also want to thank Jayden and Esther who dealt with all the demanding kids so well at the rides! I am just so thankful to you all for making my babies day so amazing!!

I've been bringing my son here for 2 years now, who has autism, not just for SEN sessions but the play and eat sessions too. We go almost every week that most of the staff know us well by now. My son absolutely loves it here and the staff are so understanding of him and are so incredibly kind - every single one of them, its just something I don't take for granted or forget. I did go to another place in Brentford similar to Gambado but the staff were just not as friendly. I highly recommend Gambado, your kids will love it here.

The big frame is large enough to entertain, 4 was very keen to figure out how to get to all the obscure corners and 2 didn't struggle to get around it. The slides proved very popular. The carousel and dodgems allowed the kids to take a break from clambering around for a bit - I think they helped keen them interested for significantly longer than the big frame alone would have. As a parent of children who seem to only eat beige food, the food was great - fish fingers etc is about the only stuff they'll eat and the prices were pretty reasonable.

The best experience iiiii as an adult I’ve had in a soft play house as well as my daughters. Staff were ever so polite and really welcoming. Soooo friendly with the kids and went above and beyond to meet our needs! Esp with balloon making! Thank you too latarnia, jayda, Sasha and shahrukh who were on shift, my daughters felt so comfortable talking to them which is major for me to witness :) God bless you all x

Large indoor play area with dodgem cars and a carousel. The actual playground is spacious enough although its quite dark inside. The food was okay but we bought the £12 eat and play so can't complain. Plenty of seating available and toilets were clean.

My 15 months year old niece enjoyed the under 3 section. It's a bargain for the £8 deal, where your kid & an adult can enter & they will also provide a meal for your child. I'm sure we will return here again, especially when she can enjoy the over 3 section where they have a bigger, wondeful play area.
