Stinking dark flooded zombie den. Full of garbage. Had to crawl over piles of muck under low hung aircon ducts to get to my car. Could barely breathe with the stench. Couldn't find a pedestrian exit so had to risk my neck walking up the narrow spiral driveway. A scene from from a horror B movie. (Maybe worth a visit for this purpose?)

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. Tight spaces, with no space either side to even get out of your car - I would not go back. Returned to my car to find two dents in the side of my car due the spaces being way to tight and drivers who can't park. I would not recommend this car park to an enemy let alone a friend.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK daylight robbery for somewhere that is not safe, not secure, stinks of piss…what more do I need to say. Women should avoid at all costs. The company who own this should be ashamed of themselves. I regret sharing any of my personal details with them.

Hideous car park. Ridiculously tight spaces and hard to manoeuvre due to supports everywhere. Rubbish everywhere and broken glass from what looks like a car break in - surely someone can spend a few hours tidying it up. Confusing signs - some saying JustPark but also signs scrawled on the wall as private. Worst of all, I found no way of actually booking it one the app as it did not show as a location. Avoid at all costs. Staggering!

Disgusting parking space/ garage. Not secure. Car park over subscribed - no way of parking with out blocking in others. Homeless guys are using this garage and evidence of drug use, stolen luggage being riffled through, smelt foul. I was a women on my own with young child.

Parked here, with my 17 year old daughter on a Saturday evening, on our way to the Albert Hall. The 20 minute walk to and from Kensington was very pleasant. The car park is situated in a nice area, at the end of Sydney street. However, on the down side, the car park does not feel safe. It smells of rotting flesh and looks creepy. A rolled up old carpet with shoes under it looked unsettlingly like a dead body. Returning to the car park late at night was intimidating and a single woman could fear for her life. Just Park need to install a more secure system and provide a pleasant environment where members of the public feel secure and unafraid. The fact that they have failed to do so, despite several concerning comments about the car park, is an absolute disgrace. This company is taking money from customers and doing nothing to ensure their safety. Shame on them.

Won't recomend !! Wanted to park range rover there. First almoust stuck on the way down to the parking. Front bumper touch the pipes in the front on the wall rear driver side wheel touch cerb. As it's turning right tunnel while driving down to underground parking. Get there and was no space to park no info its full or no. Get back was event more difficult as you can't see who is infront coming. Just avoid!

Very convenient and reasonably priced but quite dirty and messy. Unsecured and felt unsafe picking up the car after dark.

Β£13 to park for 2 hours in the most disgusting dump of a garage I've ever seen - stank of urine, old mattresses and huge piles of rubbish all over the ground. Not secure and clearly used as a homeless doss hole. I wouldn't park here again unless I had no choice and certainly wouldn't leave a car here overnight.

I would Not advise parking here. I had the car broken into after been there for the day, While its cheap parking it cost Β£600 to replace the side window,

The entrance to the lower ramp is very tight and has a sharp metal strip running vertically up the wall on the left side. This metal strip scraped the front of my car (passenger side) as I drove though. I am now left with damages, should have just got an uber

No issues, booked with justpark, price was reasonable. We have a large car and it was probably the tightest car park we've been in and we've been in some tight spots! Fine once in though!

I picked this place based on price and locality. My first impressions weren't great. As it was a bit dirty and unwelcoming. The ramp to drive down is quite tight. The parking spaces are a little awkward to park in if you have a large vehicle or one with a poor turning circle. The place smelled like a toilet. I asked another person that was parking their car at the same time whether it was safe there and his answer was "no"! He said don't use the stairs as there are needles etc from drug users. He said use the ramp. I left my car there from 7.30am to 6.15pm and I must say apart from the smell etc I didn't have any problems, my car was OK so any worries i had were in truth (on this occasion) unfounded. The ramp in exiting is a bit awkward as i had to make sure i didn't hit the wall while slipping my clutch but also keeping up the momentum to get to the top. I would use this car park again if i couldn't find a better alternative. I don't know if there is any cctv as i didn't look for any cameras. I gave it 4 stars as impressions weren't good but I didn't actually have any problems.

Paid Β£19 for a reservation from 10am to 4pm. All the parking slots were completely full. Cannot guarantee that there will a space for you, regardless of whether you reserve or not. Is it possible to get a refund.

this car park is now closed. There is another one opposite but very small. The best one we found was at Edith Grove. About 10 min walk but very safe and secure. Β£34 for 34 hours or 3.90 and hour. Worth every penny.

Spaces are a little tight as is the access ramp but good value considering the area. Good instructions. Suited my purpose on the day.

The car is at convenient location, but is not locked and anyone can freely enter inside. There are traces of people sleeping there and the smell urine is very strong.

The parking location is good for chelsea area and if you are a fan of walking its 20 minutes walking distance to V&A or knightsbridge. If you make a booking for midday is more likely you cant find a slot in there, although your booking is confirmed. There are limited slots and its in the basement area.
