Upon arrival, the parking attendant said that despite me paying in advance and arriving at the specified time, there were no spaces available and we'd have to leave. I referenced my ParkBee booking and he didn't acknowledge it, giving me the impression that ParkBee have no proper association with this car park, although they're happy to take your booking money. I was with my family of 5 and we had no other options, so I continued to argue and plea until someone else came over and said they'd just found a space. Not an enjoyable customer experience.

I have seldom encountered two more surly and grumpy 'valets'. Extremely unhelpful and clearly not informed about how booking with ParkBee is supposed to work. Took over 10 mins to drop car off, making us late for our appointment. The person we dealt with kept asking for a receipt showing how much we had paid - but with RingGo you do not get a receipt until the *end* of the period. When we arrived at the end of the period they had managed to block our car in behind 5 others, which they were clearly unhappy to move. And the way they moved the other cars (high revs, aggressive acceleration) made me certain I will not be leaving my car in their care again.

ParkBee is a useful and very efficient application. Unfortunately this particular location is truly despicable and should be removed from the ParkBee portfolio. No parking spaces were available despite my pre-booking. The entire car park was packed with long term parked cars. The attendant was a disgrace. Angry, aggressive, obfuscating and downright rude. Dont park here - go with NCP nearby.

Please don’t park here. We booked in advance and once we arrived at the car park we was immediately told to leave our vehicle and hand our keys over. We wasn’t happy with this as had many valuables in the car. We also asked to see insurance documents to prove they would be insured to drive our car but they just basically told us to leave the car park. Rude members of staff and wouldn’t recommend using them. They was a women also unhappy collecting here car as she had come back to a scratch along the side of her car.

Make sure you don’t pay when you arrive, if you book through RingGo it’s significantly cheaper, about half the price. The valet service is pretty useful especially as quite a tight car park and makes more sense for them to park them. The service was pretty good, once I understood the system of where to go and who to talk to. Would use again, pretty standard pricing for that area of Chelsea, as in expensive, but to be expected.

Obviously everyone has their own experiences but I can only be honest and say that my experience was absolutely fine. I ended up being parked in there for two weeks whilst my daughter was in the Royal Brompton Hospital. The guy in the kiosk was very helpful and understood that I didn't know when I would be needing my car. As it happened I needed it urgently one morning one week into the stay so I called the office and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. I brought the car back later that day and stayed another week, again calling to let them know I was on my way to them around 19:00 hrs and again my car was waiting for me. The guy also did me a deal on the basis that he knew I'd be in there for two weeks. I subsequently have nothing to complain about and will definitely use the place again when my daughter has to go back into RBH.

Really nice Attendant, made the whole experience very easy. You'd want to be sure of your vehicle height if you were very high, but otherwise most cars/SUV's will probably be ok. If you need to visit the area, what a nice place to rest your wheels 🛞...

Very confusing set up on arrival at car park. You had over your keys for them to park vehicle. When I collected vehicle I hadn’t noticed until after I left. Back of keyless car fob was missing and master key not there either. Tried ringing back several times but no answer!

At first glance this underground car park behind a petrol station looks perfectly ordinary, but...the cars parked here are anything but ordinary! Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls Royce, Porsche,...if you can think of the most exotic car it's probably parked here! When I rolled up to park in my pre-booked slot and saw the other vehicles parked inside, handed my keys to the friendly attendant and watched as he drove it back up the ramp and disappeared round the corner of the building, Ferris Bueller's Day Off sprung to mind...but when I found he had just parked it on the street I realised my old Ford Galaxy didn't really fit in with the others!! At the end of the day the car was still there however, and despite having the keys virtually thrown with disdain in my direction, I would recommend this place as a safe, reasonably priced place to leave your car for the day.
