Cookies are pretty yummy when microwaved, but a complete overhype to be honest. Getting a box and within a day they start to get pretty dried up and crumbly. Especially for the price, iv had a lot better. Some vegan options would be dope.

Ben’s Cookies are an international chain of shops that sell chunky cookies fresh out of the oven. As I passed their small South Kensington branch, the smell of the cookies enticed me to a join their queue. Fortunately, it moved rather swiftly and I had arrived just in time for a freshly baked batch. I bought the Praline and Milk Chocolate. As I bit into the Cookie, it had sweet creamy big chunks of milk chocolate; just as their motto suggests “chunks” and not chips. The centre was slightly doughy. It was as close as one could get to a raw cookie dough without it actually being under baked yet still maintaining it’s necessary thin outer crunchy layer. Ben’s have a large selection of cookies to choose from with flavours including chocolate, fruit, peanut butter, coconut and more. They also sell teas, coffees, hot chocolate, cold drinks as well as milkshakes and icecreams. Different sized boxes are also available to purchase. If you buy Ben’s Box of 7 cookies you get 2 extra for free and if you buy the Large Box of 10 cookies you get an extra 5 for free. The cookies are packed in striking red tins with British artist Quentin Blake’s illustration on them. On seeing this, I decided to buy a box of 7. You can’t possibly come here and buy just 1 cookie. That would just be sinful! Prices of individual cookies are between £1.60-1.90. They aern’t cheap but they are of a good size. It’s best to get here when the cookies have come straight out of the oven so you want to aim for peak time or choose one of the busier branches to come to. I don’t think you will find cookies as good as these in many places in the world. An absolute ecstasy for the cookie enthusiast.

Ridiculously good cookies, best enjoyed when fresh out the shop as they are gooey. Went there multiple times.

THE BEST COOKIES WE HAVE EVER HAD - YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU DO NOT BUY. We adored the chocolate macadamia and the oat and raisin - highly recommend.

A good selection of very tasty cookies, fresh and even still a bit warm when we bought them.

Vegan cookies are not good. Looks like they use cheap margarine, other cookies are ok

Absolutely awful experience, customer service so hard to get hold of and when did he was absolutely rude and not helpful, ordered online, they delivered someone else's order on wrong day with wrong name, wrong messages. Spoilt the whole gift and didn't take responsibility. Didn't replace my order, or compensate me. Always used them never again.

I can certainly see their effort behind the cookies, many flavors to choose from. But the main problem is way too much sugar, that I can barely finish half of a cookie, just like putting a chunk of sugar into my mouth. 80% less sugar would be a more delicious taste.

A strange addiction but I love them. Bens cookies have various stores around London but this one is located in a nice busy area. One thing I’d say is that they’re consistent across the board, perfect every time. The best flavours in my opinion are Milk Chocolate Chunk, Milk Chocolate & Praline or White Chocolate & Macadamia. They also serve cold drinks such a Coke, San Pellegrino & water.

Good cookies, lots of different flavours. They do have a lot of sugar! We love the white chocolate chunk ones.

Lovely flavours to chose from - there's vegan options too. My top three are white choc and cranberry, white chocolate and macadamia and triple chocolate. The milk chocolate is also a go to classic.
