This Gucci is the revamped flagship on the very famous and impressive Sloane street, the Knightsbridge end. Multiple levels of impeccable Décor with the full Gucci range, staff here are very helpful and Sergio the manager is one of the friendliest, most accommodating men I have had the pleasure to meet, plus he dresses extremely sharp! This is the better of the Gucci stores in london that I’ve had the pleasure to work with.

Went in to buy a bracelet. Store was very quiet but no one even bothered to chat me up, staff members just hanging around. I felt like they were avoiding me. A guy who finally got to serve me wasn’t engaged at all. I don’t know who does hiring at Gucci but clearly has no idea about art of selling. I work in retail myself and could teach those youngsters a thing or two.

A big shout out to Deeann Agyeman- Appiah ! Her customer service was so warm and lively. She helped me pick some nice sandals for my mums birthdays gift. She was really patient and helpful. I just want to say thank you immensely Deeann! Carry on shining !!! Wishing you the best in everything you do. Every store needs a Deeann.

By far such an unpleasant experience, I came yesterday to collect my online order, I know normally there’s a system in store to be assistant by one of the advisors when they’re available. When I came in the front door THE SECURITY “ was locking the door, and I was right in front of him, but of course outside of the store and I tried to get his attention for many times and he just refused look at me, so another cliente came to the front door and gentility THE SECURITY opened the door and spoke with that cliente, telling him that once one of the advisors become available he was gonna let him in, and he still was ignoring me. Anyway, I called the store told the person on the phone that I was outside trying to collect my order and the security was simply ignoring me. But the people on the phone also was unhelpful, they was telling me that I could come to collect my order another day ( how come? ) I explained that I was there outside waiting I spend more than 20 minutes trying to park my car. But the security left leaving another security at the door and then I was able to speak with the other one and get access to the store and collect my order, but it was so stressful… My main Gucci is always at BondStreet and I regret so much to have choose Sloane Square, I have always been treated nicely at Bond Street, but Sloane Square? I’ll refuse that store as much as I can and I’ll go back the only in the last case .

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ethan primarily over the phone and I could not rate his service and level of knowledge and professionalism higher. I have had previous dealings with Ethan in The Gucci Dublin store and he always went over and above. Nothing has ever been too much for him and he was a pleasure to deal with. I am delighted with my new Gucci purchase that Ethan kindly made happen after many attempts on my part (difficult item to get). Will definitely use Ethan again with regards to further Gucci purchases. Gucci are very lucky to have someone of this calibre representing the brand. 5/5

How can such a high class luxury store doesn’t have a POS machine? I tried shopping there but they had to do it online but that eventually blocked my card. The staff are professional though.

The Knightsbridge branch is pure class (as you would expect from Gucci). The sales assistant Nina was brilliant. Was a pleasure to shop there.

Extremely helpful stuff who aided me in finding a specific, hard to find ring I was after... lovely store interior and a great atmosphere. This place is worth a visit if around the Knightsbridge area!

We got great personal service with Gucci.I wanted a particular scaff that had a sentimental value to me. The staff at Gucci got in contact with the manger in Italy and she got in contact with my partner and managed to get my desired scaff. I can't thank Gucci at Slone Street enough for all the help they went above and beyond and I am more thankful for the lady in Italy for getting my scaff.

Incredible experience at this Gucci store for a surprise birthday gift. Sandra was brilliant at talking me through what my husband had chosen and how unique and special it was. I am so in love with my Diana bag, and so appreciative of the service we received in-store. Truly made my birthday.

The security guard didn’t let me in even though there were a few customers inside and it was open. So rude idk if they discriminating against me because of what I’m wearing.

Exceptional customer service. Really warm welcome and so nice staff that truly care about you and don't ignore. Customer service exceeded all my expectations in this store and way better than in some other places. The store is beautifully laid out.
