hate
posting
negative
reviews,
but
when
customer
service
is
non
existent
I
think
I
owe
it
to
fellow
guests
to
book
with
caution.
I
booked
this
hotel
because
of
its
2pm
check
in
as
written
on
Agoda’s
description.
I
arrived
at
1.45pm
on
Saturday
afternoon
after
24hours
of
flying.
But
wa
stole
check
in
wasn’t
until
3pm.
I
explained
I
booked
this
hotel
because
of
the
2pm
check
in
as
described
and
written
in
my
booking.
The
hotel
reception
staff
ignored
me
and
said
this
isn’t
their
policy.
I
told
them
I
understood
but
my
booking
was
based
on
this
early
checkin
time.
They
told
me
to
come
back
in
an
hour.
I
walked
the
streets
of
London
for
over
an
hour
and
even
when
I
came
back
at
3pm
the
hotel
room
still
wasn’t
available!
After
more
waiting
I
finally
got
given
a
room.
No
one
took
me
to
my
room
and
I
was
just
thrusted
a
key
card
and
not
even
told
which
floor
to
go
to.
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
who
came
to
my
room
on
Sunday
evening.
He
apologised
and
I
asked
him
to
respond
to
my
email
complaint
so
I
could
notify
Agoda
and
American
Express.
He
assured
me
he
would.
It
is
4
days
since
I
checked
in
and
still
no
response
or
apology.
I
need
a
formal
response
so
that
I
can
get
a
refund
through
Agoda
and
American
Express
as
part
of
their
payment
protection
under
the
consumer
protection
act.
After
serval
more
emails
I
still
haven’t
received
a
response.
I
expected
so
much
better
from
a
Hilton
Hotel.
The
staff
seem
incompetent
and
overworked
and
under
a
lot
of
stress,
which
is
such
a
shame.
The
atmosphere
in
the
hotel
reception
is
frantic,
erratic
and
no
one
takes
responsibility.
Such
a
shame
given
its
location
and
price
point.
Be
careful
when
booking
this
hotel
—
if
there’s
a
problem
you
will
be
ignored!
