A
gem
in
the
heart
of
Raynes
Park.
When
it
opened
up,
I
was
intrigued
to
go
find
out
what
it
was
all
about
because
it
had
Boxing
written
in
front,
in
the
window
in
big
red
letters!
I
used
to
do
boxing
fitness
a
while
ago,
but
it
was
too
far
to
go
every
day,
so
I
was
ecstatic
to
find
out
that
Alborz
did
the
same
and
I
lived
just
around
the
corner
so
it
was
perfect
for
me.
After
a
month
of
going
on
and
off,
I
switched
to
a
flexible,
monthly
membership,
and
I
began
going
more
often
per
week
and
It
just
became
a
habit
for
me.
I
made
a
commitment
to
myself
to
get
healthier,
strengthen
my
body,
and
tone
up.
The
combination
of
boxing
fitness
and
strength
training
gave
me
what
I
was
looking
for,
and
after
a
couple
of
months
of
this
consistency,
I
have
seen
a
major
difference
to
my
body
and
my
life
in
general.
Siyamek,
the
owner
and
head
trainer,
is
very
experienced
and
friendly.
He
is
one
of
a
kind,
and
he
not
only
pushes
to
bring
the
best
out
of
you,
but
he
motivates
you
to
give
it
your
all.
Generally,
though,
all
trainers
are
professional
and
experienced.
Their
schedule
is
tailored
to
their
clientele,
and
thus,
you
find
your
time
slots
that
are
convenient
for
you.
I
usually
go
to
the
lunch
time
slots,
but
there
are
also
morning
and
afternoon
slots
for
those
who
work
and
can't
come
during
the
day.
All
in
all,
it's
a
great
niche
gym
that
executes
well
for
what
they
do.
They
give
you
the
results
that
you
seek
but
only
for
what
you
put
in
it.
If
you
want
to
change
your
life
for
the
better,
come
here.
It's
also
great
value
for
money.
Can't
beat
that!
