    Sean is a great personal trainer, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. He understood my goals straight away and came up with the best approach, now I actually enjoy working out. He pushes me to do more each session but makes it fun which makes each workout go so much quicker it’s great. I’ve trained with Sean for only 4 weeks so far but already feel better and stronger and I’m excited to continue. Highly recommended 😊

    Sean is a fantastic personal trainer. He has really taken on board my goals and tailor made a training plan for me. He is enthusiastic, encouraging and motivating, but most of all has made exercising fun. I noticed a difference in my overall fitness after just a few weeks. And, I love the Muay Thai boxing! I couldn't recommend Sean highly enough.

    I have been having personal training sessions with Sean for 2 months now and its been incredible working with him. My goal has been to tone up and even without the gyms being open, we have still managed to reach my goal. I highly recommend Sean if you want an expert personal l trainer who makes the sessions enjoyable each time.

    I would definitely recommend training with Sean. He puts you at ease immediately and builds sessions with plenty of variety so you never get bored and there's always a new challenge! The sessions definitely push me but are always really good fun, the hour just seems to disappear! Sean is really supportive and always positive, giving me tips on changing up my nutrition to support and reach my goals and keeping me motivated. He's helped me focus on what I want to achieve and I feel much more in control of my health and fitness generally, looking forward to more sessions and more progress in 2021!

    I’ve been doing personal training with Sean for a few months now and it’s been brilliant. Sean is friendly, approachable and very knowledgable. He always manages to push me far beyond what I’d manage on my own while keeping it fun and enjoyable! The sessions are varied but I’ve particularly enjoyed the kickboxing - a great stress reliever! Would highly recommend training with Sean!

    I've been thinking about getting a PT for a while and so glad I went with Sean. He takes time to understand your goals and tailors a programme to fit these. He keeps you working hard but is really patient and friendly. I've also found it really helpful that he will explain what benefits you can expect to feel from each exercise and how this fits into your overall goals. Highly recommend and if you decide to go with him ask to try the Muay Thai - it's a great workout!

    Sean is incredibly approachable and easy to talk to. His ability to relate to certain things makes sessions feel relaxed and safe, almost like talking to a friend. I have already seen huge improvements within myself since working with Sean and I’m excited to see how I continue to grow with his support.

    Working with Sean has been great for me with regards to setting and progressing towards my fitness goals, and keeping my nutrition on track. Sean has also massively helped me in my recovery journey and helping me keep to my new sober lifestyle, encouraging Positive behaviour and thoughts and helping me to think more rationally to keep me on track, as-well as giving me more of a structured way of viewing life. I would recommend anyone embracing a lifestyle change and a goal oriented approach to life to get in touch with Sean!

I'm feeling stronger and have less of those nagging aches and pains and although I curse him whenever we've a session, he's a fantastic PT, and gets what I need to make progress. Can't recommend highly enough

    Sean is an excellent personal trainer and very professional. I’ve been training with Sean for almost two months now. We do lifting first thirty minutes and the second half we do boxing/muay Thai. It’s such a good workout and the best way to start your morning. Sean has a way of pushing you to the maximum but without making you feel discouraged or reluctant to come back again. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

    Have just started working with Sean, and I can say that I'm very impressed so far. In two sessions, I can already feel my cardio has improved massively and have learnt new training techniques that I can always use. Sean is very attentive and professional, and works with you and at your pace to achieve your personal fitness goals. Would highly recommend!
