Our
move
into
our
new
rental
property
has
been
a
disaster
and
Goodfellows
have
been
incredibly
poor
in
dealing
with
these
issues.
1)
A
broken
shower
(with
only
one
temperature
-
scalding
hot)
has
not
been
fixed
despite
Goodfellows
being
made
aware
of
this
on
the
first
day
of
our
tenancy.
While
they
have
had
a
plumber
around
and
have
reduced
it
to
a
tepid
shower,
the
fact
that
we
have
been
without
a
working
shower
for
two
weeks
of
a
heatwave
is
a
disgrace.
2)
There
was
no
sofa
upon
our
move.
We
were
told
that
one
would
be
arriving
at
the
weekend.
It
did
not.
Nor
did
it
arrive
on
the
other
days
we
were
told
it
would.
We
eventually
bought
our
own
sofa
because
of
how
poorly
getting
a
replacement
through
the
agency
was
handled.
3)
The
flat
was
full
of
junk
from
a
previous
tenant/the
landlord.
Despite
making
Goodfellows
aware
of
this
on
day
one,
we
are
now
over
two
weeks
in
and
it
is
still
here.
We
did
not
sign
an
agreement
to
be
a
storage
unit.
4)
The
doorbell/intercom
unit
for
the
flat
is
broken.
Goodfellows
were
clearly
aware
of
this
before
we
moved
in
and
neglected
to
inform
us
of
it,
and
again
are
quibbling
over
fixing
it.
As
a
tenant,
I
feel
that
I
have
been
let
down
consistently.
Nothing
seems
to
be
done
and
all
we
get
are
empty
words
with
no
commitments
and
no
confirmation
of
date/time.
At
this
moment
in
time,
I
could
not
recommend
them
less.
